So this fic as I'm writing this is ongoing and it the first time I am going to bookmark a fic before finishing and my God how much I see myself in both Draco and Harry. Harry's capacity to love and his devotion to Draco makes me want to scream especially when he gets into detail of how he would offer his beating heart to Draco to get him to stay and so much more variations of that it makes a girl swoon/cry. And Draco, to see how close to the edge he is and how he's barely hanging on, how he resembles a ghost beautiful, brittle, there but not really makes me want to hold him and tell him how much he is loved and how he deserves to live becuase I know what that's like and I would love a Harry becuase no one deserves to feel like Draco feels or believes.
So I finally finished.. I pushed off reading the last chapter becuase I didn't want this experience to end. I have cried, begged and hoped for only the best for our two boys and I am so happy they got through to the end. I do love the pov we got of Draco's when it came to his childhood and to me it was the most believable and Canon accurate description of what could have happened as he was growing up and became who he was and how it influenced his choices. They both, Draco and Harry, are deserving of love and I will keep reading this ship possibly until the end of time and I hope you never stop writing, and thank you for sharing your gift with us ❤️

Summary
Interhouse unity was good and all, until it wasn’t. It took a mere hour before Harry decided that no, he was certainly not fond of sharing a dorm with the Slytherins.
He didn’t come to this conclusion for the reasons one may think - they didn’t hex or jinx him, they weren’t gits (at least obnoxiously so), and in general, they were actually fairly decent people. The main cause of Harry’s unease was a certain blonde haired prat - and still, Malfoy wasn’t doing anything infuriatingly rude either.
No, Harry’s problem with the Slytherins was that he considered a dripping wet Draco Malfoy as an attempt on his life. Was that over dramatic? He didn’t think so.

Summary
Malfoy turned around and Harry saw it. That glint Malfoy got in his eye when he thought Harry was challenging him. Harry had made himself a target.
Suddenly, Harry remembered Rule #2: No fighting. As much as he would love a fight with Malfoy right now, he thought it truly might send him into a spiral. So, as awful as it was, Harry did the only thing his decrepit mind could come up with to defuse the situation.
“Do you want me to put a smile on your face?” Harry felt the words come out jagged and foreign, as if he had never said a pick-up line in his life. He was unsure, truly, why this seemed to be the best course of action. Then again, he was unsure of quite a lot these days.
Malfoy stopped in his tracks. The glint in his eyes faded and his mouth dropped open. He quickly went from venomous to…confused?
“Potter, have you been poisoned?”
Good, Malfoy was concerned. Harry could work with this. Maybe he could even save himself here.
“Yeah, I think the light in your eyes blinded me. Fancy a walk to the Hospital Wing?” Harry cringed at his own words, but he felt this was the best course of action. Pretend to be cursed. Cursed with pick-up lines. That was better than fighting.

Sweet and short and I love how Draco was like immediately dragging Harry to Promfrey cause no way would Potter flirt with him and I love how gradual there way to friendship then to lovers it was :) jealousy looks good on them

And although I get where Harry's coming from, I think everyone should have been more understanding about Draco and his situation and should have known he didn't do it out of malice also Ron fuck you for saying that shit to Draco and stressing him out, Draco should have punched him.

I love how Draco missed Harry and my heat TWISTED when I read that Harry only thought well of Draco when it came to sex nothing more but maybe I'm crazy but I don't think his plan was crazy I mean 😅 Harry really didn't give much of an idea to wanting something more and this way it all worked out no?
