Summary
“I promise you I’m not desecrating your body for fun,” His best friend muttered, now with a thick layer of grave-dirt crusted beneath his finger-nails. The boy’s gaze affixed itself onto Komushi’s pale, lifeless face as he tossed the plastic shovel aside. It was cute, in a very creepy way.
(OC-insert as Sasori. Where all roads - involving modern education and morals or not - somehow lead to the illicit invention of human puppetry.)

Summary
In another lifetime, Deidara was a teenager forcibly conscripted by Akatsuki before he was partnered with Sasori. They’re like oil and vinegar; they may not mix well together on their own, but they’re complementary when you trap them together in a small container and violently shake them around.
In this lifetime, where Sasori never defected from Suna, Deidara was a wild urchin surviving on the streets in Iwa when he met a quiet man with crimson hair and firefly eyes, and was given a meat bun and a cookie. They say you should never feed the wildlife; it makes them dependent on humans. (And the two of them are still oil and vinegar, best trapped and violently shaken together.)

Summary
Shinobi from other lands would often complain about the desert's heat—typically only traveling through the Land of Wind within the span of a day, running through the sands at full speed while the sun is at its peak. The creatures of the desert were mostly nocturnal, and it was far easier to fall prey to an ambush in the dark of the night. Native Sunans learned to hone their nighttime senses, to tune in to the heartbeat of the desert and adapt to its rhythm. Where beasts and assassins could be outwitted and outmaneuvered, the desert herself was unforgiving.
The blistering heat was draining, but the midnight cold was piercing. A welcome tradeoff—the cold kept you alert longer.
Sasori wakes up shivering.

Summary
Sasori is an introverted, ambitious, 12 y.o. Jounin with great plans to defect from Suna. But plans never survive the first brush with the enemy, and in Sasori’s case, neither does his feet, his dignity, or his sanity thanks to these ridiculous Konoha nin who insist on saving Sasori from himself.
The journey to redemption starts with a single (footless) step, and Sasori is determined to remain a sociopathic murder-gremlin while suffering the many trials and tribulations of a hormonal Inuzuka who only has two functioning brain cells while also fending off the psychological warfare of an Uchiha specializing in HR management, and is haplessly dragged into far too many shenanigans that include an Uchiha Obito embracing his inner midwife, summoned hellspawn, exploding sheep, and weaponized cheese.
Sasori ultimately discovers that a single stone thrown into a river creates many ripples through the world, like lifelong ties between Suna and Konoha, forgiveness for the man who killed his parents during the Second War, an unexpected friendship with Shukaku, part-time acquisition of Gaara in what could be argued is the world’s most awkward parenting arrangement, and a fucking dragon. No one warned him about dragons.

Summary
"Unlike the other imbeciles that think the Great Nations are places of high moral standing, Sasori has his eyes wide open. He’s not a lackey, a dog, or a pawn. The daimyos may say jump, doesn’t mean he has to ask 'how high.'
If anyone wants to tame him, they'll have to do it by force."
An outlining of Sasori's life from childhood into and through his time in the Akatsuki.

Eternal is what he is. His soul is not the human soul. He is not a flame to be transferred from candle to candle, from one reincarnated life to another. He is the candle that never melts, the candle durable enough to keep a flame burning for eternity. His soul, this soul, is his to keep forever. No metaphysical force, no pull in the great universe, can take him. He is here to stay, alive, forever.

Summary
Dying in a world full of rotting monsters, insane human beings, and a whole lot of death is excellent preparation for when you're going to be reborn into the Narutoverse. [SI-OC]
。。。
His world had taken a drastic turn: the end of days were here. Soon, the normal life that he had always known became a zombie-infested wasteland. He fought to survive, knowing that things were different now and that rules didn't apply anymore. After getting a nasty scratch, he ended up having to take his life, but on the bright side, he was born into a new life as a boy named, Kyojin. Kyo now lives in a world that isn't plagued by a virus, but violence still seems to be a huge part of it: something he's adapted to very well. This world seems almost perfect for a mind like his, especially so that it's a world that he had only thought existed in a book.
