One day a stranger appears who captivates Aurora. He tells her stories about the world outside the forest. A world that she longs for and wants to get to know. She has no idea what danger she is putting herself in.
Nyx is the heir to the Night Court. But also it's biggest disappointment.
It's been a long time since he had a conversation with his father that didn't end in an argument.
This ends when he saves a young woman from drowning one evening.
