As he turned to walk back to his mother a blur of red crashed in to him. It was Ron with Draco's wand in hand pointed at Harry. Next to him stood a smirking Hermione and before he could say a word, a flash of green hit him.

Unfortunately I stopped reading halfway through the story. The plot and pairing are goods but as the story goes on, it keeps slowing down and seems to become more and more inconsistent, as if there had been no planning of a scenario.
The typos, many spelling mistakes and verbal tense variations/inconsistencies were the final nail in the coffin. Typically a story that would benefit from a beta read and heavy editing for it could become really worth it!

Harry Potter grew up with Neville Longbottom instead of the Dursleys. Harry knew of his rich heritage, his father had a seat on the Sacred 28, along with the Frank Longbottom until the war happened. He would receive his seat and rings once he turned 17, same as Neville. Augusta made sure both her children learnt proper wizarding etiquette and manners so they could bring honour to their houses.
