Summary
The puppet frenzy has claimed the City of Krat. A Charming that, for some reason, only responds to the name Carlo.The way back to Far, Far Away is now ten times harder as the five of them deal with eldritch beasts of the sea and land, different lands, and the overall politics of various kingdoms going haywire as an unavoidable war seems to be brewing. A war that could be boiled down to one Simon Manus.

The corner of his lip twitches and tilts up, just a little. He's not trying to tease you exactly, unaware of why his touches seem to cause you to grow flustered and to squirm. But, well...P really likes your response much more than Spring's.

Perhaps it would only be viewed as useful for the sole purpose of extracting resources, while its words, its story, was lost to an uncaring world.

“W-What hotel? Oh, oh, do you mean the… the absolutely destroyed one we passed by earlier?” he laughed again, “What a shame, truly! I heard it used to be such a nice place!”
“No,” the puppet said firmly, “Tell them.”
The light of the cricket’s lantern blinked a warning sign.
“No, no, pal,” he started to whisper, and Claudia couldn’t help but roll her eyes. “You’re not thinking straight. We can’t take them to the hotel…!”
One side of the puppet’s face twitched.
Or: instead of continuing into Malum District without them, P invites the Red Fox and the Black Cat to join the others at Hotel Krat – without Gemini's approval, but that's beyond saying.
