“I want you to take me to bed!” Carole said, exasperated, like Ice and Mav should have understood what Carole had been getting at, not like it was the shock of a lifetime to be propositioned by Carole Bradshaw.
“Who?” Mav asked, eyes darting between Carole and Ice, sounding surprisingly calm given the request.
“That’s your question?” Ice asked incredulously at the same time Carole said, “Both of you, of course!”
