Chapter Text
How many lifetimes could you have in a dream? It was like being captured in a loop of the same memories, the good ones and the bad ones, ones he thought he had forgotten. It was difficult to decipher between real life and the dream world especially as he felt movement on the outside. “Oh, he’s real young. What’s his story?” A red deer doe looked to her colleague, they were dressed in protective hospital gear, aprons, double gloved, mask, surgical caps. “His name is Legosi. He’s a deadly case of Lyssavirus brought to the cryolab when he began to display symptoms. By then it was too late to start treatments, he would have died a horrible death if he wasn’t brought in.” Her colleague explained. “Do we need hazmat?” She asked as the tube was laid out and thawed. The wolf inside was suspended by preservative nutrient fluid. “No, his case was an easy cure around last month. Unfortunately, the poor thing had to wait a hundred years.” The doe pressed a button draining the tank slowly, allowing him to gently rest at the back panel as it opened out. “Full body scan.” The panel lit up and made a buzzing noise. “He’s good to go. Should be waking up soon.” She put the chart back into the slot beside the bed and they left.
It started out slowly, the body began to wake itself up. His toes, legs, hands, arms. It took a few hours before this eyes tried to open, a hundred years of cryosleep making his wake a test of strength. As Legosi came to, his mind felt disoriented and foggy. He was in some sort of room, surrounded by strange and unfamiliar objects. His eyes finally opened, adjusting to the bright lights shining above him. It took a few moments for him to realize that he was no longer in stasis, that he was awake. He tried to sit up but was stopped by the IV lines and medical equipment attached to his body. They had moved him from the chamber, cleaned him up, and had him in a regular bed.
He also saw that he had a visitor. In front of him stood a young Komodo wearing a face shield, with scars around his eyes. For a moment it stirred a feeling in him that was gone in an instant. “Where am I?” He mumbled so low that the stranger had to lean in close to hear. “You’re at CryoEden Labs. They’ve been calling me for days trying to get me to come get you. I don’t even know who you are, but apparently I’m on your emergency contact list.” Legosi stared up at the Komodo, trying to make sense of his words. The place "CryoEden Labs" sounded unfamiliar to him, and he had no memory of ever being at such a place before. The only thing that felt familiar was the vial around his neck, which he reached for. The stranger noticed the vial hanging around the wolf’s neck. He took it and shook it. “Scales?” He asked. Legosi held his hand over the vial protectively. “They call me Miasma. Who are you? Obviously, there’s a Komodo out there that cares about you, we only gift our scales to people we love.”
“I don’t know. The last thing I remember was holding someone’s hand…and counting backwards.” Legosi’s voice was rasped to hell from years of lack of use. “I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with you when I don’t know you and you don’t know who you are either!” Legosi flinched at the sudden loudness of his voice. “I’m sorry. I don’t know why…” One of the machines in the room made a buzzing noise. “Is that…a microwave?” He asked. “A what?” Miasma asked. He went over and opened the contraption, inside it was a small pile of clothes. “It makes your clothes warm so you could put it on. I guess I’ll have to help you with that, now that I’m here, they don’t have to give a shit.” He took the clothes out tossed it on top of Legosi. “N-no! I don’t want you to see me…naked. I’ll do it myself!” Legosi tried to sit up but it felt like his body weighed a ton. Miasma became impatient, Legosi gasped as his blanket was torn away and rough hands began to move him around.
He tried to cover himself up only for Miasma to slap his hand away and pull the cheap pants over his hips. “Quit it, we have the same thing down there!” He tied to sit Legosi up to get his arms through the shirt, he gasped, the way he held him triggered a memory.
I know that I won’t be there with you…but at least you’ll have a chance to live…
The scent of venom filled his nose.
“Hey!” His eyes snapped to Miasma, he gripped the Komodo’s shirt as he calmed himself, his heart racing in his chest. “Okay…you’re just not used to…where and when you are right now. But you’re gonna have to adapt real quick, ‘cause this city comes to you fast. Mars is a dangerous place for someone who-“ “Mars?!” Legosi’s eyes widened. “As in…the planet?” He asked in disbelief. Miasma couldn’t help but chuckle at that. “Uh…yeah? I was born here. I’m guessing you’re from Earth? That’s another rough place, but they’ve got entirely different problems over there. Here? You just got your big drug cartels, animal trafficking rings, interplanetary gang wars…you really gotta be careful who you make eye contact with, some take that as a challenge.” Miasma got the shirt on him, the outfit and ugly shade of beige
Legosi's mind was reeling as Miasma explained that this was Mars. The last thing he remembered was being in stasis on Earth, and now he was waking up on a whole different planet. It was difficult to process. As Miasma continued about the dangers of the city, Legosi felt a shiver run down his spine. He had no idea what to do in a place like this. He tugged at the cheap, ugly beige shirt he was wearing, feeling completely out of place. “What are you going to do with me?” He asked. “I don’t know, I’m gonna try to figure out where you came from and why I’m the one who’s supposed to get you. Maybe you’re worth money which uh…in that case, I’ll just bring you to wherever you need to go. Get whatever I’m owed, and we could get back to our lives.” Miasma said, for some reason the thought of leaving him made Legosi upset. When they got out of the room they went upstairs to a to what appeared to be a flight deck with ships lined up in rows like a parking lot. The ‘Dragon’s Breath’ was a small black ship. It looked older and sturdier than many of the others. “So, what do you think?” He asked. “Where are you taking me?” Legosi asked. “I’m taking you home, and we’re checking every business transaction to see if I owed anyone money. Or someone I killed wants me to take care of you when you woke up.” Miasma got him onto the ship and secured him with the double straps. “Someone you killed?” Legosi asked. “Haha…yeah. Like I said…it’s a rough place.” Miasma muttered.

When they got to Miasma’s humble abode, the Komodo somehow acquired an entire building to himself. “All this is yours?” Legosi asked as the Komodo carried him inside. He was wobbling on his feet and fell twice as they walked there from the ship. Frustrated and impatient, Miasma scooped him up into his arms and carried him the rest of the way. “It is. Like you, it’s something I just inherited out of the blue one day. I must be real lucky…” He had his main set up in one of the units and it consisted of a bed, a tv, and a room full of junk with price tags hanging off of them. “You’ll sleep in my bed, I guess. I won’t bother getting you one if you’ll be out of here soon.” He put Legosi down on the bed and grabbed something from a bag on the floor. “I’m getting us something to eat. I’m guessing you don’t know what you like, so you’ll just have what I’m having. Do NOT touch anything.” Miasma slammed the door behind him as he left. Legosi sat up, looking around and realizing there was more to the room he was in.
Beside the bed were two boxes. He reached up and pulled open one of the flaps and inside was a bunch of clothes. Women’s clothing. Bras, dresses, stockings, underwear. He went through each box, picking out items be liked. He knew he shouldn’t have, but the temptation was too much. This must’ve been one of his hobbies from before he was frozen. There was a bag of chips and some warm colas on the floor at the bottom of the bed, he decided to try to get to know himself with this confirmed interest of his.

“Why are you getting so much food?” The young crocodile asked as he bagged up the huge stack of platters and handed it to the Komodo. “Got a bitch, finally?” He added with a smirk. Miasma rolled his eyes. “Can it with that, will ya Nagumo? I got an unexpected house guest that’s all…” he pulled out a few bills and slapped it into the crocodile’s hand. “Besides, you made it with a bull. He’d better start paying rent, he’s over there often enough.” “H-how would you know?! You’re never home, yourself! The only reason you’re even there now is ‘cause of your ‘unexpected guest’ and those never last more than a night for you!” Nagumo retorted. “I already told you it’s not like that, it’s just another one of my weird families legacies. A wolf they left in the cryogen for a century. I gotta figure out where I could put him.” Miasma grabbed the bag from the counter. “Oh, it’s a him…Welll, what if he’s a relative? What if you’re all he has? A century means everyone he knew is probably long dead.” Nagumo raised. The Komodo shook his head. “I got all sorts of people that want me dead, I’m running the counterfeit game on Mars AND Deimos, eventually it’s gonna catch up to me…I know it. If it turns out he’s really got nobody else, then I’ll find a way to set him up. He could have one of the rooms, get himself a job and be outta my scales.” Miasma turned to leave, “You’re a real stand up guy, alright…just don’t get him to like you too much. It’d be shitty to get close to you just so you could tell him he’s on his own!” He called out to Miasma who looked back at him one last time before making his way back into their building.
He didn’t usually need to lock the door but did so when he left. He was annoyed that he had to dig for his keys. When he finally got the door open, he went inside and saw that the room was empty. Strange. The wolf could hardly walk ten minutes ago. Miasma figured he couldn’t get far and looked around the apartment. “I thought you couldn’t get around?” He called out into the apartment hall as he looked through the rooms. There were two bedrooms he only used as storage and a kitchen he never got around to cleaning, he got to the bathroom and the light was on, the smell of one of the soaps he sells, a popular one among canines, was mixed with the steam of the shower. He opened the door, forgoing the courtesy of a knock. “What…the hell…” he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. The scene was quite difficult to grasp. Legosi turned around, looking like a deer in headlights as he was caught. A crop top, skimpy shorts with the hip straps of a thong were visible and he had on a black jacket over that, stockings and a pair of ankle boots.
He wore it well, but the Komodo couldn’t figure out how to react. “What is this, why are you wearing that stuff?” He asked. “I think…I used to wear stuff like this sometimes.” Legosi sounded unsure, Miasma looked on in quiet shock as the wolf walked out of the bathroom with a confident strut. “Do cigarettes still exist on mars?” He asked, the sound of his voice snapping Miasma out of his stupefied daze. “Uh, yeah. I got some in the bedroom, living room, whatever you wanna call it.” Walked with Legosi back down the hall. Legosi got to the bed and sat at the edge, crossing his legs. “What did you get? Smells good.” He asked. “Uh…Tempeh, egg and cheese on a roll, couple of omelettes and some home fries. Actual French fries, some burgers, a pizza…some sodas.” Miasma felt…bashful. ‘Great, an entire solar system of animals and I get stuck with…whatever this is.’ He thought. So why was he going out of his way to be nice? He reached into his back and tossed Legosi the pack of smokes, there were six left in the box. He handed the wolf a lighter as well. “So…what would you like?” He asked. Legosi put a cigarette to his lips and lit it. “I suppose I shouldn’t smoke…I’ve been in a tank for a hundred years. It can’t be good for me…” he laughed softly and he took the tempeh egg and cheese and one of the containers of home fries from the bag.
“You could go what ever you want...” Miasma said as he reached into the bag, not caring what he got. “Look, I’ll be honest with you. I’m not a good guy, and…my business is selling fake designer shit, I stole from some people and I owe a lotta money. I think…you know, once you’re up for it, you should try to see if you could make it on your own….” Miasma looked at Legosi who was eating happily. Real and solid food for the first time in a hundred years had to taste better than it ever did. “I’m not scared. I don’t know you and you don’t know me….but you’re the only thing connecting me to the past. It’s lonely. I wanna know I am, who these scales belong to…” he clutched the vial tightly. “I want to know who loved me. Will you…help me?” Legosi asked. His vulnerability and desire to understand himself touched Miasma, despite his rough exterior. The Komodo couldn't deny the strange connection he felt to the young wolf. He hesitated for a moment, and then nodded. "Fine...I'll help you. I won't promise that we’ll find anything, but..." He trailed off as Legosi reached up to touch his cheek. “That’s more than enough.” He said.

Miasma had to go to work the next morning. They took the ship over to Deimos, one of Mars’s moons. Ever since earth stopped mass producing some high fashion items now considered “vintage”, the Komodo was able to tap into the market of cheap copies that looked close enough to the real thing. The problem was that he needed to borrow money to get his business started. There was one group he couldn’t shake that would try to kill him any time he crossed their path. This was the reason they took the long route. They usually set up shop at their big ship which mimicked the old experience of the Bearpaw Street Market where tourists would look for those items specifically. Legosi looked out the window in awe of the sight of the hyperspace terminal. This was how pilots got around in a fraction of the time. Fortunately, they wouldn’t need to use it today due to Deimos’s proximity. With Miasma’s ship, a trip that would’ve been over six hours long was cut to about two and a half hours. When they landed, port security checked the ship for anything suspicious. They got a good look at Legosi and they were stopped.
“Alright, you overgrown gecko. Who is she and where’s her passport?” An officer, a rhino said as Miasma climbed out of the cockpit. “She’s a he and he ain’t got one. He just got out of cryogen a day ago, barely remembered his own name. I’ll take him to registry on my way back. The rhino looked over to the hippo who turned away in embarrassment. “Why’d you dress him up like a hooker, then?” He asked. “How about you mind your damn business. Here…” he reached into one of the boxes and pulled out a small, slender box, handing it to the curious officer. “Oh wow, a Pucci tie!” He exclaimed. “I could have this?” “Sure…” Miasma lifted Legosi up and out of the cockpit, climbing down the ladder with him. “Be careful with him, a pretty face and hard body like that would disappear quick around here.” The hippo warmed. His scales bristled and he rolled his eyes. “Look,” Miasma began as they head to a little bar a few blocks away from the little pop up where he planned to set up shop. He hated that he had to leave him here but he had to get the items out of the ship before the tourists started crowding the streets and it was already noon. “You stay right here so I could unload the ship. I know everyone here but if any rough looking guys come around, you just keep your head down. Got it?” He said firmly.
Legosi nodded. “Got it…can I buy a drink?” He asked. “Yeah…” The Komodo dug into his pocket and pulled out a small wad of bills, handing them to the wolf. “Get what you want, I’ll be back soon.” He took one last look around before leaving the bar. Little did he know that there were keen eyes that’s stared with interest at the strange pair. Legosi sat at one of the booths and was approached by a waiter. “Uh..what’ll you have?” He asked. “What do you recommend?” The wolf replied. The ibex scratched his neck. “Can’t go wrong with a black whiskey.” He said. “I’ll have that then…with ice!” He said. The waiter nodded, “Would that be all…ma’am?” “It’s sir, and yes…for now.” Legosi gave a small smile before the ibex walked off. When someone came over and sat in the seat in front of him. A bear.
“You must be new around here. I’m Bogue, I’m sort of the welcoming committee around these parts. So, how do you know old Miasma? He’s a shady son of a bitch and a junk peddler.” The waiter came over and handed the wolf his drink. “He’s my…friend. He’s been taking care of me, so I’d appreciate it if you didn’t call him names.” Legosi took a tentative slip…it was rich, smooth, but he was glad he asked for ice. “My bad…” Bogue threw his hands up with a small chuckle. “I was just wonder if perhaps you would’ve liked better friends.” The bear smirked. “I’m fine, please leave me alone.” Legosi didn’t like being rude but when one of the first things someone tells you when you wake up is to be wary of all the strangers you meet. He thought it best to listen. “If you change your mind. I could get you good paying work. Someone who looks like you would do well would do well with my company.” He slid a card across the table over to Legosi. He looked at the card, then back to Bogue who sighed before getting up and leaving the table.

Miasma was grabbing more cash than he had time to count as customers flooded the alley. He was very nearly halfway through his inventory when he heard the signal for cops approaching. He had to be quick and get his stuff out of sight. He closed up the boxes, scattering them until the threat to his livelihood passed. He turned to put them in his hole in the wall shack he had temporarily taken over as his spot until they were gone. However, a very opportunistic thief laid him out with a punch, grabbing his cash box and running like hell up the street. “Shit!” Miasma scrambled to his feet, giving chase. This was a cheetah. He took off like a bullet out into the street up to where Legosi sat inside The Sly Fox. “Get back here!” The wolf’s ear flicked, he looked out the window watching them whizz by with the Komodo struggling to keep up. He turned into a little alley and tried to climb up the ladder to a rickety fire escape, it unlatched and he fell down slamming into Miasma. The Komodo fell to the concrete floor in a heap while the cheetah started back up the ladder.
He yelped as he felted something grab him and yanked him, making him fall several feet to the ground below. “Hand it over.” Said the scantily dressed wolf with a deadly glare. “Who the fuck are you, bitch? Mind your business!” He pulled out a knife, pointing at Legosi with it as he spoke. “Don’t know how to use your claws? You need a knife to fight? Weak.” Legosi spat. “Fuck you!” The cheetah dropped the cash box, running toward Legosi. Miasma tried to jump up, hissing in pain and falling back down. Legosi dodged, grabbing his arm and snapping it over his shoulder, the cheetah grunted, dropping the knife. The wolf elbowed him in the nose with a sickening crack before tossing him into one of the dumpsters. The thief lay groaning in the ground while Legosi picked up the box before going over to check on Miasma. “You okay?” He asked as he crouched beside him. The Komodo struggled to find the words, but accepted as Legosi handed him the money. “Where in the hell did you learn to fight like that?” He asked. Legosi looked back at the cheetah who still writhed on the floor, nursing his back. “I don’t know.” He said.

