Castien vede un mago del Tevinter egocentrico, giusto un passo prima di un temibile magister, sempre perfettamente in tiro, troppo scaltro, troppo magico, troppo perfetto. Dorian vede un elfo Dalish, uno sporco bifolco dalla faccia tatuata e striata di cicatrici, per non parlare di quelle orecchie a punta che lo intrigano, ma lo ripugnano al tempo stesso. Un uomo potente, eppure molto insicuro. Un uomo che va in giro come se si aspettasse un agguato in ogni momento.
“Avrei dovuto lasciare che mi baciassi,” sussurra Dorian. “Sarebbe stato tutto diverso.”
