Summary
Basically, miscommunication happens (because its Batman and he doesn't communicate), and at some point, the majority of the superhero community assumes that Red Hood is Batman's 1st Robin and Nightwing is a completely different hero. Minus Donna, Roy, and Wally everyone else thinks Red Hood is the oldest. Somehow Bruce got the others to go along with the ruse. This is basically different (not connected) fics of what could happen if that were the case.

Leo's portalling powers have been malfunctioning since the Krang invasion. Mikey's mystic energy has also been unstable. When the two are together they stabilize each other. What none of the turtles realized was that their powers have become more intertwined than they were before. This results in chaos as Donnie and Leo get thrown into universe after universe. Hey at least Donnie's theory about the multiverse was right. Right?