They got back to the apartment, Miasma was in a very bad mood. When he ran after the thief, more crooks came along and stole the rest of his inventory. He hadn’t said much since they got to the ship, he was still hurting a bit, and wanted nothing more than to swallow a few painkillers and pretend the day never even happened. Legosi took off his boots, sitting on the bed.
“I’m gonna take a shower.” Miasma got up, making his way to the bathroom. Images of Legosi picking that guy up like he was nothing…defensive tactics he had only seen in gang fights. He spent years watching, learning, so that he would not ever have to rely on anyone. Then out of nowhere, this relic is unearthed and given to him…saving him from going without. It was…
He felt something twitch against his gut, he looked down, both cocks were a hard as rocks and stood at attention. He sighed, stroking himself from base to tip and rubbing gentle circles around his sensitive frenulums. “Why’d you have to look at me that way?” He whispered, throwing his head back as his entire body begged for more stimulation. He tried to buried that desire, getting out, getting dressed and hoping it would go away. He closed his eyes as he dipped his head under the water.
When he got back to the bedroom, Misma sat on the other side, back to him as he grabbed some gauze and tape. “Are you okay?” Legosi asked, looking over his shoulder as they sat back to back. “Pfft, what do you think? I’m hurtin’ and I’m out 600 red backs and it’s all because of some asshole kid tried to steal from me.” He grumbled and huffed as he wrapped a gauze bandage around his injured arm. “I’m sorry…” Legosi exhaled sharply, “You were right…it’s bad out there. Like everyone’s looking for a way to take advantage of others. It’s scary…” He said, a hint of fear in his voice. Miasma felt the bed move, he saw that Legosi laid on his side, staring at the door. “I don’t think I’ll survive out there on my own…I’m glad I have you.” Legosi wrapped his arms around himself. Hearing Legosi say that…irked him. ‘He’s glad to have me, huh? Stupid wolf…’ He silently berated, shaking his head. When was the last time someone was glad he was around? The bullies in school? His parents…the mom who cut his face or the step had who sat there drinking a beer as it happened? “He only wants a body guard…” he told himself.
Miasma glanced over at Legosi, his tough demeanor softening a bit at the sight of his vulnerable form. It was hard for him to accept it, but he felt a pang of protectiveness whenever the wolf looked so weak. “It ain’t all bad out there,” he finally said, his voice gruff. “You just need to learn how to navigate the darkness. Not everyone is looking to hurt you...just most.” He let out a scoff, looking away from the wolf.
Legosi worried that he had hurt the Komodo’s pride. Knowing how apprehensive he was about him being here, he hoped he hadn’t made things worse and cause Miasma to change his mind about helping him. He didn’t want to be alone in a world he didn’t understand, he didn’t want to be a stranger to himself and the more he thought about it, the more the feeling of alienation and loneliness felt familiar. He felt tears well up in his eyes, this wasn’t the first time that he felt like he was on the outside watching everyone pass by who had their lives more figured out than he did, animals who were confident, but why did he feel like this? What made him different from everyone else? He gasped as he felt scaled hands grip his ankles and pull him to the edge of the bed. The shorts rode up a bit revealing more of his thighs. “What are you-“ “I know how you feel…” He rasped, he wiped a stray tear from Legosi’s eye, enamored by his warmth.
”Y-you do?” Legosi asked, his voice quivering. He looked up into Miasma's eyes, feeling like he was being read. “You feel lost," Miasma observed, his voice soft. He ran a hand up the wolf's bare thigh, marveling at his soft fury . "Like you don't...belong."
The wolf took a moment to appreciate the site of his body. Burns; scars, tattoos, he wore the hell that was his life it was a warning sign. ‘Stay Away’ it screamed in bold, red letters. But Legosi wanted to explore. “What do you mean? You know the world you live in…you see it every day…” he rubbed his hands over Miasma’s chest, gently grazing his trimmed claws over his scales. “You feel like you’re helpless, but that’s okay…starting tomorrow…I’ll show you. Then you won’t have to be afraid.” His rough voice was like honey to the wolf’s ears, Legosi leaned up like he was gonna try to kiss him. Miasma held him back. “I wanna…but I…my venom could kill you.” He said. “I don’t…” Legosi whined, bucking into the wall of muscle that was Miasma’s torso. “Turn around…” Miasma’s whispered, his voice heavy with lust. Legosi swallowed, he could see the outline of Miasma’s cocks in the dark gray sweats he wore and swallowed nervously. He turned onto his stomach, showing him his ass.
Legosi's mouth went dry as he turned around, feeling the heat of Miasma's gaze on his body. He could feel the Komodo's hands grasping his hips, claws digging into his flesh, the firm muscles of Miasma's chest pressed against his back. Legosi whimpered as felt those rough hands knead and caress the cheeks of his ass, spreading him. He reached under Legosi and unbuttoned the shorts, pulling them down and tossing them to the floor. He lifted his tail and held it to the side, the string of the thong, barely hiding the pink hole just underneath. He pulled that down as well and held it to his face, inhaling Legosi’s scent deep into his lungs. Miasma’s lust took over as he put the flimsy fabric in his mouth and sucked on it as he rubbed his moistened cock over Legosi’s hole. “Ah! Mm…” Legosi bit his lip. He couldn’t recall any lovers his lifetime so the experience was new and he felt himself becoming more and more excited with every touch.
He pressed one of his slickened cocks to Legosi’s hole. He gasped as Miasma breached him. This felt natural…it felt right. Miasma wrapped his arm around Legosi’s neck loosely as he ground his hips, running his fingers through his head fur, the wolf’s breath hitched as he pulled his head back. The slow experimental grind was enough to get Legosi close to the edge. “Ah! Fuck, mph!” He cried out, whimpering, back arching as Miasma thrust into him hard and fast. Legosi’s taste and smell in his nose and on his tongue, he moaned in approval of the feast of sensation. Legosi gripped the sheets as he felts Miasma’s cock rubbing over his sweet spot, his nipples so hard through the fabric of his crop top. He squeezed his claws into the Komodo’s arm, legs curling as he came. With a few more rough thrusts so thunderous it milked Legosi’s prostate of a few more spurts of cum, Miasma groaned as he released deep inside him. Legosi lay his head across Miasma’s arm, catching his breath. Miasma took the now soiled thong from his mouth and licked Legosi’s taste from his lips. “It’s just you and me now.” He breathed, swallowing back his venom.

Legosi laid still, his breath steadying, body forcing cum to leak from his stretched hole over his taint and pooling between his thighs. His front also wet, Miasma looked up at him from where he sat on the floor, his hand over his mouth in disbelief. He felt like he did something he shouldn’t have. As though he had taken advantage of someone who couldn’t fight back. He had tried repeatedly to say something, opening and closing his mouth, but the words wouldn’t form. “I uh…I don’t know why I did that. Guess it’s been a while...I don’t usually go for males, either.” He awkwardly mumbled, rubbing at his neck. The wolf laughed, his face muffled by the mattress before turning onto his back and sitting up on his elbows. ‘What are you doin’ to me…’ Miasma looked him up and down, his eyes fixed on that modest pink cock between his legs and how it stood out against his cream colored fur. He would need new panties…
“When two lonely people are together…maybe it doesn’t matter. He slipped his two middle fingers inside himself, little wet crackling sounds made the Komodo’s cock twitch as he slid them in and out.
Miasma's eyes widened as he watched Legosi's movements, a mixture of surprise and desire flooding his system. The Komodo's tongue lolled out as he gazed hungrily at the sight before him, a low, possessive growl rumbling in his throat. “You’re gonna get me worked up again.” He warned. “What’s wrong with that? This is the first time I’ve enjoyed myself since I woke up.” Legosi whined. “Get washed up…how about…I teach you how to pilot the Varanid.” Miasma offered. Anything to give him a chance to process what just happened. “Your ship?” Legosi pulled his fingers out, he could see the thread of cum connecting them, glistening in the light. “Yeah, how bout it?” He ahead. The wolf gave his fingers a few curious licks. “Okay…” he said. What was meant to be a distraction from something he felt in his gut was a bad idea turned out to be almost just as scandalous. Legosi sat in his lap in the cockpit of his cruiser, Varanid, named after the family in which all monitor lizards belong. The wolf changed into a thong with lacier hip straps and ash gray thigh highs, he hoped he couldn’t feel his hard ons, even though he sat right on top of them, occasionally shifting his hips and pressing back against his crotch. ‘Yeah, he definitely feels that…’ Miasma thought. “Flip these three switches here, pull up the helm while you push this lever.”
Legosi felt small and vulnerable in the tight space of the cockpit. He tried to focus on the task at hand, but could feel the arousal between his legs, growing with each movement. "Y-yeah..." he whispered, his voice shaking a bit. "Three switches, pull the helm, and push the lever." Legosi gasped as they both snapped back at the sudden propulsion, “I know…that’s gonna take some getting used to.” Miasma said gently, “Now, what you wanna do is pull up on that same lever once we get to the end of the lot.” He told him, he could see the worry in the wolf’s face in their reflection.
It was much later at night now, and the skies were empty. He tentatively held his hands around Legosi’s hips. Legosi tried his best to follow instructions, the engines hummed, the thrusters firing as slowly it began to move forward. Fortunately, Miasma found them an empty spot where no one could get hurt in case in accidents happened.“I’m scared…I don’t want us to fall!” He croaked fearfully. The Komodo held him close as they got closer and closer to the drop. “I’m not gonna let you fall…” He assured. Those words echoed in the wolf’s mind like a dream. Distorted images appeared, a playground. Animals cowering away, walking their children away from the monkey bars. I’m not gonna let you fall, I promise! You could do it…that’s it, come to grandpa! That voice that could chase away fear as though it were made to do that. Just for him. He could feel himself jumping into those strong arms.
Legosi tried to focus on Miasma's hold on his hips, his strong grip a steadying force. His breathing became labored as he struggled to stay in the moment, the words "I'm not gonna let you fall" echoing in his mind. He felt like he was floating, caught between reality and the memories. “Now, Legosi. Pull up!” Miasma’s voice brought him back to the present. He pulled as hard as he could, his heart dropping as he felt them lift of the ground. “Haha, fuck yes!” Miasma laughed triumphantly, Legosi could see the lot becoming smaller, then the buildings, and then the city. “Turn left and you’ll be goin’ towards Phobos. It’s like Mars’s entertainment district.” Legosi could feel the rumble of his chest on his back. “Is that where we’re gonna go?” He asked. “If you want. Though you’d have to go through the gate, I don’t think you’re ready for that…but check this out.” Miasma hit a button and there was a hum, the ship dipped down a little and the wolf could see a holographic map. “These are all the places you could go once you get a hang of this. Mars, Deimos, Phobos, Enceladus, Europa, Titan, Ganymede, and Callisto. Them outer planets need a bigger ships and clearance to enter their atmospheres.” Legosi couldn't help but be in awe. The enormity of it all was overwhelming, but at the same time, it filled him with excitement.
"This is amazing," he whispered, his voice filled with wonder. "I never knew that so many places even existed." It all felt limitless and for a moment he thought he could get addicted to that type of freedom.

“We found a new specimen. It’s been, what, three days since he left cryogen. We’ve been trying to keep tabs on him but so far we’re coming up short.” A bat said as she laid a file on the desk. A well-dressed civet cat opened it up, its contents a record of the origin of a wolf named Legosi dated all the way back a hundred years. His family, his diagnosis, the complete financial records of the annual payments that allowed for his housing and treatments. It was all here. “This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, we don’t want to let it pass us by. A hybrid wolf who has just been released from suspended animation for a deadly virus. He’s a hundred and seventeen, and he has a birthday soon. I believe we should invite him here for a celebration.” He said, his trustworthy face not betraying his intentions. “Yes, sir. We could apprehend him easily once we have a location. He was last seen running down the streets of Deimos.” Said the bat. “Ah, so he’s near. Whatever the case, according to his file all immediate relatives are no longer living.” The civet confirmed. “Someone must be helping him.” He supposed.” “No matter, we’re prepared to put down any threats.” The bat said coolly, “I need him unharmed. Remember that.” The civet closed the file and handed it back to him.

“Why are you here Miasma?” The grumpy snapping turtle looked up at him as he continued to sweep the floor of his shop. “Don, I need more inventory. I was robbed by some piecea shit that made me run the block on Brook Street. I have a little bit left over from what I made…” He showed the turtle his wad of cash. Don laughed after taking it out of the rubber band and rolling through the bills. “The hell you think you’re gonna get with this?” He asked. Miasma flicked his tongue, his scowl deepening. “I need to make my money back with mark ups. I gotta make a living, right? And besides, you make money when I make money.” He roughly reminded. Don looked past miasma, noting the wolf who paced impatiently outside the shop, smoking a cigarette. He looked back through the window and caught the turtle’s curious stare. “Maybe you could put your friend out there to work? Plenty of guys on Phobos who’d love to run through that.” Miasma’s eyes narrowed, “Nobody’s touchin’ him. He’s not a whore. Just give me something. I’ll be back by the end of the week. Miasma demanded, his patience thin but he forced himself to calm down. This wasn’t a bridge he wanted to burn.
Don went around back behind the counter and pulled out a box of fake designer purses, “See what you could do with this. Since you gotta take care of your bitch, too.” He shoved the box into his arms and waved him out dismissively before opening up the register and tossing in the cash, slamming it shut. Miasma scoffed before turning to leave, Legosi startled as he threw open the door, “Let’s go.” He huffed as he made his way to the ship. “Where to?” Legosi asked as he hurried behind him. “We’re going to the Planitia Administration Office. You need identification and they might have something on where you came from.” The Komodo grunted as he picked Legosi up and put him in the passenger’s seat. “I have a feeling we’re gonna leave with more questions than answers.” The wolf mumble as Miasma seated himself in the pilot seat, stuffing the box under the controls. “It’s the first stop on a list of things we haven’t tried.” He glanced back at Legosi. “Don’t give up yet.” He said softly before flipping the battery switch and the ignition switch.
This was the office where new Martian residents registered for interplanetary passports, photo identification and a tax identification number. When they got there, Miasma was relieved to see that it wasn’t crowded. They went up to a female orange tabby who was so fat that the buttons on her shirt stretched the fabric when she moved, she was the friendliest looking out of all the other clerks and he wanted this process to be over with as quickly as possible. “Ma’am, my friend here needs a complete work up and a little bit of info on his time on Earth...” He said as they approached. “Earth?” She gave him a strange look. “How was he on Earth? That place has been abandoned for-“ “A hundred years…I know. He’s been out of cryogen for three days now. We got shit on Deimos for not having ID so…if you wanna run his retina or prints, you can.” He interjected. “Come on…” she took them to the photo room where they took Legosi’s picture. “Put your finger in here.” She pointed to something that looked like a pencil sharpener. He obeyed. “Ow!” He cried as something sharp pricked his finger.
“What was that for?” He whined as he sucked on the tiny pin prick would. “Your DNA needs to be on file. If you disappear or try to commit a sexual or violent crime, you’ll be in the system. Sorry, it’s mandatory. Also, it tells us your name and date of birth, and any other information preserved by the lab.” She explained as she entered information into a keypad.
NAME
Legosi The Gray Wolf

BIRTHPLACR/DOB
Earth/April 9
“Happy birthday, by the way.” She said as she handed him a shiny new ID card before entering the information again for the passport book. “Today’s my birthday…?” Legosi couldn’t contain his excited tail. “You’re all grown up now…” Miasma chuckled, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly. ‘At least I didn’t commit the same crime twice yesterday.’ He thought to himself, his tail giving an agitated swish. “Here you go. It’ll be fully scannable in two days.” She said as she handed Legosi the rest of his documents. “Wait, didn’t you say that the DNA would give you more information about me?” He asked. She looked at the monitor. “There isn’t anything here other than a property log for a safety deposit box at Cydonia and an outstanding balance for 125,000RB.” She informed.
Miasma’s eyes widened. “You gotta be kidding me? That’s more than I make in a year!” “Settle down!” She yelled back, “He didn’t put himself in there, and how was the primitive financial system of Earth supposed to account for Martian inflation? I suggest you set up a payment plan.” She said with an apathetic half smile. Miasma nearly paused several animals out of the way as he barreled back toward the ship. “Some inheritance! I haven’t even know you a week and you’re already bankrupting me. He yelled back toward the wolf who tried to keep up with him. “I’m sorry! Please wait!” Legosi begged, grabbing him. The Komodo stopped. “I didn’t ask for this. I don’t want to be a burden on anyone! I don’t even know who I am. I feel lost and no one could tell me anything and then I see these…images in my head all the time…” Legosi’s chest heaved as tears ran down his cheeks. “…and none of them make any sense! You’re the only thing that doesn’t scare me.”
His wide, tearful eyes were enough to make Miasma’s heart heavy with guilt. “I don’t know…it’s so much and it all happened so suddenly. I’m in debt myself…and now you. It’s…” “I can help…I’ll find a way to help…” Legosi said, Miasma pressed his lips together tightly as the wolf held his face. “I’m not going to make you do everything for me. I might not remember who I am but I’m not useless…” He looked down at Miasma’s lips with that same hungry look he had in their bedroom. The Komodo leaned in instinctively. There was a crack, and then a loud buzzing. “AH!” Legosi cried out, his body convulsing before his eyes rolled to the back of his head. “Legosi!” Miasma caught him before he fell to the concrete floor. “What the fuck just-“ Another crack, Miasma reached around to try and grab whatever it was, he looked back and saw that what was sending excruciating shocked throughout his body were the probes of a powerful high voltage taser. He tried as hard as he could to fright but grabbing the wires that connected the probe proved to be a huge mistake. The shock ran up his right arm, leaving a patterned electric scar, finally causing his eyes to go glassy and he fell to the floor beside the unconscious wolf.

Miasma’s eyes opened. The young Komodo looked around, his head in a painful fog, his body felt like he had been put through a meat grinder with the way it was ablaze. “Legosi…” He could only mumble weakly. “Legosi, where are you?” He looked around. It was a large ship deck, and though it was dark, the panel was glowing bright. Through the window he could see that they had just gone through the gate which meant they had left Mars and were on their way to someplace he did not know. And Legosi was nowhere to be found. He tried to break free from his restraints, his mouth filling with venom as he recalled the last memories he had of Legosi. The wolf’s eyes full of tears still managing a gentle gaze as he begged Miasma not to give up on him for something that wasn’t even his fault. Why did he have to get so angry? There was a mask on him keeping the venom at bay, the more he remembered the terrible things he said, the worse he felt and he hoped that they survived whatever this was just so he could show him that he didn’t mean it, or at least... He heard the hiss of airlocks engaging as a door opened and then the sound of heavy footsteps approaching.
He looked up just as the animal rounded the chair he was bound to. It was a panda, tall, muscular, he had scars similar to his though far less severe. “I’m glad you’re awake, I’m sorry that I had to take you guys in like that. But…I’ve been watching you, and judging by the way you interact with others around you, I had a feeling you wouldn’t have come willingly.” He said, he sounded like an academic reading off a prepared speech. “Where’s the wolf?” Miasma asked, first and foremost. “He’s fine.” The panda said. “Tell me where he is…NOW!” The Komodo demanded, his eyes wide and red, voice booming. “Once you calm down…and let me tell you what I have to tell you, I’ll take you to him when we’re done.” The panda said, grabbing a chair to right right in front of him. “Just what the fuck do you want, huh? I don’t know who you are but I’m not giving you a damn thing and if you’re smart you’ll let me the fuck out of here before I-“ “Before you do what, exactly? We’re on a ship heading for Ganymede.” The panda crossed his arms over his chest, not the slightest bit bothered by his threat “What the fuck for? That boujee cesspool is full of uppity motherfuckers who’d only spit on me if they saw me, tellin’ me shit about how I’m a criminal then turn around and do sick shit behind closed doors.”
The panda said nothing, instead watching as Miasma’s breathing slowly calmed. “We’re not going to the mainland. You see, it’s wolf hunting season. There are powerful organizations who are quite interested in him. I intend to not only find out why, but also keep him out of harm’s way.”
Miasma’s eyes searched his, he tried pulling at the restraints once more to no avail. He could see that there was no way out. He had no choice but to yield to his captor. “Who are you…and why would anyone be interested in him? He’s spent the last hundred years being kept alive by a damn machine.” He asked. “Call me Gouhin, now my theory is, that is exactly why they want to get their hands on him. He’s the very last of the animals born on Earth since the exodus…when began starting settlements on other celestial bodies. He’s the final thread that connects us to our origin. To me and you, he’s just an ordinary animal, but scientists are always looking for something shiny and rare to cut open.” Gouhin reached around Miasma’s head. “Do not make me regret this, otherwise the wolf will have to find a new friend.” He warned. He unclipped the back of the mask and took it away from his face. “If what you’re saying is true, then…what do get out of helping him?” Miasma couldn’t help the poisonous saliva that ran down his chin as he spoke.
Gouhin had to put on special gloves to be able to undo the restraints. “I have my reasons. You’ll just have to trust me.” He said, Miasma grunted as he glared down at him. “Get up, walk in front of me and don’t try anything.” Gouhin instructed. The Komodo’s jaw clenched, he knew he would have to play along if he wanted to get to Legosi. As they walked down the quiet hall, he could see that aside from advanced navigation technology, this ship was your standard rust bucket. That is until he noticed the armory. They walked past the ships missile rack and the drivers for energy based projectile weapon. It appeared Gouhin cut no corners when it came to defense. They got to a door and when it opened, there was lying curled up on a cot. He wanted to run to him but he was covered in venom. He pulled off his shirt, wiping himself down before going over to sit beside. “You didn’t have to hurt him…” he growled. “He’s not as helpless as you think, his looks deceiving.” Gouhin replied.
Legosi stirred, feeling the weight beside him. He opened his eyes, swallowing dryly. “That hurt…” he whined, his ears flat against his head. “I know…but it’s okay now. I’m not gonna let anyone hurt you again…” Miasma scooped him up into an awkward embrace which Legosi weakly returned. “I know you guys are gonna be sore at me for a while. But you’ll be glad I brought here you once I fill you in on what you’re up against.” Gouhin said. Legosi looked around at the unfamiliar room, brows furrowed in confusion at the sound of the stranger’s voice. “Where are we?” He asked, his breath warm against Miasma’s scales. “We were kidnapped, we’re on a ship to Ganymede. Just do what he says until…” the ship jolted with a violent blow. Gouhin fell to the floor while Miasna fell over Legosi. “What the fuck was that?!” The Komodo grunted. Gouhin rushed to his feet as alarms started blaring. The ship’s automatic defense protocol had been initiated. “Shit! We’re under attack!” Gouhin ran straight to the control panel where he pulled up the security feed, searching for a sign of what could have hit them. Another ship had breached the lower level, latching on and tearing open an entrance. He switched to the feed of the lower level to see swarms of bats invaded the ship through the hole they cut through.
He locked the doors leading to any of the upper levels and the control room. However, these bats came prepared, using a laser powered circular saw to cut their way through. He ran to the armory and grabbed a gun and some ammo, then back to where he had left the kids. “You two stay here, I’m gonna try to take them down.” He told them, running from the room toward the stairs.

