Written for Day 3 of Glimbow Week: Enemies to Lovers
“Your majesty, the ball is beautiful as always. I understand that our families have their histories, but we appreciate the invitation all the same”
Her mom smiles, she’s always treated Bow and the rest of his siblings with more grace than Glimmer would “Of course, Prince Bow. All personal feelings aside, this ball is tradition, and all of the kingdoms should be able to enjoy it”
“I couldn’t agree more” he says before his attention turns to her. He smiles at her in a way that feels deceptively kind as he greets “Princess Glimmer”
“Prince Bow” she nods back, keeping her face neutral.
He takes her hand, pressing a light kiss to it, and holding eye contact with her “You look beautiful”
Her smile drips with sarcasm “Bite me”
George, Lance and Angella don't like each other, so neither do Glimmer and Bow.
But behind closed doors it's a different story.
