“Do you know constellations?” the boy asked suddenly, pointing a thin finger upwards. “That cluster there… it’s supposed to be part of the Summer Triangle, right? Vega, Deneb, Altair?”
Aizawa followed his finger. He knew basic astronomy, useful for navigation, but the kid sounded genuinely interested, almost enthusiastic. Almost. There was still an underlying fragility to his tone. “Something like that,” Aizawa grunted noncommittally. He wasn't here for an astronomy lesson. He was here to make sure this kid saw the *next* sunrise.
“It’s amazing, isn’t it?” the boy continued, his gaze fixed on the pinpricks of light. “All those stars… suns, really. So far away. Makes everything down here seem…” He trailed off, shrugging slightly. “Small.”
There it was. That feeling of insignificance Aizawa had feared. He shifted subtly, readying his capture weapon under the guise of adjusting his position.

A hulking brute, his muscles bulging like tumors beneath his stained jumpsuit, swung a length of thick, rusty chain studded with jagged metal shards, the makeshift flail whistling through the air before slamming into Thirteen’s side with a sickening, wet crunch that echoed through the stunned silence. The pro hero’s breath hitched, a strangled gasp escaping their mask before a dark, viscous bloom of blood blossomed across their white suit, staining the polished floor in a spreading, horrifying tableau.