It was almost impossible to land shots on what had to be dozens of moving targets. Gouhin was out of breath, and with each reload, he could only manage to take down two or three at a time before more came at him. “Why are you fighting us? We only want the wolf, give him to us and we’ll just leave! Otherwise, we’ll just kill you!” He couldn’t tell which one of them was talking but he wasn’t the least interested in the offer. “Go to hell! I’ve seen what you do when you get your hands on your so called ‘specimens’, I won’t let you do that to him!” Gouhin took a flash bomb and tossed it into the swarm. When it detonated, several of the bats fell from the air and Gouhin was able to use his gun to take them out, thinning them down, but not by much. From upstairs, Legosi and Miasma could hear him struggling. “They’re getting closer and there’s nowhere to go!” Legosi whispered, as more gunshots echoed. Miasma took him by the arm and tried to get him up. “Let’s get out of here…quick! While they’re distracted.” He pulled him, but Legosi held firm.
“This is your chance.” He said. Miasma’s brow furrowed. “What?” He asked. “Just go…if all they want is me, I mean…look at what’s happened since I woke up. You’re forced to take care of me, then I put you in a bunch of debt and now we’re out here. You’ve done enough.” Legosi pulled his arm away from Miasma. “You airheaded trap…” Legosi looked at him blinking tears from his eyes. You can’t put me through all that, make me…like you…and then tell me to fuck off just like that!” He grunted. “I wish I could kiss you right now but I had to be born poisonous, you got any idea how frustrating that is? You don’t to make me care and just me. No fucking way!” The Komodo punched panel for the door to open and slid through before it could open all the way. He ran across the hall to where the armory was. It was locked and needed a code or a fingerprint scan to open. He wasn’t about to be deterred, instead spitting a mist of venom at the panel, melting it and causing it to explode off the wall. The system failed and the door opened, he grabbed the first thing he saw, an MP5 submachine gun painted in camouflage.
Made his way down the stairs and saw Gouhin on his back, bleeding as he was cornered. “Shit…” the panda spat. There were way too many of them and he had nowhere no do. If they killed him, there was nothing he could do to stop them from getting to Legosi. He would have failed in keeping his promise…”We tried to reason with you, given your history with HSPR. But now you’re no longer needed…and unfortunately, you’ve gotten in our way.” The heavy smell of blood from the fallen bats was all the could smell as Miasma approached. Gouhin raised his gun, arm shaking, it was hard to see with blood seeping into his vision. “Fuck you and your ‘research’.” He said. Just as he was about to bull the trigger, a series of pops had bodies falling all around him. They didn’t even have time to get air under their wings to take flight; Miasma was laying into them with a spray of bullet. The few who managed to fly were quickly taken downs. Gouhin fired as well, some of the bats were trying to flee to their ship and he managed to stop them. Miasma didn’t stop; not even having to switch magazines before there wasn’t a single bat left.
He and Gouhin stared at each other, the Komodo covered in blood that was not his and the panda covered in his own. Miasma raised his gun. “What the fuck was that? You better start talkin’ right fuckin’ now!” He said. Gouhin sighed. “They’re with a group called Kopi Luwak, led by the former head of the HSPR. They’re the reasons many of the cryogenic studies from Earth never made it on any of the settlements. They killed them all trying to study them. They managed to find the cures to most modern diseases…but at the cost of the lives of innocent animals.” Gouhin explained, getting to his feet with a long groan. “So you’re telling me they want to play science experiment with Legosi. Great. In debt, doesn’t remember who he is, and now some fucking psychos wanna take him apart.” The Komodo lamented. “I could help with these guys, and maybe the debt, but he’ll need to find a way to get back his memories on his own.” Gouhin offered. Miasma put the gun down slightly. “I’m listening.” He said.
They landed at a station that served as a rest stop between gates. Gouhin needed to check on the damage and quickly repair it. “What happened?” Legosi asked Miasma. “We’re going with him…he’s gonna help us.” The Komodo grumbled. Legosi’s eyes widened. “He tased and kidnapped us! Why are we just going with him?” He yelled, Miasma wrapped his hand around the wolf’s slender waist and squeezed. “Please trust me…I haven’t lead you astray yet, have I?” He asked, his voice deep and rumbling. “He’s gonna get us some jobs and help us outta that debt. We need to do what he says…look, he let me keep this gun. And he said he’s got something to give you, this could be the break we were looking for.” His attempt to comfort the wolf fell just short of convincing. “No! I don’t trust him, for all you know he could be lying! What do we do then if we’re out in the middle of nowhere with no way to escape.” He tried to pull out of Miasma’s grasp. “Let go!” He demanded with a weak punch to the larger animal’s chest.
“Not a chance. Look, the government on Mars doesn’t mess around when it comes to large financial debts. They will come for their money and they won’t as nicely. I don’t have all that to give to you right now, and I can’t sell that building. It’s the only thing I ever got that’s in my name. I was eating one a week at soup kitchens before they found me to tell me that place was mine.” He cupped Legosi’s cheek and managed the softest smile the wolf had seen from him yet. “You’re mine, too. Remember? You gotta do what I say.” He rasped. Legosi turned a light shade of pink. “I hope you have a plane, because if he’s lying-“ “He’s not lying!” Miasma insisted, “I…I don’t know what it is about him…but I feel like we could trust him. We need that money and what ever information he could give us on who your family was.” He was practically pleading but Legosi was starting to see reason. “I guess…” He muttered lowly. The Komodo let out a small chuckle and gently tilted his chin upward to meet his gaze. “I’ll make it worth your while.” He said with a wink and a flick of his serpentine tongue.
Chapter Text
The place the panda took them to could only be described as rural. It was about 10 acres of lakefront farmland. It was charming, and quiet. Miasma hated it. There was nothing out here, no stores, bars, or shops. Or people. It was already driving him crazy as he sat next to Legosi, cramped in the back of Gouhin’s modified cruiser. He blew air from his nose, already annoyed. When he looked at Legosi, the wolf stared out the window at the wide expanse of land, his tail wagging excitedly. He raised a brow. Of course he would like it. He rolled his eyes, his chest warm with fondness. They land Gouhin opened the canopy, immediately giving orders. “You’ll share a room, no eating the farmers, no bitching about not having phones or internet. We’re only here for a few days so I could our shit sorted. Legosi!” The wolf jumped at the sound of his name. “Y-yes?” His eyes flicked to Miasma. “If you need to cross the borders of this property for any reason, you let me know. As of right now, we’re sitting just outside the government’s facial recognition system. It could be one of the ways these guys are able to trace you.” He warned, Miasma saw as the wolf’s expression became more frightened.
“Um, alright.” Legosi mumbled in reply. Gouhin watched as Miasma helped him out of the ship. He noticed that dynamic before the attack as well. They were more than their circumstance and he could see it in the way miasma assumed his role. Masculine, the protector, the provider. Legosi with his penchant for cross dressing, being more feminine. He hadn’t counted on them being a couple. Seeing this opened old wounds for him. He had to protect this kid, but this Komodo was a wild card. ‘I got my work cut out for me, babe…’ he thought to himself as they made their way to the house. There were herbivores doing the farm work, Miasma had never seen so many in one place. They kept themselves to the high rises of Ganymede’s luxurious cities. He wondered how the bear was allowed or could even afford the land. “This is your property?” He asked as the got inside the house. It was cozy, warm, well kept. It made the both of them feel like they were out of place. “Yeah, it is.” Gouhin said.
He led them to a room that looked more like a lab than anything. Legosi clung to Miasma, who didn’t like that he was getting nervous. “What is this place?” He grunted. Gouhin looked at him for a moment, using a key on his house keys ring to open a locked drawer on his desk. “This is where I found the cure for Legosi’s disease, and a couple others. Tech is advancing every day, but…the powers that be often hide these advancements. Too much money to made in long-term treatments.” He revealed. “They keep animals sick on purpose to make money…just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse around here.” Miasma huffed. “Yeah, well. We could stick it to the status quo by gathering resources and finding cures ourselves. The only problem is that it has to be kept as quiet as possible, otherwise I’ll be shut down and killed on the spot.” Out of the drawer, he pulled out a cardboard shoe box and a square things Miasma had never seen before. “What is this stuff?” He took Legosi’s hand and led him to sit in one of the chairs. Gouhin held it up. “This is called a VHS tape, there’s a message on it for Legosi.” He scanned it with his phone which projected the image for them.
The image was of a gray wolf, much older than Legosi, his fur the steely gray with a cream colored face and torso. “Is it on?” He asked someone on camera. He nodded as they confirmed. “Hey, uh…my name is Miyagi. I’m 42 years old, and you’re probably wondering who I am and where you are. You see, I’m…your dad and…even though we never met…and we probably never will, I want you to know that I love you. Me, your grandpa and his family, and his best friend. We’re putting everything we have into…trying to get you the help that you need. I found about you a little later in our life, your mom, Leano, never meant for us to meet. You were her baby and, it’s because they needed blood and a kidney transplant, they were able to find me and tell me that I had a son. I’m making this video because I want you to know what we all love you. And even though we’re…” He took a steadying breath and swallowed, tears falling from his eyes. “Even though we might be long gone when you finally get to see this, I want you to know that you are so loved. You always will be. I’m the only one who could try to get there with you, and I might not make it. But, Legosi, I promise you-you will never be alone. Don’t be scared...” he trailed. “Ready?” Asked a voice off screen, Miyagi nodded and the recording cut to static.
Legosi’s face was a mess of tears. The short video message was his father speaking from beyond the grave to assure him that everything would be okay. Miasma put a hand on the wolf’s back trying to comfort him, he cursed himself that he was always so bad at it. “What happened to him?” He asked, his voice so strained it didn’t even sound like his. “He froze himself as well, the way it worked back then that the only way the cryogen lab would agree to put you under was by lottery or paying for it. You were selected by lottery, he had to pay for it so you would have someone here when you woke up.” Gouhin looked away and exhaled deeply. They unfroze him 20 years before you were medically cleared. I was the doctor assigned to look after him, at least that’s how it started.” He said.
“You loved him.” The wolf realized as he recognized Gouhin’s pained expression. “I didn’t stand a chance, it was like everything fit into place for us. I was suspicious of him…when he begged me to fund the rest of your treatment after they said they were gonna unfreeze you early due to payments running out. But…I’d do anything for him. But they took him…” “Kopi Luwak.” Legosi said, the panda nodded in confirmation. “The last thing he ever made me do was promise that I’d keep you safe. That’s what I intend to do.” Gouhin opened the box and took out a single key and a note. “I don’t know what this key is for, but. It was something that was left for you, from your grandpa and everyone else who wanted to give you this chance to live.” He handed the items to Legosi who opened the envelope and unfolded the note inside. “We’re with you, kiddo. I’ll be right there by your side the whole time, rooting for you. Here’s a little something extra to hold onto when you come out on the other side. Love, Gosha.”

Legosi was quiet for the rest of the day, and all through the evening as they sat down to dinner. For every weight this message lifted, it only brought more questions. Why did those people have to hurt his dad? What would he had thought about Legosi’s feelings toward Miasma? Who did these scales belong to? He had a piece of his father inside him, keeping him alive, but his grandfather said he would always be with him as well. What did he mean by that? He disappeared to the bedroom after dinner, sitting on the bed and looking out at the shadowed lake. The atmospheric simulator was switching to nightfall now as a way to provide a natural circadian rhythm. It cast a glow over the property with artificial moon light. He felt a dull sense of peace coupled with his grief. Even though he didn’t know him, knowing that he had brought them all together was something special. He longed for a chance to meet him, and everyone else who only wanted to save him. He heard the door open. “Hey,” Miasma’s rough voice could never truly settle even when he tried to be gentle but Legosi was grateful for the effort. “You okay?” He asked.
“I will be.” The wolf replied softly. He started pulling down the sheer stockings before tossing them into the drawer along. He stood up, unbuttoning the two front buttons on his shorts, leaving him in only his crop top and sheer lacy thong, the fabric hugging against his bulge. He was making himself more comfortable. He reached for the necklace with the vial around his neck and froze, his fingers grazing on them thoughtfully before he decided not to take it off. “It was…a lot. I never imagined this would be how we learned about everything…” The Komodo faltered as Legosi started shaking his head. “I wish I’d died. I mean even if they hurt for a while, they would’ve been okay. My dad was killed just because he was trying to wait for me…and my mom…my grandpa…everyone. They had to sacrifice everything just for me to-“ He pulled Legosi into a tight embrace, their hearts beating against each other’s chests.
“Don’t say that. Don’t ever say that, I’ve only had you a few short days and even I think you deserve to live more than most of the bastards I’ve had in my life. You don’t want…them to had gone broke, missed you, grieve for you and died for you all for you to just wish you weren’t here!” He shook him to empathize every sacrifice. There were few families who would sacrifice like that for one of their own.” He chided, Legosi’s ears pinned back and what the Komodo would give to kiss his face. He was so warm in Miasma’s arms. Inviting, vulnerable and looking sad. “I’m here, because of you.” He said, pulling off his shirt. He picked the wolf up and laid him on the bed before stripping him bare, first with the top he carefully unbuttoned, exposing his chest. Then with the panties, his calloused hands rubbing over his supple legs as he pulls them down. “What are you doing?” Legosi whispered. His tongue flicked at he traced his thumbs over Legosi’s groin where his thighs met his torso, cock soft between his legs. “I can’t tell you what it means to feel worthy…’cause I don’t know. I just know…I want you to feel that way. I want to…” Feelings were always hard for Miasma to articulate. Whatever he thought he didn’t want to feel, he buried.
“You…” Miasma tied his shirt around his face, Legosi reached up, caressing his chest. “You don’t need to do this.” He whispered. “Don’t tell me what to do.” Miasma grumbled half heartedly.

When Gouhin was finished with the dishes, he grabbed himself a cold beer from the fridge and that’s when he realized that he seemed to be the only one in the house. Even the typically chatty goats were nowhere to be found. He looked out into the living room and then the hall, and nothing. Scratching his head, he sighed, going up the stairs. When he got to the top, he saw a small group of animals at the door to the guest bedroom huddled up as they peeked inside through a crack. Gouhin could already hear from the end of the hall what they were so interested in. “What are you guys doing?” He whispered. A female sheep looked up at him, “That sounds like it hurts and he’s crying…” She whispered in reply. He peeked through the crack to see Legosi curled up beneath Miasma, his legs flailing, dangling helplessly as the Komodo rut into him. The wolf dug his claws into his back as he cried out, his ears against his skull, tear strained face nuzzled into the curve of Miasma’s neck. “That’s not why he’s upset. Come on…leave them alone.” He said, gently shooing them away and closing the door to give the couple their privacy.
The animals slowly dispersed, their expressions a mix of shock and embarrassment at what they had seen. Gouhin shook his head, sighing as he leaned against the door. He could still hear the quiet sounds from inside the room, the muffled cries and the soft grunts of Miasma. Gouhin turned and headed back downstairs, shaking his head as he heard a particularly loud moan from the bedroom above. He had a feeling it was going to be a long night.
-
The next morning, they sat down to breakfast, Legosi looked embarrassed and would not let go of Miasma. “What’s wrong with him?” The panda asked as he set down a couple of plates in front of them. “He could smell us being watched.” The Komodo rasped. “These things happen…they just never seem two carnivores having sex. It’s much louder, and more…” Gouhin sighed, struggling for the right. “Rough.” He mumbled. “Eat up, because once you guys are done, we gotta try to figure out what that key is for.” He told them as he blew over his tea. “Oh! Um…there’s a safety deposit box at someplace called Cydonia. It might be for that.” Legosi mumbled. “That was easy. Listen, you’re gonna have to stay here while your boyfriend and I go looking for what’s in there. It’s safer, we’ll take the smaller ship and be back in a few hours. You alright with that?” “My boyfriend?” Legosi looked over at Miasma. “I don’t know if-“ the Komodo cut him off by shoveling a fork full of scrambled eggs into his mouth. “He’ll be fine, let’s go.” He said.
-
It was later that afternoon. Legosi leaned up to kiss him, Miasma stopped him, gently holding him away from his venomous muzzle. “I’ll be back.” He said. Legosi exhaled deeply. “Be careful.” He replied. He watches as they climbed into the ship and it wasn’t long before they were on there way. Legosi sat outside on the porch and waited. “Are you okay?” Asked a chestnut colored stallion. Legosi blushed, he was one of the ones who caught him with Miasma. “Yeah…it’s just that this is the first time we’ve been apart…since I’ve known him.” The wolf leaned back against the couch. “Here.” The horse took a seat right beside him with a bottle of Galloping Hoof Rye and a couple glasses. “Let’s pass the time.”
Chapter Text
“Name’s Pon-Pon. I’m sorry, first of all. We didn’t mean to be nosey, but it sounded more like a fight than love making.” The horse said as he poured the glasses. Legosi felt his face get hot. “He’s a brutal person, that includes the way he...” He mumbled, reaching for the class. His nose twitched at the scent of alcohol as he took a sip. “I hear you, don’t worry. I don’t judge, you see that black stallion on the mower?” Legosi looked over in the direction Pon-Pon was pointing, there on the mower was a black stallion, much older, rougher looking too. “Yeah?” He asked. “His name’s Bing, we’ve been together a few years. We were the only couple like that around here until you guys showed up.” He smiled proudly. Legosi looked at him with wide eyes, he relaxed. At least he wouldn’t have to worry about being the odd ones. “It seems it’s common around here…Miasma and me, you guys, Gouhin and…my dad.” He sighed, recalling yesterday made him more grateful for the alcohol.
“You know, he was like you. Shy and reserved, soft spoken. He really mellowed that grumpy panda out. I think…he’d be happy you found someone out there. A lot of animals could get lost in space…forgotten. Even the ones who didn’t mean to disappear.” Pon-Pon looked at the wolf seeing his devastating expression made the horse’s smile falter. “You wanna see something? There’s room upstairs we’re not allowed, Gouhin keeps it locked but that old lock could open with a pin. Maybe you could find something of your old man’s to hold onto. I’m surprised he hadn’t offered…” Pon-Pon said, drinking down his glass. Legosi tried to do the same and coughed as the bitter liquid hit the back of his throat, he spat it back out all over the porch. “Uh, y-yeah, let’s go…” he said, getting up to follow, Pon-Pon looked on with pity, patting his back as he continued to try and clear his throat. When they got upstairs, the horse lead him down the hall to a door, that door could open without a key, and it felt eerie to step through it as it lead to what was simply an extension of the original hallway which looked exactly the same. His brow creased. “I know,” Pon-Pon said, “it’s a weird feeling.” They got to one of the doors just before the end of the hall.
“This is it.” The horse knelt in front of the door and took out a pin. It was one the girls used in their crest. He started fiddling with the lock, Legosi noticed things as he waited, the way this side of the carpet was pristine compared to the other and the musty smell of being untouched. “There we go.” He huffed triumphantly as he got to his feet. Legosi’s ears twitched at the loud creak as he pushed the door open. The light switch wouldn’t work, “I won’t be able to see, you go on in.” Pon-Pon stood watch at the door. He knew that this was a sacred place, it’s a restricted area because it was meant to be his place alone. Fortunately, he knew that Legosi would be able to take his time. Legosi stepped into the room, his eyes adjusting to the dim light. The room was filled with furniture other items looked like a well lived-in room even long-forgotten, a glass of water and aspirin by the bed, clothes in the closet and on the floor…wine glasses on the little table near the window that looked out over the property, the most beautiful view he’s seen so far in any of the rooms.
Legosi searched for anything that could serve as a momento. He noticed a small picture frame on one of the shelves and picked it up. His eyes widened as he looked at it. It was a picture of Miyagi with Gouhin. They looked happy, Miyagi’s eyes looked worried even in the video he had left him, so this moment where he looked genuinely happy made Legosi smile. But this was something Gouhin would surely miss. He put it down, beside what looked like a scarf. It was white and silky. It looked like something a girl would wear. He picked it up. “Was this his, too?” He asked, holding it up. “Yes, I think he was wearing it around his neck when he first arrived from the cryogen lab.” Pon-Pon confirmed. Legosi nodded, looking in the mirror he tied the scarf around his slender neck. The two pointed ends sticking out in the front made it look like a bow. The white against his gray fur added to the monochrome look in contrast to his all black ensemble. Lace and silk. He felt like he had finally found what was missing. An alarm went off in the distance and they both startled. “It’s a distress signal! We have to go.” The horse said Legosi lean out of the room, Pon-Pon locked and closed it and they ran to the downstairs hall.
On the screen just inside the lab where Gouhin had showed the video of Miyagi, was Miasma, frantically trying to maneuver a ship that was under fire. “Miasma!” Legosi cried, shoving past everyone to get closer. “I had to leave him…I couldn’t just let them take everything. They took him and I don’t know what they did with him, I’m trying to lose them through the gate!” For every blow received, the feed paused, his message was coming through broken and jumbled. It cut to black as mercifully, he made it through the gate and shifted into high gear towards Ganymede. “What is it? What are you saying, where’s Gouhin?” Legosi asked. “They were waiting for us, Cydonia is a bank on Mars. We got everything out of the box but…before we could get into orbit, we were attacked. He jumped out, I had to grab the controls or I woulda gone down…I don’t know if he survived.” Miasma’s voice sounded heavy-hearted and guilty.
“Why would he do that, why would he…” “This is all you have left of your past, he knew…your dad wanted you to have it. He was gonna get it to you no matter the cost.” Miasma offered. Legosi looked around at all the horrified faces as realization dawned on them. Gouhin could be dead. “What is it, Miasma?” He asked, holding his head. Another sacrifice he didn’t feel he deserved. “Documents, pictures, and an entire video log. Some money too.” Miasma said. “That’s it? He-“ “Please!” Legosi looked up at the screen, their eyes meeting. “Remember our deal, I promised you that I would give you back everything you lost. Your family, your life, what made you who you are. If they got their hands on this, you would’ve lost everything. I didn’t want that…I wanted to keep a promise for once!” Miasma’s voice broke, he slapped his own face a few times to stave off the tears. Legosi sighed. Once again, they found it was just them against a harsh universe. “Come back to me.” He said. The Komodo nodded, swallowing harshly. “I’ll be there soon.” Miasma assured.

