Summary
The world went to shit four years ago. Now Tommy and Tubbo are travelling alone in a world where mother nature wants them dead. Droughts, Floods, Windstorms, Hurricanes, Blizzards. Everything that could have possibly went wrong, did. Now they’re stranded in the middle of a Blizzard with a man named Phil and his boys Wilbur and Techno, and while they’re all very welcoming, there are other dangers around.

Summary
Tubbo lost his last life. However, instead of ending up in limbo, he wakes up in a strange new land with people he doesn't quite trust and an admin who reminds him way too much of Dream. How can he get out of here and back to the SMP? Tommy needs him! He doesn't have time to frolic around with these "hermits" despite how welcoming and comforting they are...

Summary
Technically it's not Tommy, Tubbo or Ranboo's job to protect people. Technically they are thieves who steal for a living. But an ex-hero's training in combat makes for a lot of internal conflict when your district (and the districts around it) is full of crime and desperation. So they made a promise, every time they went out for a bout of petty thievery they would be on the lookout for people in need of help. It was an ok plan; they only ever had to follow it once a month when they really needed money for food and rent, but unfortunately, heroes don't take kindly to people without a license using enhancements to fight crime. So, even after a lucky opportunity to change careers, SBI is set on their tail and a whole mess of wind-ups and paranoia ensue.
