With his strength, he pulled the spear up, just as Loki let go. He reached down and grabbed his brother's wrist, heart pounding in his chest as Loki twisted, trying to get out of his grasp as Odin pulled them up.
Loki doesn't fall and Odin makes him see a therapist per Eir's suggestion. Lots of angst for everyone. Updates rarely.

A young heiress of Hell's crown was born in Immora, but taken away to a remote village full of those who survived the corruption of their ancient homeworld (and still do), as her father was slain by the Doom Slayer and her birthplace reduced to ruins at the end of his inevitably failed war campaign.
Orphaned at only a year or two after her mother died, she only has the company of her foster parents and fellow villagers. She learns the story of her father, his tyranny, and the one who eventually put an end to it as she grows up... And with it, a power she has difficulties living with.
If it was up to her, she would not take the crown, and be seated at the throne of the now named new capital of Isonkast. Alas, she has no next of kin to relinquish her role.
(Written for (the much belated) DOOM's 30th anniversary! This was, if anything, a kind of impromptu writing and a belated anniversary thing at that, and may be updated at a later date.)