When Miasma landed, the farmers and field workers gathered around. Watching as he opened the canopy and jumped down. He looked around at all the solemn faces, a lump growing in his throat. Legosi ran up to him, “Are you okay? Where did you see him last?” He asked, “They ambushed us before we could get to the first gate into deep space. He put on a helmet and jumped out. But they still chased me, too.” Miasma handed him a satchel. It was heavy, he looked inside to see several small discs and a ton of money he vaguely recognized as Earth money. “Did you actually see him…you know…” Bing asked. “No, I saw when he launched himself at the ship but that was it.” Miasma said. He grunted, falling into Legosi. “You’re hurt!” The wolf gasped as he held him up. “I’m fine…” Miasma tried to push him away but he fell into him once more. “Let’s get him inside.” Pon-Pon ushered them into the house. They sat in the lab as Legosi dabbed and cleaned the gash in the Komodo’s side. Miasma was resisting letting anyone else near him. “Here, these are automatic sutures, just press it to his skin and slowly pull the tab like a zipper.” Pon-Pon handed him the device, Legosi did as instructed and it was almost miraculous how the threads and needles sewed him up so easily. He bandaged him up as well.
“We might as well see what’s on those logs. They went through quite a bit to get here.” Miasma said, Legosi nodded as he reached into the bag and took out a stand which held hundreds of super compact discs numbered 1-600. He took the first one and wondered what to do with it. “Right here.” Pon-Pon tapped a port just beneath the large screen. Legosi put it in and it gave a green glow as it scanned the disc’s contents. The screen turned black and then switched to the image of an old Komodo dragon. The Komodo took a long breath as he slid on his glasses. “Legosi, hello. The facility that you’re in, this uh…CryoEden. They told me that it would be good for you if we made videos for you to see when you woke up. I could imagine that you’re scared and the world must look so much different than how you remember. But please don’t be afraid. My name…is Gosha. I’m your grandpa.” Miasma’s eyes widened as he looked from the screen to the wild in front of him.
“About a year ago, you started experiencing these strange symptoms. You weren’t acting like yourself and you lost so much weight that you were too weak to stand. I took you to the hospital and they told me you had this disease for a while and…by the time you started showing symptoms, it was too late to help you. I…refused to accept that. I couldn’t. Seventeen years I watched you brow up, I watched you take your first steps, my name was your first word, and I picked you up on your first day of school. Your grandma’s love took her away from me too soon, and you never got to know your mother because she resented…being a hybrid. You were here last gift to me at just 32. I wasn’t ready to lose you too.” Gosha’s tearful eyes looked up at the lights, they looked so much like Legosi’s. Their faces were almost identical, despite the difference in species, especially when they cried.
“I know that I might not be there when you wake up…but I want you to know I will not stop. I will think of you, I’ll make these and speak to you, until my last breath if I have to, so that you know that you were loved…And never abandoned. I gifted you some of my scales, so that when you wake up, at the very least you will not be alone.” The video cut out and Legosi sobbed, scrambling in the box and grabbing the very last video. He went to the port and switched them. The image that showed was Gosha far older than in the original. His scales had lost their luster and his flesh had become more wrinkled. He even shrunk quite a bit. “My darling boy, I just wanted to say that I love you. I love you and I miss you.” His voice was so much fainter then. “I tried my best to wait for you, you’ll have to forgive me, it’s been fifty years and I’m not as strong as I used to be. I made it to 104, and not many could say that, but it’s only because of you, kid. You kept me hanging in there, but I fear that…it’s almost time for me to join your mom and your grandma. I left you all the money I had from my retirement, feel free to use it to start your new life. Even though this may be the last you hear my voice, know that I hope you find someone to love you. I hope you discover yourself and you live every dream and reach every goal. I’m so grateful for the time that we had together and I hope these offer you whatever comfort they could.” Legosi slowly fell to his knees, his body shaking as he wept.
Miasma got down beside him, he wrapped an arm around his waist and held the wolf close. “Legosi…I’m sorry-“ Legosi reached up and pressed his lips to Miasma’s. The Komodo’s heart raced as he suddenly felt the sensation of warm lips against his. “Legosi…” “We have to find Gouhin, after everything he…we can’t just let them hurt him.” Legosi insisted. “How are we supposed to do that? We don’t have a ship or…the fire power to go up against them.” Miasma said. “There may be someone who could help…” They looked up at Pon-Pon, “But the bastard won’t like getting them involved at all.” He said.
-
Gouhin woke up strapped by heavy duty bars to an upright table. “He’s waking up, sir.” He heard a small voice say, the panda looked up. “Gouhin…now that you’re here, hope you’ll be more forthcoming with the location of this wolf.” Said the suited civet who stood at his feet. The panda hocked up and spit right in his face. “Fuck you, Deshico.” He snarled. Deshico took a handkerchief from his pocket and wiped at the spit on his cheek. “You’re not still mad are you? It’s been twenty years. You could’ve long gotten yourself a partner who wasn’t a rare commodity.” He said. Gouhin did not respond. “What do I have to do to get you to cooperate, I won’t hurt you, obviously. The scientific community would never recover from the loss.” The panda only stared with a look of utter contempt. Deshico sighed, scratching his head. “The young wolf has biological properties that could benefit our research long-term. I’ll tell you what, I’ll offer you a large sum and all the resources in our field lab. You could find cures to your hearts content…” Deshico walked away and types away at his panel until an opening formed beneath them and a metal monolith raised from the ship’s core. “How about I sweeten the deal? I’ll trade you one wolf…” Gouhin’s jaw dropped as the shield opened. “For another.”
Chapter Text
“What have you done…?” It was like seeing a ghost. Gouhin felt bile rise in his throat as the civet looked upon his lover’s naked form. “His DNA has hosted hundreds of artificially grown transplant organs and cured almost 90 perfect of rare diseases that have only recently emerged. Snuffed out before they could reach pandemic levels. His son however could be the key to an entire assembly line. Never again will there be a waiting list or a death due to a shortage on any of the interplanetary settlements.” As Deshico is talking, Gouhin is shaking his head. “My God…you truly are evil. You stand there…and expect me to give up his son so you could use him as a medical device against his will? That’s sick. The answer is no.” He immediately refused. “Gouhin, I can’t imagine how…lonely it must’ve been without him. After you estranged your family in pursuit of creating cures to primitive Earth diseases, he had to be…special to get you to let your guard down. He doesn’t know that the kid is out of cryogen and he doesn’t know that he’s been cured. You could go back to the way things used to be.”
For a moment, it was almost tempting. He looked at the tank in front of him. Miyagi looked like an angel, his body perfectly preserved in faux cryogen having never aged. “I…” He wanted to refuse but it was as though his mouth wouldn’t let him speak. “Think about it, we have a few hours before we reach Titan. It’s colder there, not much of a tourist attraction so you’ll have plenty of privacy…once you’re reunited.” Deshico left Gouhin there to stare at what would be his reward for committing the most heinous act he had ever considered. That alone made him hate himself because deep down, he knew he couldn’t keep the betrayal a secret. And he knew that he could never look Miyagi in the eyes again, knowing that he had broken his promise in the worst way. “You goddamn wolf…you were right there under my nose and I didn’t even know it.” He muttered, his hushed voice cracking. He swallowed the emotion that formed a lump in his throat as a couple of tears escaped his eyes. “I’ll get you out of here, and I promise you’ll get to meet your son. Or else I’ll die trying.”
-
Legosi sat in that lab watching video after video as Pon-Pon and Bing worked on contacting someone they knew could help them find and bring back Gouhin. When one ended, he put in another disc. In this one, it had been six months into his sleep and Gosha held up photos from their family album. These were from a vacation they took together, it was a happier time before his mom became so depressed that she couldn’t leave their house. “And I wish I could’ve gone on the rides with you, but…they don’t let us Komodo’s into certain areas.” He sadly explained as he gently tucked the photos safely away into their album. “It’s that how it is for you?” He turned to Miasma who lounged on the window bench where Gouhin had replaced the window with stained glass to obscure his research to the outside. “Nah, people hate me for completely different reasons. There’s anti-venom that stops the effects before it could become fatal.” Miasma said, doing a little groan as he sat upright. “What do you think that money’s worth in red backs?” He asked, grabbing some tissues from a box and shoving the wad into Legosi’s chest.
“I don’t know, but…if it’s a lot, I think we should pay off both our debts…make people hate you just a little bit less.” The wolf laughed weakly as he used some of the tissues to wipe at his eyes. “You don’t need to spend no money on me. I made my bed.” The Komodo sighed looking away from the bag, feeling like he would just be taking the easy way out if he accepted. “It’s our bed now, isn’t it? Back on Mars? I want to go back when this is all over.” He said, his voice still weepy from the videos. He went to put another one in and Miasma stopped him. “Please…take a break. No one’s gonna take ‘em from you.” The Komodo gently lowered Legosi’s arm. “I don’t want anyone else dying for me or…because of me, Miasma. I hope we find him.” “It was not ‘cause of you, I keep telling you. He made his choice! He didn’t have to jump ship.” There was a knock on the door and they both looked up. “They’re on their way here, get ready. You might have to make a good first impression.” Pon-Pon said with a sheepish smile.
They went out to the yard a few minutes later. “What could you tell us about these guys?” Miasma asked. “They’re uh…bounty hunters and debt collectors. They’re who people send when they want money or the head of the guy who owes it.” Bing explained. Miasma’s eyes widened slightly, in his mind he started to weigh the odds of any of these guys knowing who he was. Within the hour, one the lab systems warned of a ship coming in, it was even bigger than Gouhin’s station and landed out in the wheat field. “Get ready.” Pon-Pon braced. Their scent carried on the air, large breed felines. Males. Miasma’s back stiffened, his tongue flicking to taste the hair. When they emerged from the field, the herbivore field workers retreated into the house. Lions. Right of them and they looked very dangerous. Big, and armed to the teeth. “We got your call, I’d like to know what was so important that Gouhin couldn’t contact us, himself.” Said the glasses wearing lion at the forefront. Legosi and Miasma looked at each other and then around, it seemed everyone else had had themselves scarce. Legosi got up walking up to them until Miasma stopped him.
“He’s missing…we need your help finding him or else he might be done for. This…organization, kopi luwak might have him and they’re trying to get to me.” He explained, hiding his fear with determination. “Get a load of this guy…” Another lion with white irises and a scar across his eye walked around who Legosi assumed was their leader. “Why would they be after you, sweetheart?” He asked teasingly. “He’s a male…” another lion pointed out. “Yeah, no shit. Those little ass shorts barely hold that big cock of his…” He grabbed Legosi’s head fur and wrenched his head back. Miasma hissed, he was about to rush him when the lion pulled out a gun and held it to the Komodo’s head. “Gouhin’s got a beef with us but we help each other time to time, I’m just wondering why he’d give himself up to help you out.” The lions mumbled against his ear. “My father was his lover…he promised he’d take care of me.” Legosi said. “That’s enough, Free.” The other lion approached looking down his nose through his glasses at the wolf. “We will only help you for a price.” He told him. Legosi shook himself loose from Free’s grasp and pushed him away the lion chuckled in amusement. “Name it.” He said.
Chapter Text
This was a big fucking mistake.
They were on a ship heading toward the first of two of Kopi Luwak’s headquarters. One for their coffee manufacturing and distribution, and the other for their charity work and medical research facilities. They didn’t trust that they would be there right out the gate, the coffee headquarters was much closer and they had a better chance of finding the CEO and possibly Gouhin as well. The problem was, that these lions refused to take and exchange any of the earth money. It turned out that glasses, whose name Miasma had come to know was Ibuki, was merely a voice of reason. The loudmouth known as Free who wouldn’t stop ogling his wolf was the leader of this gang and he had his eyes set on one thing. Legosi agreed and Miasma had no choice but to sit outside with the others, watching Legosi be led away by the lion. “That’s gotta hurt, buddy…” mocked one lion with an X shaped scar on his face. “Yeah, Free gets down real nasty, you won’t want his left overs!” Said another, his mane darker than the rest. “Stop it, you don’t want to be on the receiving end of an angry Komodo.” Ibuki cautioned.
“It’s just one! And he’s young, he can’t take all of us.” Miasma had heard Ibuki refer to this one as Dope who shuffled cards for the three of them sitting at table. “But he could take out as many of us as he can, trying.” Ibuki looked at the Komodo who stared at the floor, venom mask in place, his reptilian eyes staring at nothing in particular. He nearly begged Free to reconsider but there was no reasoning with someone as indulgent as their so called leader. He knew there was no comfort he could offer, so he left the kid alone to brood. In the bedroom, Free picked Legosi up, tossing him onto the mattress where he bounced into the air. Before he could recover, the lion grabbed him and pulled him down, spreading his lets apart. Free’s mane fell in his eyes as he felt around curiously. “Let’s see what you got here…” He murmured to himself as he hooked two fingers beneath end crotch of Legosi’s shorts and pulled it to the side. “Ohhh…” he chortled, as he got a good view of everything Legosi had to offer. Cock, balls, and ass.
“That’s real nice,” he buried his nose under his sack inhaling deeply the musk as he dragged it over the two sensitive mounds. His long tongue licking his soft cock from base to tip. “No wonder your little boyfriend looks so mad…” Free buried his tongue in Legosi’s ass hole, shaking his head side to side. “I wouldn’t wanna share you either.” He sat up on his knees, pulling off his jacket eagerly. “You look like you like you mess around, that why you dress like such a little slut?” Free look Legosi into his mouth. “Mmm…” he hummed as he sucked, coaxing hardness into the flaccid appendage despite the wolf’s reluctance. “No…” Legosi whispered breathily. “I think I was a virgin before I met him.” He said. “Haha, ‘you think’” Free laughed, he lifted Legosi’s knees into the air, folding him as he lapped at his hole. Legosi gasped as he pressed the tip of his tongue to the inside. Free unzipped, freeing his cock and stroking it as he pulled Legosi’s foreskin back, dipping his tongue into the slit. “Mm!” He moaned. “Yeah, that’s right, we’re gonna have fuuuuun…”He slid his hand’s over the wolf’s chest and under his shirt as he positioned his fully erect cock as his entrance, a big silver ring just above the frenulum through the tip. Legosi whimpered as he began pressing himself inside. The lion’s ear flicked, there was an uproarious commotion going on just outside his door.
“What the fuck…?” He got up but before he could make it off the bed, the door slid open. “Agata?!” Free jumped to his feet, holding his pants over his erection as he was Miasma holding a gun to Agata’s head. “Get the FUCK off him, we’re doing this my way now. I poisoned him, which means we have less than 24 hours for you idiots to find the panda and get him some antitoxin, don’t even THINK about shooting me ‘cause they’ll need a sample to make it.” Free’s eyes widened in horror as he looked between the sickened lion and the enraged Komodo. Playtime was over. “Okay,” he swallowed, he licked the roof of his mouth, still able to taste Legosi on his tongue. “Just relax and put him down…we’ll do it, alright…” Free was one to laugh in the face of a threat, but he wasn’t about to lose one of his men over some tail.
Miasma tossed Agata into the older lion, “Come on, you’re the so-called leader of this crew ain’t you? Your guys could use some direction right about now.” He shook the gun towards the hallway. Free carried Agata back to the control room where the others swarmed the young lion. Miasma went into the bedroom looking down at the exposed wolf who looked up at him in horror. “How could you do that? I thought you said you’d let me handle it!” “Fuck that.” The Komodo raged. “You think I’m gonna let some fuckin’ creep take advantage of you just cause we need their help?” Legosi had never heard him raise his voice like that, it was frightening but he was determined to stand his ground. “You didn’t need to poison him! What if he dies?!” He yelled back. “He shoulda thought of that before he put his hands on you! Why are you fighting me? What, you think just ‘cause people died trying to help you, you get to be the martyr now?” Miasma sat on the bed, his eyes and Legosi’s boring into each other. “You don’t…you don’t get to talk to me like…like you own me!” Legosi argued.
His cock was so hard, twitching against his stomach as the Komodo started crawling over him, caging him possessively. “I do own you. Legally, physically, emotionally. You’re mine, and if I say I don’t want no flea bag lion putting his hands on you, you’re gonna fuckin’ listen.” Miasma growled. Legosi shrank back into the bed as Miasma advanced on him. He tried to push back, to maintain some semblance of independence. But Miasma was relentless, his body pressed against Legosi, his dominant presence leaving no room to argue. His expression was intense, his eyes wild and possessive. He had to admit that he hated what happened with Free, but he wasn't some helpless damsel in distress. "W-What about what I want?" he asked, his voice shaking. "You think you could just…tell me what to do and I’ll do what you say?" Miasma's response was quick and firm. "You do need me," he said, his hand wrapping around Legosi’s erection, gently stroking. "You need me to take care of you. "Say it" he demanded, his voice low and dangerous. He grabbed the wolf's chin, forcing him to look him in the eye. “You’re mine.” His hand sped up, Legosi moaned, leaning into his touch.
Legosi's resolve crumbled as Miasma's hand stroked him, the familiar sensation stirring a deep desire within him. The Komodo's touch was both firm and tender, and he couldn't help but give in to his demands. “I...I'm yours," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. Miasma's expression softened slightly, but the dangerous edge in his eyes remained. "That's right," he said, his voice low and commanding. "You're mine to take care of, to protect..." Legosi's heart raced as he felt himself being claimed once again. Miasma chuckled deeply, his free hand stroking the wolf’s face. "That's my good boy," he purred. "No more giving yourself away."

