Summary
Grand Admiral Thrawn successfully staged an operation that resulted in the capture of five of the six members of the Ghost Crew. The missing member, Spectre-5, otherwise known as Sabine Wren, was confirmed to be in the Mandalore system, waving around the darksaber in an attempt to garner her people's support against the Empire.
He predicted that with her current resources and duties as Mand'alor, she would be unable to intervene in his interrogation and execution of the Ghost Crew in any meaningful way. Her folder was marked 'Low Priority' and shifted to the bottom of his stack of datapads.
It's a simple act, one he's performed many times before. It's also the gravest miscalculation Thrawn ever made.
OR
There’s very little that Sabine wouldn't do for the Ghost crew and the things a pissed off Mandalorian will do to rescue their family surprises even Grand Admiral Thrawn.

Summary
She shakes her head, feeling befuddled. “I don’t know what to tell them, Papa. What do I say?”
He smiles sadly at her, and gently tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. “You say whatever you need to. Tell them as much or as little as you want. It is your story to tell, when–if–you want to tell it.”
Before she sets off to hunt slavers, Inej returns to the caravan.

Summary
Anakin Skywalker. Every sailor knows that name. Captain of the ghost ship Twilight, ferryman of the dead. Some say he preys on merchantmen, out of vengeance for the loss of his ship and crew; others that he and the charred black phantom are an honest sailor's friend, a protector in the dark and the mist. According to Ahsoka, the truth is both and neither.
But the Twilight is...well, it's not real. Barriss Offee may be new to this whole pirate thing, but she knows that. It's a legend, a story, a sailor's superstition; like mermaids and Fridays and the Kraken. The ship of the dead and its captain, they're just a myth.
Aren't they?

Summary
In a world of flight, Max was flightless.
In a society with wings, Max had none.
In an evolutionary advancement of airborne humans, Max was grounded.
---
“Do you think it’s possible to grow wings?”
Dustin looked a little bewildered when the question was spewed at him. Max didn’t really blame him. She didn’t even let him get a word in edgewise to her that morning, nor did she greet him or any of the others in their flock before she was spraying her needy curiosity out at him.
He blinked several times, opening and closing his Mandarin duck wings in a habit that meant that he was thinking. Then, he said, “Well…yeah, I think so. There have been some accounts of wingless people growing wings before, but it’s, like, a one in one million chance to happen.” He tilted his head at her. “Why do you ask?”
Max took a breath, then said, “I think I might be growing wings.”

Summary
“Aw, come on, Mayfield. You’ll miss me when you’re gone.” He teases, his voice echoing into the mostly empty cupboard he’s searching through.
She’s about to roll her eyes again, but his phrasing gives her pause; Munson says stupid shit all the time, always quoting dumb movies or self-proclaimed ‘epic’ lines from the boys’ latest campaign, but they usually come with some sort of flamboyant performance.
“When I’m gone?” She repeats, brows furrowing.
"C'mon, Red. We both know you don’t belong here.”
or; Max just wants to borrow coffee from her weird neighbour who is acting even weirder than normal.
