Summary
The war is over. The Dark Lord is dead. But in the shadows of Azkaban, a secret festers.
When an offhanded line in the Daily Prophet suggests Draco Malfoy is still imprisoned in Azkaban long after most others have been released, Hermione Granger, now in charge of the Deradicalisation and Reintegration department of the DMLE within the ministry discovers something she shouldn't have. Malfoy was never tried, never convicted and does not seem to exist on record.
Tasked with facilitating the rehabilitation of someone who hates her back into society at the expense of her own personal life falling apart, it quickly becomes clear to Hermione that something or someone had never intended for him to escape.

Summary
'After fifty days, he'd finally succumbed to the isolation-induced psychosis that had been nibbling at the corners of his psyche for weeks. Trust Snape to be the first one to physically manifest.'
During the First War, Lucius Malfoy pledged his loyalty to the Dark Lord. While others swore to kill for the cause, Lucius offered something more—his family’s mastery of the Mind Arts.
As the Dark Lord returns to power once more, Draco Malfoy finds himself confined to the family's Cannes chateau for fifty long days. With little more than schoolwork and Professor Snape’s Occlumency exercises to distract him, Draco wades deeper and deeper into the unknown. Without proper guidance, he risks corrupting the very foundation of his mind with self-fulfilling prophecies of darkness and deceit.

Summary
“The black veil signifies membership in a strict pure-blood family,” Hermione began. “These families preach dark magic and the superiority of pure-blood wizards. And the veils are worn solely by women and children under seventeen to conceal their excellence from muggles and muggle-borns. There aren’t many of them today, but they’re there.”
Draco Malfoy, a transfer student from the closed down dark magic school in London, creates a stir at Hogwarts as rumors spread about his notorious abilities to wield dark magic. To ostracize himself further, Draco must wear a black veil to conform to his family’s pure-blood beliefs and duties as a Veiled Wizard.
Harry must unravel the mystery of this enigmatic fifth year student, for he believes the future of peace depends on it. Along the way, Draco is forced to confront his own beliefs about society, morality, and love.

Summary
In a world shadowed by war’s aftermath, Hermione Granger, a mind healer with a heart too vast, takes on a shattered soul: Draco Malfoy. Once a prince of pride, now a wraith scarred by terrors—Voldemort’s chains, the trauma and desensitization to everything around him , and guilt’s relentless claws—Draco teeters on oblivion’s edge, driving himself to death slowly. His body bears jagged tales of torment, his eyes a storm of unspoken ruin. No healer dares touch his case, but Hermione, ever the selfless beacon, vows to mend what’s broken and heal this shell of a man.
(P.S the writing style is much simpler I just wanted to make the description a tad fancy)

Summary
Marta Lentine transfers to Hogwarts after begrudgingly moving from the Sicilian coast to the English countryside, accommodating the political work of her father.
As problems arise—at school, at home, across entire seas—Marta finds, time and time again, Draco Malfoy can’t help but prove he’s capable of fixing them.
An ode to generational trauma, sure to be enjoyed (or cathartically loathed) by anyone who has been haunted by the scorn of a father figure.

OC storyline; divergence is mild in terms of timeline & events, but the story is obvs more Malfoy-centric rather than following the Trio. Will cover Hogwarts years 5-7 and some aftermath. Progressively, this story gets more complex, grittier, darker, hornier, more devastating. Tags will continue to update to reflect developments in the story
Since I’m not using archive warnings: this story does NOT contain non-con/rape. However, WILL have character deaths, some consensual underage sexual encounters, graphic depictions of violence (not gore). I do my best to note at beginning of chapters for known TW/CW.

Summary
Harry sat awkwardly at the corner of the bed. This was dumb and he knew it, but what else was he supposed to do? This was all his fault, and this was the consequence.
He was an idiot. He knew that. He should have talked to Hermione. Hell, he should have talked to Ron or anybody beforehand.
How long had it been? Thirty minutes? An hour? Five hours? Harry really should have been keeping track. Malfoy still laid motionless and Harry didn’t know if waking him up was another bad idea.
He warily studied Malfoy’s forehead once again, looking for cracks or dents. Malfoyno longer had any visible injuries, but Harry doubted if ‘episkey’ was enough and he wasn’t reckless enough to attempt a more advanced healing spell.
It would be fine; he could go to Madam Pomfrey and say he fell or something.
He didn’t fall of course. He beat himself in the head with a rock.

Summary
“Great. Now Granger,” his voice velvet, “Tell me all your deepest, darkest secrets.”
“What?” She was stumbling headfirst into giggles. Argh, talk facts, talk facts. “You know, there’s this 1997 Muggle study where they came up with 36 questions to get to know a person better in one conversation. If that’s the sort of thing you had in mind.”
Well they call it “36 questions to fall in love”, but that isn’t what it was designed for and that’s not what I’m trying to do here and Malfoy doesn’t have to know.
“Mm. Perfect. Let’s do it.”