“We’re coming up on Titan, just a few hours…” Ibuki looked back at the sweating Congo lion laying on the floor, on a bed made for him as he was surrounded by the other lions watching over him closely. “How’s he holding up?” He asked. “The fuck do you think? This is what we get for being Mr. Nice Guys.” Free handed Dolph a bowl of cold water, he used a rag to gently pat Agata down. “It’s not about that, it’s about you pulling some sleazy shit. They offered us money and instead you just wanted sex, that kid looks barely legal.” Ibuki reprimanded. “Don’t talk to me like that, what are you my fuckin’ dad? You work for me, remember?” Free gave him a little shove and pointed his finger right in his face. “He’s a smoke show and we’ve been working nonstop, excuse me for being a little horny, alright?” Free fell into the pilot’s seat, running his fingers through his mane. “I hope you liked whatever you got, cause now Agata could die if we don’t find the panda and your payment is getting fucked senseless in your own bed.” Ibuki pointed out. Free gripped the arms of his chair and clenched his jaw.
“Hino, look up what you can on that Komodo.” He ordered, he felt embarrassed, wanting to save Agata but also his own pride. The screen lit up as the fair maned lion entered Miasma’s name into their extensive system. “He’s got eleven queries and owes 75,000RBs. There’s a bounty on him as well.” Hino informed. Free chuckled darkly. “Perfect…we get the panda, send him and the wolf back to Ganymede and I get to skin that leathery fucker once Agata’s in the clear!” He cracked his knuckles as he stared at Miasma’s mugshot and several other candid surveillance photos. “Fine…” Ibuki agreed, “It’d serve him right, but we need to be careful.”
“Do you really think I’m gonna die, Dolph? You said you were gonna take me to that strip club on Deimos for my birthday…” the young lion rasped. His throat scratchy. “Hush now, you’ll be alright. You’ll be alright…it’s just a little longer.” Dolph was taking this hard, he was always more like an older brother to the kid than a comrade, he took care of him from young, too. Keep him safe from this cruel and unforgiving business, and taught him the ropes. He had other plans in mind for Miasma.

There was nothing but the sounds of Legosi’s whimpering and broken moans as Miasma marked his body with eager lips and sharp teeth. He had him stripped bare, biting and sucking at the sweet blood, finally getting to be unafraid of his venom hurting his wolf. His alone. His to touch, to tease, and to fuck like the greedy cunt fiend he was. He had one hand wrapped around Legosi’s ankle as he held his leg in the air, thrusting his long, thick cock so deep his stomach bulged at his intrusion. His other hand held Legosi’s face turned to his as he looked right into his eyes. “This is mine…if I want it, I’m gonna take it, if I wanna break it-“ “AH! Fuck!” Legosi screamed, his eyes rolling back in ecstasy, “then in I’m gonna. Fuckin’. Break it!” The Komodo emphasized with rough, deep thrusts down to the hilt. It’s forked tips jamming into Legosi’s prostate. He dipped his head down, greedy serpentine tongue flicking to lap at a rock hard nipple. Legosi shuddered, his lips parting wish a gasp, his hips grinding down with his mind numbing orgasm as he let Miasma use his tight, warm body to his insatiable pleasure. Miasma growled, his beastly grunt ringing right into the wolf’s ear as he came, copious amounts of hot cum leaking from his ass over the front of his thigh.
The Komodo held Legosi curled into him, his huge arms holding him close. He was feral, as though he were protecting precious prey he meant to devour when he was ready. For a while they lay there and Legosi couldn’t open his eyes…or speak. He could only hum as Miasma kissed him. “I don’t want you to ever forget who you belong to…when those bite marks heal? You look in and mirror any time you need a reminder.” He whispered into Legosi’s flicking ear. In no time at all, they entered the atmosphere of Titan, the largest moon on Saturn. Ibuki banged on the bedroom door and Miasma answered, not bothering to cover up. If the lion had a problem with his disrespect, he didn’t show it. “You’ll need to wear this,” Ibuki shoved a bundle of heavy clothing into his chest. “Titan is cold, if you wanna go out there, you’ll need to stay warm.” He said, turning to walk away. Miasma looked back at the wolf, he could already feel the chill in the ship, its heat system almost struggling to combat it.
Miasma watched as the lion walked away, shutting the door behind him. He tossed the bundle of clothes onto the bed next to Legosi, who lay there, exhausted and breathless, still coming down from the high. He could still feel the ghost of the Komodo's touch on his skin, the sharp sting of the bleeding bite marks he had left behind. The mention of the cold outside jarred him back to reality, and he finally opened his eyes to look up at Miasma. He was still naked, unashamed of his body and the evidence of their lovemaking that they both wore on their skin. "Are you ready?" Legosi asked quietly. Miasma knelt down in front of him, his expression softening as he began to help him get dressed. He pulled on the thick winter jacket and zipped it up to Legosi's chin, pulling the hood over his head, leaving one ear poking out. He then began to help him put on the thick pants, followed by thermal underwear, a wool scarf, a pair of gloves, and a pair of thermal boots.

Deshico had his guards transport Gouhin to a room. He was still trying to convince the panda to reveal Legosi’s location. Gouhin tried his best to keep track of where they kept Miyagi but it was impossible. If he was going to get him out, he had to figure out where he was. He noted several exits, three of them leading to ship decks where the smaller ships would deploy. However, doors on this ship were only activated by palm print. He would have to improvise, but first, he would use this opportunity to probe for information. He was left alone with one guard, a young falcon. “I got a question for ya…” he began. The avian looked at him, you could ask, doesn’t mean I’ll answer. Especially if it’s about the wolf.” The kid was sharp, Gouhin gave him that. “Do you have children?” The panda asked. “I have three daughters.” The falcon said with a sigh as he lead him into an empty room with a cot and a water cooler. “Do you ever feel like you’re not doing enough? Like your inability to adapt keeps you from raising them to the best of your ability?” He asked the bird was caught off guard. “I…” he looked away. “Yeah…sometimes. It’s like I could never see far enough ahead. I make decisions based on what I know in the moment.” He mumbled. “Have a seat…” Gouhin nodded over to the cot. The doctor was in.

“It sounds like you really try your best. I would imagine they’re very proud of you. When they grow up, they’ll want to find boyfriends and husbands who emulate your sense of responsibility. A lot of new dads don’t realize that their role as the man in their life lays the foundation for their relationships with other males in the future.” Gouhin sat in a chair while the young falcon laid on the bed staring up at the ceiling” “Wow…that’s-that’s great! I feel so much better, I don’t know how I could ever repay you!” He sat up, grabbing and shaking Gouhin’s bound hands with a broad smile. “Well, uh, I was wondering…where do they keep the wolf? I’m considering your boss’s offer and I want to make sure that he’s safe.” They panda said, softening the gruff in his voice. The falcon paused, looking around to make sure that no one was listening. He leaned in, “He’s in lab three, live subject testing. It’s on the top floor of the building and he’s in secure access. Only one of the scientists could get in with palm scans.” He mumbled lowly. Gouhin hid his excitement but his heart raced with adrenaline. “Thank you.” He said calmly.
When the falcon left, the panda kept a watchful eye out the little window in that massive door. There was one group of scientists who would frequently travel this hallway accompanied by guards. They carried what looked sealed vials on a trolly from one of the ships. Possibly deliveries from their actual laboratory location. He watched, waited, and finally in a stroke of luck, one of them left the group to return back to the ship deck. Probably forgot something. “Hey! You got a bathroom in this place or do I have to piss on the floor?” He grunted over to one of the guards watching his room. “There’s a bucket right in there with you. The bigger of the two, a stacked kangaroo that just about outmatched him in size and possibly strength as well took a step forward with what looked like an MP5 held across his chest. “Come on, you could at least let an old man keep his dignity! I’m already a prisoner.” The guard looked to his partner who shrugged. He exhaled sharply in annoyance. “Fine,” he went over, inputting the code into the panel on the door which clicked open.
Outside, a lone scientist was standing on a boarding ladder, searching through a refrigeration crate for a missing vial. She was a panda herself, young, small for her species. She paused, feeling a chill go down her spine as she sensed an ominous presence. She turned around to see a male panda, his shirt bloodied as he had a gun strapped around him. “Come down the ladder, sweetheart.” He said with a smile. She tried to reach for a weapon holstered in the control board. “I wouldn’t do that.” He warned. Unfortunately, she wasn’t about to negotiate with him and decided that she wanted to try her luck, grabbing her gun and aiming it at him. He exhaled sharply, “Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
Equipped with glasses and a lab coat, the panda walked, disguised, pushing a cart full of vials, tubing, equipment all the way to one of the elevators. The first one he took did not go all the way to the top floor. It seemed that different elevators stopped at different floors. The place was saturated with cameras and security, he had no choice but to pretend to pick something up from that floor and go all the way back down to the main floor to get to the other elevator. When he managed to get into that elevator there was an old fashioned keypads that needed a code in order to access the top floor. The buttons were weathered he could tell that these four numbers had to pressed more than all the others. He tried one combination, then another, and another. “Need some help?” He was joined by another young scientist, a mongoose with a biohazard bag tucked under his arm, holding a cup of coffee as he stepped on to the elevators. “Yeah, uh…just trying to get to the top floor.” He tried to smooth out his voice. “Ah, yeah. This things always giving trouble. Let’s see here…” The smaller animal reached up, typing in the code. The doors closed and they ascended.
“Haven’t seen you around here before, are you a new supervisor?” The mongoose asked. “Uh…yeah! Yeah…” the panda tried to make as little contact as possible when the elevator opened on his floor, the mongoose got off and as Gouhin reached the top for he got out and made his way to the secured entrance. He looked to the left and then the right before pulling out the severed arm of the female panda from under the cart, still bleeding and still warm, and used it to scan the print. When he got inside, he tossed it and turned on the radio of the guard he killed, listening as they read off their location. There, in a huge cryogenic chamber floating in life sustaining nutrient fluid was the man he loved. He was as perfect as the day he lost him, but how was he going to get him out of there? There had to be security measures in place that could go off and summon every guard in the building. “Hang on, angel. I’m gonna get you out of here.” “Ambush, ambush, ambush! We got a code 9!” Gouhin turned the all the way radio up. “I repeat, code 9! Secure the CEO, a gang of lions are attacking the main gate, we already lost front command.” The distress signal ended. “Shit! What the fuck are they doing here?!” Gouhin gripped his head, about to lose his cool. He could use the Shishikai’s attack as a distraction to get out of here with Miyagi while the guards were distracted, but if those brought the kid with him…
There was no time he went to the panel where it required a palm scan to receive input, scrambling for the severed arm he grabbed it and managed to open up the system’s command. He input for the tank to drain and release. The tank lit up red as it thawed the wolf’s body before slowly beginning to drain. He watched as Miyagi sank to the bottom, leads and monitors held him up as though he were caught in a spider’s web and the breakable glass chamber slid open. Gouhin took off the lab coat and wrapped it around him. He removed the leads and then the IV and feeding tube before picking him up and hauling ass to the nearest exit which was only the elevator. He would have to hope no one caught them. When they got to the me main floor he ran for those decks, many of the ships had been deployed, possibly in an attempt to ward off the shishikai by confronting them head on. However, the one where he had stuffed the bullet riddled remains of that dead scientist was left alone. It was perfect, he opened it up, tossing out the corpse, he held Miyagi in his lap as he closed the canopy and started it up. His heart was hammering in his chest with elation as he looked down at the wolf’s face.

