Summary
Basically the whole zombie apocalypse is caused by the Unseelie King messing with the Black Volume. So basically the Shadowhunters meet the Walking Dead Crew and the Z Nation Crew featuring my OC Mana. This takes place after Lord of Shadows but before Queen of Air and Darkness. I definitely take elements from post Lord of Shadows and Queen of Darkness but as far as my fic is concerned Queen of Air and Darkness never happened. I also started writing this before most of The Last Hours books were published so whatever backstory was revealed did not happen as I did not read Chain of Thorns. For Walking Dead this is set around "Them"/"The Distance". Up until that point everything is canon. Once they meet Mana canon kind of goes out the window. This fic is already finished, it is just a matter of when I upload chapters. Fear not, I will upload all of them but I have no schedule. Oh and Mana is super Filipino, so if you are for a Filipino OC this is the right fic for you.

In that moment, he wanted to tell them everything, about his father, about how his mind was a vile thing, about how he saw his body was never good enough, the runs and the diets and how he loved Ty blackthorn so much that he felt like there was needles all throughout his body.
Instead he scoffed and shoved his shaking hands into his Hoodie pocket, looking away from Dru and Ty, not wanting to look at them any longer then needed, refusing to look at the confused look on Ty’s face any longer.
His voice was wobbly as he talked, but almost poisonous. “Im fine. I don’t need any help, im going out.” Kit looked back at the two with hurt in his eyes, before he stepped out of the Institute into the night.

When his adoptive parents, Jem and Tessa went missing, he was forced to watch over his little sister Mina, what he hadn't told anybody, was that Jem and Tessa had been missing for over two years. He'd sent letters to the Clave and did what he could, but ultimately, Kit had to take care of a baby, when they Blackthorns finally come to visit him in Devon, they're shocked by what they see.
(This is a rewrite of a story a made a few months back actually it was last year if I remember correctly.)
