A power enhancing drug called "blue" had quickly risen out of the darkest depths of the 13th district of the Esempi. The lower districts were already off the radar of the hero association, but with this new development, they were basically left to their own devices. Crime rates climbed and the people had had enough. That's how many infamous vigilantes came to be.
With the rapid spike in both crime and vigilantes, the government decided it was best to outlaw vigilantes completely, ordering that any person who was caught participating in the act of vigilantism would be either fined 1500 rem, this city's form of currency, or 3 months in county jail.
Now, at the ripe age of 17, Tommy Innit was going to protect his family and district from this terrible drug. Even if it's the last thing he'll do.

Techno glanced down, eyes softening as he looked at the boy in his lap. Tommy sat happily in his older brother's hold. Techno ran his manicured hands through his younger sibling’s golden locks, fondness radiating from his entire being. Tommy giggled at the gentle ministrations, leaning into the touch like a flower to the sun.
