Summary
Grian crashes into Hermitcraft with a broken wing, near a hundred cuts, and a mission from the Watchers: destroy the server’s peace or be destroyed himself.
It should be simple.
It isn’t simple when Scar insists on fussing over him, Mumbo insists on carrying him home, and the Hermits insist on welcoming him like he belongs.
And maybe part of him wants to. -

Summary
Ten years ago, six children were discovered in a lab.
Ten years ago, the Ignis appeared.
And when the Ignis took over, the world went to shit.
Cybernetics became superior, and humans were knocked down a peg. What only seemed to twist the knife was the fact that they were all madmen, all having separate ideologies that clashed - and yet they still stuck together.
People have forgotten about the world outside of Den, have forgotten about the heinous crimes committed upon six innocent children. They've even forgotten every possible connection the Ignis and these children have.
Except for a select few.
...Who are currently vigilantes.
This is gonna be great!!

Having spent a good while working for Builder's League United, Pyro and their teammates have grown very comfortable with the fact that their lives were protected by respawn. When Pyro awakens to their base engulfed in flames, they don't realise that this would be the last time they get to see their friends.

I was wondering where the BLU Pyro was during Meet The Pyro. So here's their perspective.

Tank thought that their anger and reclusive tendencies would keep them from gaining friends, and for the most part they were right. At their new school, they were invisible, their reputation for picking fights with people twice their size having been left in Washington. They were still angry though, the bitterness boiling just below the surface, meaning that a fight was just around the corner.
Needless to say, Tank was surprised — and a bit weirded out — when those goddamn shifter boys wouldn't leave them alone.or, a look at how Darlin became close with the wolf boys

Summary
Hetch and the founder were friends, the first two in a new revolutionary media company, Showfall as they called it. Showfall began normally, hiring people to act in their silly shows, but once the founder had the idea of controlling the actors so they never had to direct them again, only write the script, program the characters, and run the show. They worked on the control tactics and as they were finishing them out they realized how much easier it would be if they just kept the same cast, even if that meant reanimating them.
or: have you ever thought about how Hetch got his mask that we see in TSE? Well I did and wrote this bc i love angst :D
big trigger warning on derealization!

'This is the way that it is, this is the way that it always will be.'
~~~
After the Lost Incident, tech seemed to just- Run rampant. SOL was taken over by a specific group of code-eating A.Is who call themselves 'Ignis', and Den City was blocked off from the rest of society.
For ten years, Den has been governed by these 'Ignis', ruling out the daily lives of the humans they control. Their only opposition has been two separate sides, with.. Varying opinions on how to stop the rampage.
One that wants to eradicate all tech, and another that wishes to make said tech change their minds on the mortals they control.
Well, whatever.
They're both criminals in the end.
