“What if we started… planning our heists, you know… Together?”, Puss blurted out in one go. Kitty interrupted her movements, opened her eyes and looked at him intently. Puss clearly noticed: his hips went limp and he opened his eyes, breath still heavy.
Kitty tilted her head to the left: she was taken aback by the idea, that was for sure.
“Together, you say?”

It's been a few months since the whole San Ricardo's ordeal that led to Puss and Kitty's meeting. In that time span, they've crossed paths every now and then during their respective adventures. After a bumpy heist, Kitty is forced to ponder the benefits of collaborating.

“I believe you have something that belongs to me. Please, would you be so kind to return my boots, Miss Softpaws?”. He finished his speech with an extraordinarily dramatic, extraordinarily inappropriate bow, the feather on his hat touching the ground.
Kitty finally put her glass of leche on the table, and sat down, opening her sapphire eyes. She glared at him from the other side of the room, apparently dead serious, but he noticed the upper corner of her lips lifting ever so slightly, just what he needed to know they were on the same page. They were tangoing again, the two of them, and they were tangoing together.
Kitty picked up his boots and got off the table.
“Why?” she asked, her voice coming out husky. “You won’t need them where we’re going, gatito”.
Puss could have sworn he heard that damned cat go “ooooh” in the background.

After saving San Ricardo, Puss and Kitty finally get some time for themselves. What Puss envisioned as an ordinary night of passion, turns out to be a new addition to a on-going string of novelties.Series
