Summary
Carlo was brought to the world of Thedas - trapped in a forest and found by a Dalish clan. Unable to get home with suspicion cast upon him by many others, he finds he has little to do other than survive. However, he learns that he had been brought to Thedas several weeks before the events of the Conclave: weeks before the events of Inquisition take place.
With the knowledge that he holds, he can either roll along and play things safe, or use what he knows to change things for the better. However, things are much easier said than done - especially in a world like Thedas.

She wanted to split him, multiply him, multiply herself—a pair of them could kiss forever, a pair of them could talk forever, a pair of them could finally fall silent and exist.

Once the Inquisition was disbanded, she was eager to relieve herself from the burden of leadership and save the one she loves from his own pride. She did not expect the brutality of Fen'Harel and the Dreadwolf.
This is rated for non-consent in later chapters, and this will have later chapters. It is going to be dark and may be triggering. It is related to the Satin Entanglement fic, in that it is the same Inquisitor. This is a Christmas present for my amazing girlfriend, without whom I would not even have a second solas romance, let alone spicy erotic content.

Summary
Being trapped in another world is a hell of a thing.
You learn a lot about yourself. Who you really are, deep down inside. What lines you'll cross to stay alive, to try and get home. Who you think you can trust, who you think you love. Just how many lies you'll be willing to tell to keep your secrets. How much blood you're willing to shed.
I shed a lot of it, in Kirkwall, and I've spent seven years in purgatory as a result. Seven years trapped somewhere beyond reality, but not quite in the Fade. My only company myself, and a Desire Demon just as unhappy with the situation as I am. Oh. And... an Elven Goddess, I suppose.
Kind of hard to forget about her, since she's the one giving the orders now. Giving me the truth of how I ended up in Thedas, why I ended up there, and just what she expects me to do now that the Inquisition has begun. Can't say I'm happy about any of it, or that I'm about to actually follow her orders.
But then... I'm not sure how much of a choice I'll have.
