And so with her own instincts warring against herself, Wednesday knows what she must do, no matter what it takes. -

Thing’s hasty retreat from the utensil box in the center of the table and subsequent scampering across the floor was made all the more pronounced by Wednesday’s heated silence. Just as she drew in a sharp breath, though, Morticia carried on.
“The Sinclairs have five children, with the appetites of growing werewolves.” Morticia turned back to the cabinet. “And they are not financially cursed in the way we are.”
