Penguin’s Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day takes a turn for the worse when he's forced to rely on the First Mate of a rival pirate crew to ensure his own survival. Separated from his crew with temperatures lowering by the day, and a newly deemed mutual enemy of both the Heart and Kid Pirates chasing them through a frozen landscape, Penguin's resolve is put to the test as he battles mother nature and his growing feelings for his unlikely companion who wants virtually nothing to do with him.
When Penguin gets back to his ship, he has half a mind to demand a hazard pay and an expensive bottle of rum for compensation… and coping. Definitely will need it for coping.

Mihawk doesn't care about Perona or Zoro. They are merely roommates who have imposed themselves on him and his quiet life on Kuraigana. He doesn't care about making them happy, and he doesn't care about keeping them safe. And he definitely would never let himself be hurt while trying to protect one of them.
Shanks knows his and Mihawk's relationship is long over. Mihawk has made that clear. But when the World's Greatest Swordsman's Vivre card starts shrinking, Shanks has to go see what happened. Mihawk won't let him care, but Shanks at least needs to know what's going on.

It’s about three months before they are to reunite back in Sabaody. It’s been a harsh two years for Zoro, but he’s proud of what he’s accomplished, and determined to keep growing stronger.
He’s training his ass off, in other words. He doesn’t have time for stupid distractions.
Which is why, when Perona barges in the middle of his training screaming about the cook of all people having sent a supposed ‘love letter’, Zoro can only roll his eyes. He’s not about to get caught in the crosshairs of pervert ‘love’ between that idiot and whoever one of their female crew mates the cook meant to send that letter to.
It’s just a little odd that it really does say ‘Roronoa Zoro’ on the front. And from what Perona read… it is, in fact, a love letter.
What the actual fuck.

He could see through his father’s eyes it seemed.“Finally noticed, you little knucklehead?”
The 17-year-old swallowed loudly. He did not know whether to laugh or cry. He finally got to talk to his old man and yet he was amid a fight with a fish man who could turn him into human gumbo. Usopp’s legs were jelly at this point because they shook so bad and he had been running so far and so much.
“Wh- who are you?” he asked aloud. “You aren’t going to help—”
“I’m not going to help you lose,” the older man said. “I’m going to help you win.”
“Wh- why?”
“I am your father.”
Otherwise, Usopp and Yasopp could always see through each other’s eyes. And maybe, just maybe, Red Hair’s sniper isn’t such a deadbeat dad. Twilight meets the center, after all.