“Shoot ‘em down, just shootin’ ‘em down!” Free chanted, as he, Dope, and Ibuki shot down the swarm of guards as they tried to aim. The ship had a camouflage mechanism, and those guards could hardly see them. But some of them were getting wise, it seemed that they had started putting thermal goggles to see them. They disabled the camouflage, instead, using a laser cannons to cut them down. But the ship took fire, and rattled. “Woah!” Legosi lost his balance and landed right into the lion’s lap. Free laughed, smirked as Miasma grabbed the wolf and pulled him back into his arms. He would be his soon, as soon they got the antivenom for Agata, that Komodo was history. “They’re setting up missles, let’s land and find a way inside.” Ibuki suggested. “Fine,” Free turned their cover back on and they found cover. “What do we do? Agata’s down and the eight of us won’t be enough against their remaining forces.” Ibuki handed out guns from the armory. “Wait! I can help.” Legosi said. Miasma’s eyes narrowed. “Absolutely not. I’m not putting you in front of any bullets!” He refused. “I need to! Please, Miasma. It’s the only way!” The wolf begged.
“I…alright,” Miasma a couple of guns from Ibuki and handed one to Legosi. “Please don’t make me regret this…” he said. Legosi nodded. Dolph looked down at Agata. “We’ll be back, buddy.” He told him. He turned to Miasma and Legosi. “Stay close, you see anything moving that isn’t a shishikai lion, kill it.” He instructed. They made their way up the back stairs, breaking in through the fire exit. Alarms were blaring so loud they hurt Legosi’s ears. Some guards ran down the hallway, he popped off one, then another. Hiding behind a wall to take cover he waited for them to duck behind one of his of the computer stations, popping up to let out a few rounds before taking cover again. The lions were all very preoccupied with their own slaughter as they dispatched the slew of guards rushing down the stairs and coming in the door in an attempt to overwhelm them. Free took the time to observe as Miasma kept looking back at Legosi. They needed him alive…not in one peace. So he neglected to warn him when a guard got past him and raised his pistol, shooting a round into the Komodo.
Miasma fell to the floor before the guard could shoot the kill shot, he was able to shoot back, blowing a hole in the head off the caiman. Legosi peaked around the corner. He shot the guards before they could pop up again and ran down the wall where he had caught Gouhin’s scent and the scent of blood. He noticed a hesitation in Miasma’s gait and stopped. “You were hit?” He asked. “Yeah. I’m fine, don’t worry.” Legosi looked on worriedly as the Komodo melted the lock and kicked open the door. In it was two dead guards and a bucket of piss. “Oh shit,” Miasma walked back out. “He got out…” he said as the lions joined them. “But where is he?” Ibuki asked. “Fuck! Let’s get out of here! That old son of a bitch is long gone…” Free grunted. “Not so fast…” they all turned around to a wall of armed guards in riot gear. Pointing guns at them, they were out numbered and in front of them stood the little civet. “Hello, Legosi. I’ve been looking for you since you woke up. My…you’re almost as beautiful as your father!” Legosi's heart raced as the little civet spoke. His father? What did he mean by that? He looked at Miasma, who was wounded but still standing. Free and the other lions looked tense, but they didn't let down their guard. "What are you talking about? What do you want with me?" Legosi asked, trying to keep his voice steady. “Don’t worry… your sacrifice will help save lives for generations to come.” He said, speaking as though he was making a sale’s pitch.
Miasma stood in front of him, “No fucking way! You’re not using him for any of your bullshit fucking experiments!” He growled. The guards raised their guns, closing in. “You have no choice, look around you, none of you would be able to do much as get a shot in. We have you surrounded. Step away…or die.” Deshico threatened. “No!”Legosi held his gun out, and dropped it to the floor. “I’ll go with you. Just don’t hurt them.” “No, Legosi. Don’t you fucking dare. You remember what I told you…you belong to me, damn it!” Even in his aggression the underlying fear in Miasma’s voice was noticed by all of them. “I’m sorry…I wish we could’ve gone home together, I…guess I wasn’t meant to enjoy our lives on mars.” He laughed sadly. “No, you know, fuck you, okay?! You don’t get to do this to me! You don’t get to leave!” Miasma cried, he tried running after the wolf and was stopped by the automatic assault rifle held at his chest. Legosi looked back as he was being taken away. “I love you.” He said.
Miasma’s heart shattered in his chest. It hurt too much, he could do nothing. Their guns were taken away, and they were bound and being forced back out of the building. The civet figured he had the wolf, there was no reason to kill the others and risk retaliation from any of their allies. Legosi, however, he knew had no one else. “Don’t leave me! No! Don’t fucking do this! Come back!” The Komodo screamed back at him as he and the others were being dragged out. To Deshico, this scene was all too familiar and from not too long ago. When a certain panda was forced to leave his wolf behind. Now he had both of them…or so he thought. When they got to the top floor, it was clear that Miyagi was gone. The severed remains of a presumably dead animal was attached to the leads to fool the system’s time out. “Find the panda,” he ordered. He wanted it all, and he was going to get it all and he was going to by any means necessary. The guards left in search of Gouhin and scientists were brought into the chamber room. “Strip him and get him on the chamber slab…hook him up.” Deshico watched as they obeyed.
Legosi felt a chill run down his spine as he was swarmed by the guards. He didn't fight back, resigned to his fate, but the fear that gripped him was palpable. He was stripped bare and forced onto the cold, hard slab of the chamber. The bright lights nearly blinded him as he lay there, vulnerable and alone. The scientists were bustling around him, attaching wires and tubes to his body, but his mind was elsewhere, thinking of Miasma and his anguished cries as he was taken away. The civet, Deshico, approached him with a cold, calculating gaze. "Don't you worry about that," he said curtly. "Just relax, this won't hurt a bit."
Legosi bit back a scoff, clearly not believing him. He tried to keep his breathing steady, but panic was setting in. Deshico chuckled, his eyes glittering with curiosity. "You're special, you see," he said, pacing around Legosi's prone body. Just then, the hallway was alight with screams and the sound of of gunfire. Gouhin ripped through the guards with an M16 machine gun. He beat them back as he entered the lab. “You’re not getting away with this, you fuck.” He growled, pointing the gun at Deshico. “Not again!”
Chapter Text
“Where is Miyagi, Gouhin? You cannot hold on to him, he’s a valuable asset, and so is Legosi.” The civet held his hands up defensively as Gouhin held the gun at him. “Twenty years I grieved for that wolf and you had him locked up in this shit hole to poke and prod.” Gouhin growled, taking a step forward. Legosi curled into himself as he tried his best to preserve his modesty. “The advancements in science-“ “Will come…but not like this. But by locking animals up and holding them against their will!” He barked. “What happened to you? When I met you, you would’ve buried a village if you knew it’d bring about results!” It was true, Gouhin once only cared about the cause. Deshico’s words were a pointed and cruel reminder. “Did all that change from just a little sex and a wolf batting his eyes at you?!” His small body shook with anger. “Love changed me, yes, but I was never like you. And I should’ve don’t this…twenty years ago!” Gouhin riddled the civet’s tiny body of bullets until it looked like minced meat. “Get your clothes on…we’re getting out of here.” He said.
Legosi quickly got up from the table and searched around for his clothes, he couldn’t find all of it but they made do with what they had and made their way back to the elevator. This building had essentially become a graveyard, bodies lined the corridors and the air smelled of plasma and gunpowder from these specialized weapons. “What did he mean by that? He…asked you for my father.” Legosi looked up at the grizzled panda. “He’s alive…he’s alive and he’s here.” They made it to a security desk where Gouhin pulled a key off one of the corpses and entered a code into the system. “What are you doing?” Asked the wolf. “Destroying all surveillance, more security will be on the way, Titan is a big moon but we still have to get out of here or else we’re fucked.” Once the footage was cleared and surveillance shut down. Gouhin was leading him back to the ship. “Legosi.” Miasma ran to him, pulling him into an embrace. The entire shishikai managed to avoid injury. “You patched him up…” the wolf smiled. “Yeah, well, we felt bad for him and…you didn’t have to save us the way you did.” Free grumbled. Legosi reached up, Free bent down to receive a kiss on the shit. “Thank you.” He said, Free blushed, clearing his throat before nodded after Gouhin.
“Where’s he going?” He asked. “Let’s find out, Legosi said. They all followed after the panda out to the ship deck where he was digging something out from the bloodied two person cruiser. “We’ll take your ship back, splitting up would just give the reinforcements more of a chance to catch up.” He grunted as before backed down from the step ladder. They walked back to the Shishikai’s large ship, Gouhin was grateful that he didn’t have to try to get back to Ganymede in that cramped cruiser. “What do you have there, old man?” Agata asked as he saw them enter. “Legosi’s father. They had him locked up stuck in cryogen. He needs to warm up so he could wake up. What happened to you?” Gouhin asked as he lay the wolf who was wrapped up, down on one of their couches. “Your Komodo friend… he poisoned me cause Free wanted to sleep with the wolf.” The dark maned lion murmured. Gouhin looked back at the pair. “Are you serious?” He asked with a disappointed look.
“Actually, I…didn’t poison him. I injected him with echinacea. He’ll piss hit out in a few hours.” Miasma admitted, rubbing the back of his head, sheepishly. “Are you seriously?! I thought I was gonna die asshole!” Agata cried. Dolph breathed a sigh of relief, it looked like the Komodo would get to live to see his bounty made. “For fuck’s sake…” Ibuki muttered. Legosi looked over Gouhin’s shoulder as he pulled the blanket back to reveal Miyagi’s sleeping face. “He’s beautiful…” he gasped, in awe of his father’s features. He almost looked like a painting. “Where do you think you get it from?” Gouhin chuckled. Free’s eyes trained on that wolf, truly did run in the family. This gray wolf looked like Legosi but older, with features like a vintage movie star. It made his mouth water, how was he going to control himself with these two beauties on his ship? Their boyfriends were monsters ready to fight anything that went near them. Some guys had all the luck, but that Komodo’s luck was about to run out. Maybe he could get the wolf to see that he’d be a better fit by sweetening the deal with a job on their organization. He would find out soon enough.
Legosi never left Miyagi’s side. The sat beside him on the floor, his tail wagging slightly. Occasionally, he would cover him a little more with the blankets Gouhin had stolen from the lions. He was so excited for him to wake up. “Hey, kid. You wanna eat or what? Come on.” Gouhin asked, calling him over. “No, it’s okay…” he said. “I’m just gonna stay here.” He said. Gouhin and Miasma looked at each other, the panda sighed, making him a plate despite his refusal. “Bring this over to him.” He said, handing the Komodo a plate and a cup of juice. He went over and sat beside Legosi. “Look uh…honey. I brought you something…” he said. Legosi snorted. “Trying pet names?” He asked with a grin. “Yeah, I…I don’t know. I’ll stop…” Miasma took back, embarrassed. “No! No, I like it.” Legosi reassured.
“They got egg sandwiches, I know they’re your favorite.” Miasma held the plate out to him. The wolf licked his teeth, accepting the offering as he took the beloved egg sandwich and the cup from him. “Thank you. I wonder…do you think old Gouhin had a nickname for my dad?” He asked, taking a big bite. “Angel face.” A raspy voice said out of nowhere. They both froze, the younger wolf swallowed the food in his mouth looking over to his father. “D-dad?” He said. Miyagi stirred, taking a deep breath. A myriad of delicious smells hit his nose for the first time in a very very long time and he savored that breath. “You called me dad…” he smiled, reaching up to cup his chin. “Do you…know who I am?” He asked, his voice unsure. “Of course I do.” Miyagi chuckled, wiping away Legosi’s tear with his thumb. “I’ll go get Gouhin.” Miasma put the plate down, he got up and ran to the dining room.
Legosi was beyond overjoyed to see his father awake and responding. He held the older wolf's hand, tears streaming down his face. "I didn’t think I would ever get to meet you or hear your voice in person…" he said, his voice cracking with emotion. Gouhin came rushing out, his eyes widened in disbelief. "Miyagi..." he said, his voice thick with relief and wonder. He dropped to his knees beside the bed, taking the wolf's other hand. "You're really awake." He leaned in, pressing his warm lips to his. It was a reunion for all of them that none had ever thought possible.
Chapter Text
When the ship had made it through the first gate, it was finally warm enough for Legosi to put on his regular clothes. He met them all on the control deck where Free watched intently as they sat together. Agata was feeling better, and the other lions were still angry at Miasma. Not that he cared, he had Legosi, and that’s all that mattered to him. They had gotten pretty much everything they had needed, Legosi had his own flesh and blood back. He was glad to see him happy, but…what if he was no longer needed? He would want to be with his dad, wouldn’t he? The Komodo hadn’t considered this before. ‘So what…’ he thought. He had been alone all his life. But then he remembered that he told Legosi he loved. He had never told anyone that before. Was it true? Miyagi turned around finally, to see Legosi standing behind him. “Wow! That’s…quite an outfit!” He chuckled awkwardly, rubbing the back of his head. “Wait! I know that scarf! It’s canine couture…Gouhin gave it to me when he picked me up from the hospital.” He reached out to touch it. “I have so many questions that I don’t know where to start.” Legosi said.
“Well, start with the simplest one.” Miyagi went over to the card table, crossing his legs and giving all the lions a peek under his robe. “What was mom like?” Legosi took the chair in front of him. The older wolf frowned. “I don’t know. She didn’t even tell me that she was pregnant. I didn’t find out until the government started going DNA panels for their first round of cryogenic studies. Their goal was to find and cure as many people as they could. It was their way of making sure the program survived. She died shortly after you got sick. When I tried to ask her about you, she said that I was never supposed to know about you. I’m not mad at her, but I hate that I missed out on being your dad.” He looked away thoughtfully. His sweet voice certainly betrayed his striking features. “what happened to me? I read the report but I didn’t understand.” Legosi asked. “You had an incurable strain of rabies, there was a vaccine but your mom didn’t let you get it. By the time the symptoms started, they said it was too late.” Miyagi said.
“Last one…why are people after us?” The young wolf leaned in, curious, the lions listened closely. “To be honest with you…I don’t know. When they took me, all I remember Deshico saying was that we had rare genetic mutations. He was going to kill Gouhin…so I went with them.” “I guess self- sacrifice runs in the family.” Miasma grunted, leaning on the wall as he watched them. “People do scary things when they’re in love. He was the only thing that kept me grounded when I woke up. I wasn’t about to let him be killed because of me. Especially when I’m the one who convinced him to take me home with him.” Miyagi laughed. Legosi’s head tilted in confusion. “What do you mean?” He asked.
** - **
“Alright, it’s time for this wolf to wake up. Call his family.” A young hen said as she entered the master code into Miyagi’s control panel. The tank lay flat, and began to slowly drain. “He has no family listed, he’s been under for decades.” Gouhin grunted as he picked up his chart. “He’s in perfect health…why is he here?” Asked the panda. “Rumor has it, some rich people paid for this. Apparently, he has a kid waiting for him at CryoEden. Some disease they can’t cure.” She said. Gouhin looked down at him. The long eye lashes down his cheeks, and the beautiful cream color of his fur made him pause. “He was a movie star, I’ve seen a few things he was in when I looked him up.” “Really?” He asked. “You gave all that up just to be with your kid?”
A few hours later, he had been transferred to a bed and Gouhin was tasked with actually waking him. “Why are you just standing there?” He looked up at the unfamiliar voice. “Where is my son?” The wolf asked. “He’s still under…they haven’t helped him yet.” Gouhin sat at his side. “No…why am I awake? He won’t have anyone if I’m not there!” Miyagi cried, his voice weak. “I’m sorry…you’re healthy. There’s nothing I can do to keep you here. We’ve moved from Earth to Mars where advances in medicine get better every day.” Gouhin assured. Gouhin could see the desperation in the wolf's eyes and felt a pang of sympathy. "I wish I could help you out," he said, trying to reassure the wolf. Miyagi's ears drooped, and he let out a deep sigh. "Pity." Gouhin couldn't help but feel a pang of attraction as he looked at the wolf. He was indeed a handsome devil, despite his weary appearance. “But what about you? You have nowhere to go.” “What’s your place like? I’ll couch hop…if I recall correctly, I did it in college.” Miyagi said with a smirk.
“I don’t think so…you’re cute and all, but taking home a strange carnivore is risky business. Even for me.” Gouhin laughed, taking some clothes out for him. “I’m a stranger…all alone on a different planet than where I was born. What happened to ‘do no harm’?” Miyagi asked as the panda pulled his blanket aside. The wolf made no attempt to hide himself, instead reaching up to touch Gouhin’s face. “It’s not much…”He licked his fingers before reaching between his legs, slipping them into his ass hole. “Mmm…but I can pay my way.” He moaned. Gouhin watched with keen interest as he slid those finger from inside them and pressed them into the panda’s gaping mouth. The doctor sucked on them, his mind muddled by lust and loneliness.
The doctor had always been a solitary creature, but Miyagi had a certain allure that was hard to resist. Despite his better judgment, his mouth responded to the wolf's touch, his tongue swirling around the digit, tasting the sweet musk of Miyagi's body. "You’re very persuasive…for someone who’s been in suspended animation for years." he managed to say between breaths, his voice huskier than he intended. "You're making it awfully hard for me to keep my professional detachment."
“Do no harm, doctor…”
-
“Needless to say, it only took a little bit of convincing to get him to let me stay with him on the farm.” Miyagi giggled. Gouhin walked away, his face turning red. “I’m so glad that I finally get to see you. You’re even more beautiful than I remembered.” He said. Once they entered the atmosphere of Ganymede. The ship landed at a rest station just miles before the farm. “It’s a shame we won’t get to know each other better, beautiful.” Free crooned as Miyagi stood behind Gouhin on the ship’s gangway. “You’re a little too young for me. Don’t you think?” The wolf winked. “I suppose, but much like your son, you’re not gonna like me after today.” Free said as reached for his holster. He pulled his gun, shooting Miasma in the back. “No!” Miyagi held Legosi back as the lions picked the Komodo up. Dolph shoved both wolves into Gouhin before they made their hasty getaway. The wolf looked on helplessly as they ascended, the gangway slowly closing as all all three screamed after them.

“No! Why would they just take him? He never poisoned their friend.” Legosi cried as he looked up at where the ship had disappeared into the sky. “They’re bounty hunters, Legosi. They don’t do anything for free and there’s probably a price on his head.” Gouhin helped them both to their feet, dusting Miyagi off. “That’s not fair…I saved them!” He sobbed. “It’s probably why they spared you. “There’s not much we could do here, we need to find a way back to the farm and figure out who had a bounty on him.” Miyagi lead him away from the dirt road where they were abandoned, to the rest stop. Gouhin called Bing to come and get them at a pay phone while Legosi tried to find Miyagi something better to wear than a robe. They were not successful. Legosi fiddled with the vial of scales around his neck. Thinking about how Miasma begged for him as they took him away. It was so much different than when he first met him, he was so rough. But when he held him after they had sex on the shishikai’s ship, he was so gentle that Legosi had to remind himself that it was him.
As they waited for Bing to arrive, the trio found themselves sitting at the rest stop’s picnic table m, trying to figure out their next move. The sight of Miyagi in nothing but a robe was humorous and embarrassing at the same time and he didn’t want to go inside. "I wonder who would have put a bounty on his head," Legosi mused, as Gouhin brought the wolves some beverages and cheap food. "Maybe it was someone he pissed off while you were still asleep." Miyagi suggested. Legosi chuckled dryly, running a hand through his head fur. "He’s pissed off a lot of people," he said, a hint of resignation in his voice. "It could be anyone." Legosi sat there, lost in thought, his mind racing with worries. He had a feeling that the answers they sought wouldn't be easy to find. Gouhin chuckled, a weary expression on his face. "It had to be really bad, I can't think of anyone who would hold a grudge that long."
The sound of a horn honking caught their attention, and they looked over to see Bing's ship that looked more like a vintage van pull up in front of the rest stop. "Looks like our ride is here," Gouhin said, leading the way. “As I live and breathe! Miyagi? The movie star is back!” The horse laughed smiling the brightest Legosi had ever seen since they’ve met. “Binguero!” Miyagi hugged the horse from behind. Gouhin leaned in. “He’s the only one who could call him by his full name.” He whispered, Legosi nodded. They left to make their way back to the farm to dig up what they could on Miasma’s bounty before it was too late. “Well, wolfie. I know someone who’s going to be very happy to see you.” Bing said with a boisterous. “I can’t wait to see him.” Miyagi hooked his arm around Gouhin, the panda kissing him between the ears.
The ride back to the farm was filled with laughter and reminiscing as Miyagi and Bing caught up after so many years apart. Legosi couldn't help but notice the chemistry between Miyagi and Gouhin, the little touches and kisses they shared, he wondered if he could ever have that with Miasma. As the farm hands and groundskeepers were overjoyed to see Gouhin, they were taken aback when Miyagi appeared at his side. But one of the most emotional reactions came from Pon, a stallion whose eyes widened in disbelief. As the truth dawned on him, Pon burst into tears. "It can't be...It can't be!" he gasped, his voice thick with emotion. But as Miyagi approached him, Pon ran up to him, pulling him into a tight embrace and planting a kiss on his lips. "Oh, Angel, if only we had known you were out there somewhere..." Pon sobbed, his body shaking with excitement.
"I can't believe it's really you," Pon-Pon said, sniffling as his voice cracked. "We thought you were dead." Miyagi pulled back from the embrace, wiping away Pon-Pon's tears with his thumb. "It's a long story, but I'm not dead yet and now our new friend needs us.” He said. The staff rushed forward, surrounding Miyagi and Pon-Pon in a frenzy of hugs and tears. Legosi had never thought he would see the stoic Bing cry, but the sight of Miyagi brought them all to their knees. In the midst of the chaos, Legosi stood quietly, watching as Miyagi was bombarded with questions and affectionate exclamations. “It's so good to see you," "We've missed you so much," "How are you alive?" The questions were endless, and even Legosi found himself smiling at the sight. It was a happy reunion, albeit a bit overwhelming for Miyagi.
The younger wolf felt a hand on his shoulder. “Come on…let’s head to the lab.” Gouhin said. The wolf followed as they made their way into the house. Gouhin typed something into a panel as Legosi looked on. “What are you doing?” He asked. “Entering his name into a database of known inquiries. Most Martian bounties are on a readable list anyone could access. “Ah, here we go. He has a huge bounty issued by a company called the Horns Conglomerate. Apparently, he screwed them out of a lot of money and destroyed one of their properties.” Said the panda. “What are we waiting for? Let’s go!” Legosi insisted. “Not so fast!” He turned to see Miyagi in the doorway.
“I’ve been waiting for you…for a hundred years. I’m not about to lose you again.” The older wolf stepped into the lab, his voice grave and authoritative. “They could kill him over that money, I want to see if maybe they’ll accept a payment of some kind! Before I met Gouhin…before I had you, he took care of me. I can’t let him get hurt. I won’t!” There was a high pitched ring, and a buzz as Legosi felt a sting against his neck. His eyes fluttered closed and he fell right into his father’s arms. “Gouhin, you need to stop knocking people out and learn to use your words.” Miyagi gently scolded. “I panicked, alright. Besides, I’m pissed off. I can’t even enjoy our reunion properly because now, I need to save his boyfriend otherwise he’ll get himself killed trying.” Miyagi scoop Legosi up into his arms.
“He’ll be out for a while….says up there that Kepler-621 is all the way in Lyra. We’ll just use your ship to beat them to these rich assholes’ estate. But first…why don’t I put him down, and then you could show me how much you miss me?” Miyagi asked. The lovestruck panda swallowed dryly, “You don’t gotta ask me twice, angel face.” He said huskily. Miyagi laughed, the sound low and sultry. "I’d almost forgotten how easy you were to tame," he said, allowing Gouhin to take Legosi from his arms. He watched as the panda carried the younger wolf to his room, and then turned back to Miyagi with a hungry look in his eyes. "You don't have any idea how much I've missed you," he purred, his voice thick with desire.

