These are bits of pieces spanning my original AU seasons of case fics and James' coming to terms with both childhood trauma and more recent assault but are all from Lewis' PoV as he struggles to be a supportive and understanding boss and friend and a patient and loving boyfriend and hopefully, eventually, lover.
Despite the tags there is no descriptions of either crimes or, in this, James' own feelings and memories. Instead it deals with how we best support someone we love who has been a victim of sex crimes.
You probably need to have read the AU series of case fics beginning with Cold Summer for this to make sense.

Notes: An excellent wintery tale that captures Kurt’s season two yearning and some of Blaine’s heartfelt (yet sometimes misguided) romantic overtures. It takes no time at all to buy into this version of them because it’s still them but…freshened up with how they've been knocked down a bit by life. The moments referencing Kurt's mom are especially poignant and Blaine really does make an excellent Pacey. [Last Read: 5/22]
