Summary
Severus Snape was not the man he let society believe. He was not the man Albus Dumbledore led society to believe. You-know-who hadn't cared to look into what second gender Snape was; writing him off as a Beta when he scented no pheromones off of him.
When four unexpected men show up in Snape's yard, his first instinct is to turn them away. But, one of them is drenched in blood, and the other has the most convincing puppy-dog eyes. He just has to help, even if it isn't for entirely selfless reasons.
Severus Snape had been lonely. Yet with only a certain amount of space to share, it is easy for those stubborn men to weasel their noses into places they didn't belong. Especially when Severus had cut all ties to society off and began living off the land; it was the only way to ensure his safely kept secrets stayed just that—secret.