When Legosi woke up, he found himself in the bedroom on the bed he and Miasma shared on their first night. “I’ll find you…” He shook the fog out of his head and sat up. On the bedside table was a glass of water, he drank some and used the rest to splash his face. He quietly got up and slowly opened the door. The hall was empty, he snuck through the door and gently closed it. Quickly, he made his way towards the stairs but froze as he heard the racket coming from Gouhin’s room. The door was slightly open and curiosity got the better of him as he peeked through the cracked. It was incredible, Gouhin held Miyagi up in an impressive display of strength, pumping into him as he looked up at him tenderly. He dipped his tongue into dip of the wolf’s throat. “I missed you so much, baby…I thought about you every day…every fuckin’ day.” He groaned, Miyagi yelped as he flipped them around and lay him on the bed. Legosi got a complete view of the Panda’s ass as he rocked Miyagi with passionate thrusts, he cried out as Gouhin’s throbbing red cock disappearing into his abused hole.
Legosi gently pulled the door closed, letting them have their moment. He went downstairs. Looking out the window, he could see that Pon-Pon was in the field and Bing was on the tractor. He hurried to the lab where the coordinates for Horns Conglomerate were still on the screen. Legosi repeated it to himself over and over again until he was sure he would remember it. Then he left out the back door and sprinted toward the ship deck where there were three ships. Gouhin’s large ship, Bing’s “van” and a smaller ship that looked more like Miasma’s. It took a like of maneuvering and flailing around to get into it without a ladder. It turned out that luck was on his side when he realized that the interior was almost identical. He powered it up, logging the coordinates into the ship’s navigation system before he could forget and drove forward. Bing noticed the ship moving out of the corner of his eye. “Gouhin movin’ out already, precious?” He called over to Pon-Pon, nodding to the deck. “No…” He looked up just as the ship was picking up speed. “Aw shit…that’s the fuckin kid!” Pon-Pon took off.
“Hey! HEY! Get out back here! Gouhin! GOUHIN HE’S TAKING THE SHIP!” He screamed as he ran. Upstairs, Gouhin lay over Miyagi’s stomach in complete post orgasmic bliss, when he heard the commotion outside. “What the hell are they screaming about?” He grunted, listening more intently as he sat up. “The kid took the ship, he’s going after the shishikai!” Pon-Pon’s desperate cry finally reached theirs ears. They both rushed to the window opening it just in time to see him lift off and breach other. “No! Legosi! My baby, Gouhin we have to stop him. Please!” Miyagi begged. “Don’t worry, I got him…” they bolted down to the lab. “Yayoi, track the VR97 Cruiser. Have any coordinates been entered?” He asked. An interactive AI appeared on the screen, Miyagi’s eyes widened. It looked just like him. “Its set coordinates are currently navigating toward Kepler-621.” The voice even sounded like an artificial version of his own. “Looks like we’ll have to cut our celebration short.” Gouhin said as he pulled his shirt over his head. “What is this?” Miyagi gestured to the screen. “That’s…look, it was hard after they took you, I wasn’t right for a while. I needed a way to cope with what happened. So I made Yayoi, it’s an interactive AI that helps me around the lab…the way you used to.” Gouhin explained, looking away bashfully.
Miyagi giggled, leaning up to kiss him on the cheek. “You’re so sweet. You always have been, you even went out of your way to find my son and help him learn about who he is. And then you went above and beyond and finally united us. I couldn’t ask for a better partner.” Gouhin wrapped an arm around Miyagi’s waist and pulled him into a kiss. “I gotta go get him again, shit we do for these damn kids…” Gouhin muttered as the kiss broke. “You stay here.” “What? No, Gouhin! I’m not helpless.” Miyagi protested with a stomp of his foot. The panda smirked at how adorable it was. “If there’s even the slightest chance you could get hurt out there…I’m not taking it. I already lost you once, I won’t survive it a second time.” He said softly. Miyagi’s pout softened. Gouhin turned to leave. “Be careful out there, teddy. I need you here to be his father too. To grow our family.” Miyagi said. Gouhin nodded.
“I will, angel face. I will.”

Legosi was having more trouble than he thought trying to fly this ship properly. It was much harder than when he had Miasma guiding him. It was terrifying going through the light speed gate on his own. But once on the other side there was just one more and then a straight path to the Horns compound. “Hey, kid. It’s not very nice steeling someone’s ship. Your father’s worried sick.” Gouhin’s voice rumbled over Yayoi’s communication line. “I-I’m sorry, okay? But you shouldn’t have knocked me out! You know how much he means to me. I have to be the one to save him.” Legosi blinked away the tears in his eyes. “I know. I’m coming to get you. And we’ll go get him together. I know Shishikai won’t hurt you, Free being the pervert that he is. But the guys at Horns are bastards who could go either way. We’ll see who we encounter first.” Gouhin said. Legosi sniffled. “Thank you, Gouhin.” He said with a laugh. “Miyagi says I’m a father to you now. I don’t want you to ever feel like I’ve betrayed you. All I wanna do now is keep you safe.” Gouhin said with that gentle tone that sounded much too unlike himself.
-
Miasma had woken up in a room hours ago, looking around at all the lions as they each took turns watching him. “It’s nothing personal, it’s just that you’ve been a real headache for me since we’ve met.” Free said as he sat across from the bound and masked Komodo. “Not personal? What do you think the herbivores are gonna do my ass once they get their hands on me? This is awful low to go just because I didn’t let you force your dick on my mate.” Miasma seethed. He wanted to rip the lion apart. “You should have thought of that before you pissed them off. As for the wolf…I’m not known for giving up easy. With the money I make from this bust, I could buy him mars. He’ll see things my way after a little…persuasion.” Free stood up, moving the chair over to the door. “You better rest up. Very soon, you’re gonna have a lot of begging to do if you’re gonna try talking your way outta this one.” He said, leaving the Komodo to stew in his anger.

When they were finally able to connect the ships, Gouhin and Legosi were reunited. “I’m sorry.” He mumbled as he joined the panda in the control room. Gouhin pulled him over to a chair and sat, bending him over his knee. “I thought I told you-I-would-handle-it!” He repremanded harshly with hard slaps to the wolf’s ass. “I’m sorry! I’m sorry! Stop. I just wanna get him back!” Legosi cried. Gouhin pushed him to the floor. “You shouldn’t be in such a hurry to throw your life away. Sacrifice shouldn’t be how someone your age shows his love.” Gouhin said as he stepped over him. Legosi pouted as he rubbed the sting away from his behind. “I don’t want to sacrifice myself, Gouhin…it’s just that he didn’t always love me, but I think we’re almost there.” He winced as he pulled himself into the chair, sitting flat on his butt. “I want what you and my dad have. I want to be someone’s reason to wake up every single day and look forward to it.” Gouhin’s expression softened and he sighed. “The night before Miyagi was captured. We went to a place I used to take my wife when we were married.”
“It’s a hot spring located Proxima Centauri b, and we realized that we loved each other and…wanted to spend the rest of our lives together. You know what he told me? He said it would be so perfect if you were with his. How he would’ve finally felt complete.” Gouhin looked at him with a gentle expression. “We’ll save your friend, but I want you know that you are our reason to wake up. You’re the reason we’re looking forward to the future. Hell, if you could get a crook like him with a rap sheet as long as my arm, to care about someone other than himself, then you’re truly your father’s son.” His kind words made the wolf’s tail wag. They got to Kepler-621, and communication came over the speakers. “You’re too close to the Horns Conglomerate Compound, state your business otherwise defense protocols will be advised.” Said a male voice. Gouhin rolled his eyes. “I’m here to see your boss. I think he has a friend of mine in his office by now. Along with a gaggle of horny lions.” He grumbled. There was a beat of silence and the panda hoped they wouldn’t attack just for his being rude. Some herbivores were snooty that way, especially the rich ones.
“You’re welcome to use the visitation deck. Do not leave the vessel until security arrives.” Gougin groaned. “Ugh, fine. Just hurry up.” He sighed. “Have you been here before?” Legosi asked. The panda shook his head. “No, this is my first time, too. But this family owns most of the banks in the solar system…tv networks, cultural preservation centers, medical research labs…they have enough power to sell all of us a dream.” Gouhin landed their ship in what they referred to as a visitor’s deck. It looked more like a delivery station. “Guess low class trash like us aren’t allowed to see their fancy ships.” He grunted bitterly. Legosi frowned. After everything he’s seen, he was afraid of the consequences of getting on the bad side of animals who had such an enormous amount of power. The gangway opened and a deer stood at the bottom with a high powered rifle. “Step down with your hands up. Gouhin obeyed. Another deer searched his pockets, arms, legs, and back for weapons. They all gawked as they saw Legosi.
“Why is-“
“Don’t ask. We need to talk to whoever is in charge around here. “That would be me. I’m Oguma, Executive Chairman of Horns Conglomerate.” A tall, middle aged deer approached from behind the security forces donning a sleek black suit. “We’re here to negotiate the bounty you have on a friend of ours.” Gouhin explained. “The Komodo dragon. He’s in my office. I’m guessing you’re with the lions?” Oguma asked. “No, they hit him when his back was turned and kidnapped him. I don’t want him to be killed…” Legosi pleaded, if Oguma was taken back by his attire, he didn’t show it. “Unfortunately, it’s not up to me, it’s up to my son. He’s the one that he stole from. Follow me.” As they walked the spacious halls of what had to be the biggest mansion Gouhin had ever seen in his life. When they got to his office, two grand wooden doors opened to a heartbreaking sight. A beaten and bound surrounded by lions. “Father, who are these people?” A young deer hopped off the desk from where he sat. “They came for the dragon.” The older deer said flatly as his made his way to sit at the desk. “You shouldn’t be here, Legosi.” Free went over to him and the wolf silenced him with a slap.
“You don’t get to tell me where I can be! How dare you? How could you shoot someone in the back and drag them to their death?” Legosi snapped. Free’s chest heaved in anger. “This is what we do, he has a bounty…we take him in. You can’t hate me for doing my job.” Free said as he gestured to Miasma. “No, I hate you because you only did this to get back at him. Because you hated that he wouldn’t let you sleep with me. Let me tell you something, Free. There’s a difference between lust and love, he loves me and I love him!” Legosi crossed his arms as he tried to hold back from crying. “That’s different than just wanting a night in bed.” He muttered. “How do you know?” Free mumbled. “What?” Legosi asked. “How do you know it wasn’t love? For some people, all it takes is one look at someone, how would you know I didn’t love you?” The lion raised. Legosi was stumped. Free’s question cut deep, and Legosi struggled with finding an answer. "Because... because you don’t think about what it would be like to spend the rest of your life with someone if you just want them for a night," he spluttered, trying to find the words to justify what he felt. But Free didn’t look convinced. "How do you know what I think?" he pressed.
“Is it true, Free? You’ve fall this wolf?” The young deer approached Legosi with an amused smirk. If this was Oguma’s aforementioned son, he looked nothing like the stag. He looked away, but the deer reached up for him, taking his muzzle into his small hand and turning him to face him. “He’s beautiful, I’ll give him that. Perhaps you should have worked harder to convince him.” He mused. “Keep your hands to yourself, kid!” Gouhin grunted. “My name is Louis, not ‘kid’.” Louis corrected, with authority. “Now tell us why you’re here. That Komodo isn’t going anywhere, he stole thousands of our money when he was paid while disguised as a delivery service for hazardous material. There were medical supplies in that shipment, animals died because of his greed. He could never make up for that!” Louis shot the Komodo a glare. “Not to mention our loss in revenue once the media got wind of the mistake.”
“I have money, you could have it. Please…I don’t want anyone else I love to die. My family is small enough as it is.” Legosi pleaded. Louis shook his head. “It’s a matter of principle, I’m afraid.”
Chapter Text
“Ouch!” Legosi squeaked as Louis pulled a stand of fur from his cheek. “I’ll do this favor for you, Free. But as for your Komodo friend here, I’m afraid there’s far too much to answer for.” Louis walked away from him, placing the fur into a vial and handed it to a sheep, whispering instructions into his ear. “Look, I’m not going to try to deceive you. He’s the love of my life, I don’t want anyone else and I don’t want to go on without him. If…he won’t apologize for what he did, then I will.” Legosi took a step forward and security was quick to correct his mistake. “For someone as beautiful as you, you’ve chosen yourself a real monster to grow so attached to.” Louis laughed. “He’s changed. He’s different than when we first met…and even more so when we’re alone together.” Free grunted, walking away. “I know all the earth money in the universe won’t make up for what he did to you-“ “Earth money?” Oguma asked. Both deer looked at each other. “Yes…I brought a little bit to show you. I don’t know what it’s worth now.” Legosi took a bundle of money from his jacket pocket and handed it to Oguma, still wrapped in its original bank tape.
“Louis…I strongly advise you to reconsider your position.” Said the stag as he looked down at the money. “Father, if we let this infraction go unpunished-“ Oguma pulled a single one dollar bill from the stack of cash and held it up. “This single dollar alone could keep us in the black for generations to come.” He said. Louis looked back at Miasma, then back at Legosi, and finally at the money and sighed, his brows knitted so tightly that a vein popped out on his forehead. “Fine.” He looked at Miasma. “It seems that once again, your cruelty goes unpunished all because you managed to convince the right person to believe in you.” He nodded to his security and they uncuffed him. The Komodo ripped off his mask and ran for Legosi, embracing him with a deep kiss. Louis gasped. “You…you’ll kill him, you idiot!” He said. “He’s immune.” Ibuki informed. “I see…” Louis watched them curiously. “I’m so sorry I put you through all this, sweetheart…” He whined, nuzzling the wolf’s neck. “It’s okay, I wasn’t just going to leave you mmm…” Miasma silenced him with a kiss. Legosi melted into the embrace, relieved to have the Komodo held in his arms again. He could feel Miasma's heartbeat, the heat of his body, the rough texture of his scales. The taste of his lips, the familiar scent. All of it was like a drug, and he was intoxicated.
“What does this mean for us?” Free grunted, Louis’s face softened. The lion was never one to wear his heart on his sleeve, but Louis could tell that he was hurt by their display of affection. He really did have feelings for this wolf. It was in that Louis decided to ease his pain. “You get to keep your money, you did your jobs.” Louis pat him on the back, you’re not leaving empty handed. As a matter of fact, why don’t we all head down to the lab and I’ll show you what I mean.” They all looked at each other, Oguma took out a calculator and started budgeting for next 200 years, uninterested in Louis’s games. The buck lead the lions to a large laboratory in the east wing. Gouhin followed, so Legosi and Miasma resigned to follow as well. “We’ve been developing this technology for years following the success of cryogen. Its original purpose was to secure the line of powerful businessmen.” He typed a code into a large panel and a chamber of nutritional fluid opened up, revealing a creature of exposed meat and bone.
“In just a few short hours, Free. You’ll have your own version of the wolf to do whatever you please with him, and no jealous boyfriend to stop you. Think of it as a gift from Horns Conglomerate.” Louis smiled proudly. They all watched the flesh form in real time. “I guessed the age for our system, he’ll be about 17 in size and emotional maturity once fully formed.” Slowly, this…thing began to mold into Legosi’s likeness. It ticked the panda off completely. “You can’t just clone someone without their permission just to give your goons a sex slave! It’s disgusting and unethical.” Gouhin argued. Louis scoffed. “It’s the future, soon, we’ll all be about to transfer our consciousness into a clone body should illness occur. The key to immortality could very well be within our grasp. A sex slave is of little importance, if he mistreats it or kills it, that’s on him.” The deer countered.
“I-I don’t know about this, Louis.” Free mumbled, his eyes fixed on the chamber. “I’ve known you, what, four years? You and your friends have helped uphold the law that is Horns Conglomerate. If being ruthless ends at forcing that one to satisfy you, then this one will learn quickly.” Louis’s assurances sounded more like a sinister plot. “That’s sick!” Gouhin spat. Louis’s smile faltered. “You’re done here, panda. You’ve gotten what you came for and now it’s time for you to leave. I’ll have my security escort you back to your ship.” He snapped his fingers and any visitors who weren’t lions were escorted out of the lab. Legosi locked eyes with Free one last time before the doors closed. Despite his earlier protests, he stayed with the specimen until it was solid and fur had taken to his flesh. He was gorgeous, Free watched with fascination as one of the scientists came in and intubated the newly formed life, giving its lungs its their first breaths of air.
“I’m guessing you’ve set aside your doubts about taking my gift?” Louis asked as he came back into the room. Free blinked slowly, his eyes never leaving the life form that had taken shape right before his eyes. The clone was a spitting image of Legosi in every way, from his muscular body to his long, fluffy tail. "I have to admit, I'm impressed," Free said, a hint of excitement in his voice. "I've never seen anything like this before. It's... incredible." They watched as the scientists attached various tubes and monitors to the clone, hooking it up to a life support system. “But Louis, I’m not half the monster that you think I am. That thing is gonna have thoughts…and feelings. I’m not just gonna use him like a toy.” Free said as the screen lit up with vitals. Louis raised an eyebrow, mildly amused by Free's words. "Oh? Really? You're suddenly getting a conscience now? I thought you were all about taking what you want, no matter the cost." He said. “No…not this time. I don’t want to be like this for him.” The eyes opened and for the first time, the clone was able to get a little more acquainted with its new master.
Chapter Text
“You look apprehensive. Something on your mind?” Ibuki asked. As they sat in a Louis’s study. A cozy fire burned in the fireplace as Free sat with his eyes fixed on the crackling flames. “I’m fine, I’m just…a little freaked out. He came here with a straightforward plan and now it’s…not as simple.” The usually boisterous and bold lion was uncharacteristically quiet and contemplative. Ibuki what sympathetic but unsure how to approach. “This is what you wanted, isn’t it? To have the wolf. This clone has no one. You could do whatever you want with him.” For a moment, he could see Free recoil. “Why does everyone say that? Do you think I’m like that? I may have tried to coerce Legosi at first, but if he told me to stop I would have. I wouldn’t have held him down and…” Free sighed. “I’m not gonna pretend I’m a good guy. But I don’t rape, I don’t smack anyone around either. You’ve never seen me do that so I don’t know why you think that I’d start now.” He got up, walking away from the fireplace. The door opened, Louis looked in at the rather morose looking group and quirked a brow.
“Gentlemen, your gift is finally ready.” He said. They all got up and followed him back to the lab. Free exhaled sharply as he waited for the security doors to open and inside, waiting for him on a hospital bed was a wolf. “His fur is white.” Was the first thing he noticed. “True, he might need more time for his coat to come in. But otherwise he’s fully functional. “I don’t know if I can accept this.” Free looked away. He couldn’t look at the wolf’s face and refuse him. His gust twisted with feelings he never had for another animal before mixed with overwhelming remorse. “You don’t want it? Fine. Yuta, bring me 10ccs of the euthanizing agent.” He commanded. “Yes, sir.” The sheep left and brought him back a syringe. Louis took it and held the clone head down into the thin mattress. “What are you doing?” Free asked. “It’s a waste of perfectly good organic material, but I have no use for him and Free doesn’t want him…” Louis went to inject him. “No!” Free cried. “I’ll take him! Please…don’t kill him, Louis.” he begged. Louis let him go. “Very well. Now, I believe our business is concluded until you find the smugglers who lifted shipments of hemp based medicine from k2-18b’s sea transport.” Free wrapped the clone in the sheet he was covered in and they hurried to make their way out of this mansion and back to their ship. There, it was a new conundrum, Free wanted him and now that he had him he was completely lost. The wolf sat in his lap as he navigated from the captain’s chair. They set their sights back home to Kepler-1649c for some much needed rest after days of traveling.
The clone watched with wide eyes, the only sound in the ship being the sound of the autopilot, and the soft whirring of the engines. He looked up at Free, not sure what to make of his new situation. The unfamiliar journey seemed to feel like an eternity as Free steered the ship through the vastness of space. He looked down at the wolf resting in his lap, taking in the clone's fur, his muscular body, and the fact that he was now in his care. “You need a name, you can’t go by his name.” He finally addressed him. “What’s your name?” The clone mumbled. “Free. I’m gonna be taking care of you, I guess.” The lion scratched his head awkwardly. Free realized that the clone had no memories, no knowledge of the universe. He was essentially an infant, and Free had to figure out where things would do from here. “What am I supposed to be? That guy was gonna kill me.” The wolf gulped, rubbing his throat. “You’re mine. That’s all you need to know. These lions are your family too, and you’ll be living with us.” Free ran claws through his mane. The clone blushed red.
“Looks like he likes you.” Dolph pointed out, nodding to the stark erection standing at attention right between the sheets, Free was quick to cover him up. Free looked down at the tented sheet covering the clone, his face turning red with embarrassment. “Hey! Shut up, Dolph!” He exclaimed. The lion looked to Ibuki who chuckled, clearly finding the whole situation amusing. It was a stark reminder of just how vulnerable the clone was. The fact that he was so innocent and clueless. He was so trusting. It made Free’s heart ache. “They’re just teasing. You don’t have to be embarrassed.” He soothed. The clone reached between his legs and stroked himself through the sheet. “I’m not embarrassed.” He said, his tail wagging happily. “So what name will you give me?” He moaned. “What are you doing?” Free whispered. The clone’s ears pinned back as he looked up at the lion pitifully. “Kiss me!” He begged. Free did so as he bucked into his hand, accepting Free’s tongue into his hot mouth and it made the lion’s cock hard with the way he tasted like the original. “Mm!” He hummed into Free’s mouth as he had his very first orgasm.
“I think he understands much more than you give him credit for.” Ibuki said. Free pulled away from the clone, his tongue lingering for a moment a little too long between his lips. He couldn't help himself. The clone's taste, his voice, the way he responded to him...He shook his head, clearing his thoughts, and looked back to Ibuki. "No. It's not like that. He's just... following instincts. He's never experienced anything like this before. He's not thinking, he's just..." He trailed off, knowing that Ibuki was seeing right through him. While Free was stumped with the situation, Ibuki was correct. The clone had basic knowledge, and it was clear that he was extremely sensitive to touch, both physically and emotionally. He responded to Free's kiss with an eagerness that was almost shocking. “I...I got to admit, he kisses like he’s been doing it for years, I wonder, if..." He began, not finishing his thought. He looked down at the clone with a mixture of surprise and confusion."I don't understand," he panted. "How does he know how to do all this if he's never experienced anything before?"The two lions exchanged glances, Dolph smirked knowingly, while ibuki shrugged. "Looks like the cloning process gave him some instincts of his own." ibuki said. “That or maybe he inherited some memories from the source material.” Dolph suggested. Free looked down at the clone, his expression a mix of curiosity and unease. The idea of the clone having memories, instincts or not, left him feeling uneasy. He ran a hand through the clone’s fur, his fingers brushing over the soft silken strands. The clone leaned into his touch, nuzzling his face against Free's chest.

