Alcina Dimitrescu narrowly survived the battle, rescued by Chris Redfield. The aftermath of the fight shattered her mind, leaving her with no memories, and for 16 long years, she lived under the care of Chris alongside Rose Winters. In search of a new beginning, Alcina decides to move to a village, hoping for a quiet life. Unaware of the lurking danger, she enters the infamous castle of the region to meet with a priestess she doesn’t remember. Her return to the village will trigger a flood of fragmented memories, and as her Cadou begins to restore itself, Alcina becomes the key target in Mother Miranda’s plans.

You stood on the balcony overlooking the ballroom floor, your eyes taking in the dancing and chatting guests with vague interest before they fell on the Countess herself. She was radiant, a goddess walking among mortals in her long dark-red dress and white mask with golden swirls, the nobles flocking around her and vying for even a crumble of her approval.
Smirking, you sipped from the globet in your hand, the long dark coat and black mask you had chosen for tonight making you stand out amongst the other guests, the golden swirls tracing the outline of a roaring lion glinting under the lights of the chandeliers.
Golden eyes shifted to look towards you, watching you sip your wine. They scanned over you and your outfit, the corner of Alcina's mouth raising in approval before she met your eyes, her own twinkling in delight despite the small trace of irritation. It looked like the vampire wasn’t particularly entertained by her guests either.
Noticing her gaze, you finished your wine and walked down the stairs, making your way to the small group of nobles she was chatting with. You approached her, bowing your head and offering her your hand with a small smile.
