They had been racing against the sun to make their way to the Spring of Wisdom before it set. Despite the warm weather, Mount Lanaryu was still a mountain and the air was bitterly cold on the summit. They had to hurry and set up camp before the sun set properly, otherwise they would have to try and set up their camp in the dark.
She remembered reaching the summit just before the last rays of sun faded. Her horse’s hooves thudded against the ground as she drew to a stop besides Link, who had already dismounted from his horse to offer her a hand down.
The next afternoon, Calamity Ganon hit. With it, Zelda’s world ended.