The base of the shishikai looked nothing more than a large house. Homey, six bedrooms, some shared. You make a lot of enemies on the road as a bounty hunter, so having a more inconspicuous place to rest their heads was far more ideal. He was so embarrassed when he open the door, the place was a total sty. The fact that the clone looked appalled was a blow to his pride. “Hey! Why don’t you guys clean this place up?! It’s a fuckin’ disgrace!” He barked. “I’ll get right on it…” Dolph said with a yawn as he collapsed onto the couch, knocking over a few beer cans. Free took the clone by the wrist and lead him upstairs. His room was at least decent enough to at least look like he cared. “We need to get you some clothes.” He muttered, going over to search one of the drawers. It felt like years since he had done laundry. He found just one clean shirt. “Here, put this one. I’m sorry I don’t have anything else. It’ll do for now.” He watched as the clone discarded the white hospital sheets to put it on. It was much too big for him.
Having never actually entertained a sexual partner before, the lion felt like he wasn’t making much of an impression at all. It would’ve been such a shame if the clone personally made for the purpose of being his love slave was embarrassed that he was such a slob. “Thank you. It’s my first clothes. I like how…it drapes like a dress.” Said the close as he did a little spin. It made Free’s heart flutter. “Me too.” He said, smiling warmly. “Listen, we all pull our weight around here. Everyone in the shishikai has a job.” Free said. “What’s mine?” The clone asked. “I…haven’t figured it out yet. Just know that you won’t be getting by like some pampered princess.” The lion made his way to the door, “I’m gonna see what those idiots wanna eat.” “Free…” he turned. His name in that voice had a different kind of power over him. “Yeah?” He turned around. “Thank you for…not letting the deer kill me. I know I was a mistake, but…you must’ve really loved whoever I’m supposed to be…to keep me here.” Free felt his heart shatter. He pulled him into a hug, “You’re not a mistake, no one is a mistake.” He whispered, pressed his lips to the clone’s. Ibuki smirked as he saw them in passing.
The boys opted for pizza. It was fast, cheap and got the job done. The boss had to wrestle them out of the way to get enough for him and the clone. He went back to him chuckling sheepishly. “Food goes real fast around here, don’t be afraid to punch someone so you could get a share too.” He said as he handed him the plate. “Motherfuckers act like they never had a meal in their lives.” He thought it was cute how fascinated the clone was by the cheese pull. “You need a name…you’re a really….beautiful wolf so it has to be a good. Is there maybe something you’d like to be called?” He asked. “The one I came from…what’s his name?” The clone asked. “It’s not important.” Free said. “But I want to know.” Free looked at those pleading eyes and easily gave in. “Legosi. But I’m not going to think about him while I’m with you.” Free said. “You don’t need to try so hard, Free. My first waking moments were spent being moment away from being discarded like trash.” Said the clone.
“Bera the gray wolf. That’s YOUR name. You’re mine, and you live with, and work for the shishikai. You’re not disposable. You were made by some insane rich prick, but that doesn’t matter! Because that’s in the past and you’re here now. With me.” The lion blew on the end of his pizza before taking an angry bite. The entire group were silent as they watched them, listening to every word closely. “Mind your own business!” He shouted and they went back to scuffling over food. Afterward, Free was in the shower. Bera left the room to roam the halls curiously. In one of the rooms, a young lion sat playing games on a hand held device while another with an X shaped scar lay in the opposite bed with headphones on. He close the door, in the next room, a lion with glasses read a book while another with his mane braided, was making his bed. It was very domestic, cozy, they looked more than glad to be home. He was going to look in the adjacent door when he heard a noise in the other direction he tiptoed toward the door and gently opened it just a sliver.
A lion with white fur was bent over, his face held down into the pillow as a lion with his mane cut short fucked him from behind. “Right there, right there you fucker!” The lion grunted. His companion grinned as he kneaded his ass. The thick, muscular globes squished beneath his fingers. Bera could feel himself getting hard as he looked on, a little tent forming under his shirt. That’s when he heard a door close all the way at the end of the hall. He closed their door and made his way to the one he say was closed now. He saw no one as he opened it and wandered inside. The room was so minimal that it was hard to believe any of them could live in here at all. He wandered over to the dresser where several pictures of a young lion with a Mohawk posing with a motorcycle. And then one of the entire group, they looked like they were all teenagers except for the same lion who stood in the background with his face covered. One of the frames lay flat, he lifted it up to see that it was a photo of that same lion, holding a cub, shirtless by a swimming pool.
An angry hiss startled Bera. The wolf jumped, back against the dresser as the lion towered over him, snatching the photo from his hand. He reached for him but his fur puffed as he started at him wide eyed, hissing angrily. “I’m sorry…” He whispered, gently cupping his face. “Was that your baby? What happened to him?” He asked. The lion said nothing, putting the photo down and picking him up, carrying him back to the door. “Wait! Why won’t you talk to me?” He asked. The lion said nothing as he put him down and pointed to the door.
Free got out of the shower to see that Bera was missing. “Bera?” He went over to the door and opened it. “Bera?” He called out, there was no response. He was about to go downstairs when he noticed move in the forbidden door at the very end of the hall. “Oh no…” he rushed over. Fear gripped him as he reached for the handle but he had no choice, “Please don’t be dead…” he whispered as he threw it open. His mouth hung open as he took in the sight in front of him. The old lion who lay his head in Bera’s lap, kneading the soft blankets like a little cup as Bera pet his mane. Free stared at the them, unable to say a word. The old lion's eyes were closed, a look of contentment on his face as Bera pet him. Despite the old lion's reputation, he was completely at ease in Bera's presence, almost like a cat purring in the lap of his master. A mixture of wonder and confusion washed over the boss, as he tried to make sense of it.

It was three days since they had been home and Free had noticed a pattern. Some of the boys were getting a little overzealous with the way they treated Bera like a maid. He hated seeing the wolf picking up after the other lions and wanted to make it known. When he went downstairs and saw that they were all looking at take out menus. The could was still very much in a mess and it made his jaw clench. What really set him off was seeing his new born clone sweeping and picking up trash in the living room. He still wore Free’s shirts, but with several pairs of gym shorts he stole from Agata. They hadn’t yet taken him shopping for his own clothes which was something he sought to correct as of today. “Hey, why the FUCK is he cleaning up after you idiots again? He’s not here to be your servant!” His voice boomed over them, making the lions jump. “He-he offered to do it, we didn’t make him!” Agata said. Free got to the bottom of the stairs and took the broom away from Bera. “Stop this…we’re going out.” He said lowly for only the wolf to hear before throwing the broom at the others.
They all scrambled to avoid it, ducking out of the way. “What the hell!” Miguel complained. “TWO HOURS. That’s how long you have before we get back. This place had better be spotless. Otherwise you’re all going to bed hungry.” He took the wolf by the hand and lead him out the door. The masked lion who Bera had come to know as Sabu, picked up the broom and made his way to the living room. “Where are we going, Free?” Bera asked. “Away from those selfish bastards. I swear, I never saw how much they didn’t care, until you came along…” they took one of the smaller ships, a red two seater. It was one of the few things the lions’ dad ever gave him that was worth anything. No one else was allowed to touch it but him. “It’s okay…I think I like feeling useful. It makes me feel like they don’t mind having me around.” Bera mumbled as he fidgeted with the seatbelts that held him snugly. “It’s not about what they mind, just because you’re a clone does not mean they get treat you however they want.” Free tried to put some of his frustration aside as they reached a shopping outlet. "I know you like feeling useful," he said, his tone firm but gentle. "But there's a difference between being helpful and being taken advantage of. You're not here to be a slave. You're..." Free stopped himself, realizing he was on the verge of saying too much. "You're with me."
The shopping outlet was a vibrant hub of activity, filled with a diverse mix of animals, couples, and families. They walked along the cobblestone streets, browsing the various stores before finally stopping at a clothing store. "You deserve better than my old t-shirts." Free said, guiding Bera into the store.
“Ah…this is the most people I’ve seen in one place.” Bera said nervously. “Yeah, a lot of herbivores too, try to keep your distance if you could help it.” Free helped him off the ship and they went to the first store on the strip. “Excuse me, the Shakai Fukushi office is on the other side of the strip.” One of the saleswomen, a seagull said as she approached them. Free didn’t appreciate her presence. “Did I fuckin’ ask? We’re not looking for any damn handouts. I’m a paying customer!” A security guard, a hyena tried to approach him, Free pulled a pistol and pointed it right at his head. “You better sit the fuck down.” He growled. He looked at Bera, “Get whatever you want, as much as you want.” He said. The wolf blushed. “Okay…” he set out to browse the store’s selection as Free stood at the counter. Another thing he couldn’t stand was when someone talked down to him. Like he was a class beneath them. He looked around at the saleswomen, the security and customers on the floor and could tell he had enough money to buy and sell them all.
About an hour later, Free felt a gentle hand on his back as Bera handed the girl at the register tags to what he was wearing and a pile of clothes. Of course the clone would have a similar style to the original. Some cut off jean shorts and a navel breaker tank top with a black collared shirt over it like a jacket and black boots with heels. The lion had to pick his jaw up off the floor, snapping out of it as the cashier got his attention.“That’ll be 5,000,000 Yor.” She said, Free handed her his card. “Thank you, Free,” Bera leaned up to kiss the lion on the cheek. “I got some shoes too.” He said, Free took the bangs so the wolf wouldn’t have to carry them. “That’s fine…you look…” he reached out towards touch Bera’s face, smoothing back his cheek fur. “I’m glad you like it. Let’s get out of here, I don’t like being stared at, Free would have blown up at the staff for staring at the scantily dressed tall and muscular wolf, instead he thought it was more important that he was no longer uncomfortable.
“Yeah let’s go…” they left together after Free ripped his card back from the girl’s hand. When they got home, finally the place looked presentable. None of the lions were around, probably up in their rooms. Or so he thought until they heard a commotion in the yard and could smell. They went around back to see the boys decided to have a barbecue. Some poor soul, a chicken, was gutted and skinned, and lay on a bed that consisted of a metal grate over the burning coals. “They’re back! Oh…look at you!” Ibuki announced, approaching them. “I guess it’s in the wolf’s dna to wanna dress like a hooker.” He snickered, clearly intoxicated. “Ibuki…you better watch what you say. “ Free warned. “You’re no fun anymore…” Ibuki whined, tossing him a beer. “He’s not made of glass, you could joke with him.” He went to throw Bera a beer as well. They all cheered as he caught it. “I’m sorry, I’m a little worn out.” He said, “I think I need to lie down.” Free frowned. “Here!” Agata ran up to him with a stacked plate, putting another over it. “I know boss would want you to get your share first.” He said with a smile Bera returned it, thanking him as he left.
When he got to the bedroom, he put his bags down and sat up on the bed. He put the food down on the table and flopped on onto the bed. “Are you okay?” He startled as he heard Free’s voice and relaxed as the lion sat beside him. “I think…I’m not good at being social. Maybe my original was naturally adverse to it.” Bera explained. “It’s okay.” Free sighed. “To be honest, I gotta be high if I’m gonna be around people too long.” He said. “You don’t have to be so tense…” Bera wrapped his arms around Free’s shoulders. “I want to thank you for being so sweet to me. Is that okay?” He asked. The lion chuckled. “It’s fine, really…” A firm hand on his chest shoved him into the mattress. “No…let me thank you. What was you said? Everyone gets a job at the shishikai?” Bera smirked as he ran a hand over Free’s chest. “I think I’ve found mine.”

“What do you mean?” Free’s eyes were wide, his ears perked as Bera straddled him. “I know what I was made for, and I want you to know…that it’s okay.” The wolf ground his hips down on Free’s crotch. Free blinked slowly as the friction made his bulge grow, his pants becoming tighter. “N-no…” His mouth said, but his body disagreed as his big hands gripped Bera’s hips, dry humping against his ass. He was hard as a rock and still trying to hold himself back. “Y-you don’t need to fuck me over some clothes.” He picked him up and set him down on the bed getting up, his cock bouncing in its very visible tent. “You want to… so why are you saying no?” Bera got up and grabbed his arm, pulling him back towards the bed. “Is it…because I’m not him? That you like me, but you won’t settle for anything less than the original?” Free grabbed him and pulled him into his chest. “That’s not true. I think about you every single day! I don’t want anybody else.” He said, shaking him. Bera gave him a shove. “Then prove it.” He said, crossing his arms. “How?!” Free shouted. “Get on your knees.” The wolf commanded gently.
Ibuki was trudging up the stairs, pitifully. He had become more of a lightweight after he reached his thirties. Even though he was joking, he did not want Free to be mad at him for teasing Bera. That could be bad later on and he didn’t want any problems, especially when they were back on the road. He got to Free’s room and knocked. There were muffled sounds coming from the inside so he was confused as to why they weren’t answering. “Free…” He turned the knob, opening the door, “I wanted to apologize…” He trailed, his sheepish apology completely drowned out by the sound of rough gagging. He’s known Free for decades now and had never seen him on the receiving end of a cock. Their respected boss, and even feared by some, was on his knees. So much saliva dripping down his chin, he used his long tongue to lap at the wolf’s balls as his throat bulged with the long cock that drove itself to the hilt with Bera pulling down on his mane. “Mmm, your tongue feels so good. Shame on you for holding out on me for so long. Oh fuck, here it is…a sweet treat for you…” He held Free’s head all the way down despite his body’s protests, burying his nose in his fur. “Look at me…” Free’s eyes flicked open. “Swallow…swallow…swallow…one more, good boy.” Slowly, he let Bera’s cock slide from his mouth, getting a good taste of him on his tongue.
The lion sensed eyes on him, he turned around to see Ibuki watching them. Looking between the two animals as he finally realized he had been caught. “I-I’m sorry!” Ibuki quickly closed the door and tried to run from the room. “Ibuki! Get back here.” Free grunted, his voice hoarse from Bera’s assault on his throat. Ibuki sighed, deciding to face the music as he went back inside. “I uh, I was just gonna apologize for what I said earlier.” He mumbled, looking away as Bera continued to stroke himself. Bera lay on the bed, spreading his legs. “Come here…I’ll show you a whore.” He flashed Ibuki a clear view of his virgin hole. “Get it wet for me.” Free ordered. Ibuki was obedient to a fault. He climbed up onto the bed to give the wolf a curious sniff before taking a few tentative licks. “You were always so eager to please. I love that about you.” Free crooned as he pushed Ibuki’s face further into Bera’s ass. “Right? Answer me.” “Yes, boss.” Ibuki huffed. He didn’t resist as Free pulled his sweatpants down. His cock hung heavy between his legs. Free pulled his foreskin back, rubbing his thumb over the tip. “You’re such a good soldier, Ibuki. I wanna share with you.” The older lion tensed as he heard the boss undoing his belt. He whined as he felt something rubbing against his hole. “Who’s a whore, Ibuki?” Ibuki could hear the smirk in his voice. “I am, boss.” Ibuki’s mouth became more eager as Free pressed himself inside.
“Ah! Mmmph!” The teasing of Ibuki’s tongue had Bera getting hard again he stroked himself as Ibuki ate him out diligently, long thick fingers pumping in and out. This wasn’t new, sometimes they would pleasure each other during long journeys on the ship but Ibuki had never taken the boss’s cock before. He was so rough, his pace punishing and brutal. Ibuki couldn’t concentrate as his task as a moan and snuck from his lips. “You’ve always known your place, Ibuki…”

Back on Ganymede, Legosi had been thinking about the clone Louis made for Free and couldn’t bear the thought of him being tortured. Miasma sat in the chair, counting the earth money and using a conversion software to calculate its worth. He was able to repay the debts he owed to all of the sharks, banks, and companies he stole from. They planned to return to Mars where Legosi wanted to start a business as bodyguards for animals waking up from cryogenic sleep. He wanted to protect them from anyone looking to harm them over vendettas and unsettled debts. Gouhin, now reunited with Miyagi, decided to retire and hand over his unfinished research to Ai, old friend and fellow researcher he met as a clinical psychiatrist on Deimos. “That’s the last of it,” Miasma said, hanging up the phone. He sat back and sighed with relief before getting up and going over to sit beside Legosi on the bed. “What’s wrong?” He asked, reaching to caress Legosi’s face. “That clone…it would be different if it was a machine or…a doll or something. But he can feel sadness and pain and any horrible thing they decide to do to him.” Legosi had an expression of sadness on his face that made Miasma upset. The Komodo sighed.
“That lion liked you a lot…I don’t believe he would hurt him.” He said as Legosi lay back over the bed. “I think he might be horny and kind of an ass, but he’s not a monster. I could probably ask Gouhin to check up on…” He turned to see Legosi unbuttoning his shorts, writhing up into the air, sweat in his brow as his eyes screwed shut. “What’s wrong? Legosi?!” “Miasma…I can feel something, it-“ he threw his head back. Cock bouncing, leaking precum. “What is happening?” Miasma didn’t know what to do as Legosi gripped the sheets with pleasured moans. “It feels so good, like you’re inside…I’m so happy…” The wolf grabbed for Miasma’s waistband. “Ahh! Fuuuuck…” Legosi’s eyes rolled as his breaths became shorter. “I’ll get Gouhin…” Miasma got up and ran to get the panda.
When they came back, Legosi had shed all of his clothes, his body arching more into the invisible touch. “Wow…what did you do?” Miyagi asked. “I didn’t do shit, we were talking about the clone, next thing I know he’s-“ “Oh fuck! Miasma, hold me!” Legosi begged, the Komodo ran to his side, letting him wrap his arms around his neck. Legosi screamed for him, crying out his name as a powerful orgasm took over him. He went limp, catching his breath as the Komodo kissed him tenderly. “He has a clone now, I’ve never seen it in person, but clones share a mutualist genetic link with their original. Mind and body.” Gouhin explained. “So he could feel when…and then the clone could feel when I…” Miasma trailed, looking down at the wolf wide eyes. Legosi kissed him passionately. “He’s happy, Miasma. Very happy…” Legosi laughed softly.
