This is my FIRST time so PLEASE be gentle. I bruise easily like peaches and apricots. This initial venture into writing fan fiction is exciting and flat out terrifying!😭🤦🏾♀️ But I'm hopeful.
Regarding the title, the Story of "O" is obvs an inspiration and a fave of mine since my middle school days. My devout Roman Catholic parents had NO clue I had it in my possession. I swiped it. One commandment down and had nine more to go. LOL!
My AU/POV from Oliver Mid December 1995; roughly 13 yrs. since Dec. of '83.

PART ONE:
Venturing through the thoughts of 17 year old Elio Perlman, his assessment of doctorate seeking intern, Oliver; from his curt departures like "Later", which was quite popular and always used during the 80s & early 90s in northeastern Maryland where I spent my adolescence after my father retired after 30(+) years in the military. But it it wasn't considered brusque, just less time than fumbling with the old, "See You Later, Alligator.' - and so on. LOL! But I guess the slang hadn't caught on abroad where others had. It's all good.Anyway This portion is short. Inspired by a photo I have of Elio (Timothee Chalamet) on his bike watching Oliver, amazed and annoyed but interested & that he's so attractive, "Man this Guy's HUGE!" feeling, as the 24 year old intern dashes away on his bike.
