Chapter 9: For The Things We Love

Chapter Text

For The Things We Love

What had started off as a purely transactional affair between us quickly blossomed into something so much more. Hands wrapped around Utena, I pressed my lips against hers, kissing her roughly as our hands roamed each other's forms. I couldn't get enough of her.

Clothes quickly started flying as my shirt joined her bra on the floor; Things were getting out of hand. Feeling her bare chest against my own and her lips pressing against my collar as she pushed me down on my bed, but I didn't want to stop. I wanted this.

"Utena," I panted, hissing as her hands gently wrapped around my length and pulling it free. Gripping it lightly, she started stroking it, forcing a groan from my lips. "Utena, slow down," I groaned as I bit my lips.

Utena, however, was insatiable as her tongue glided along the base. Toes curling as she gave the tip a kiss, she giggled, "Can you blame me when you're hiding something like this?" Pressing her face against my cock, she breathed out needily, "A little taste wouldn't be bad, right?"

"Damn it, fine," I groaned out, but seeing that wicked smile on her lips as she got atop me, I felt my resolve falter. "Maybe just a bit-!" Eyes wide, I seized up as she slipped my length inside her mouth. Lips wrapped around my cock, she pulled me in. Her eyes closed as I felt her throat gently wrapped around the engorged tip; It felt like my mind was melting as she started sucking.

Toes curling, I bit my lips, trying not to cry out in pleasure. Where did she learn all this? It felt like her tongue was a creature all on its own as it coiled around my shaft. I had to hold on for my dear life to not cum there and then and she knew it.

Bobbing up and down my cock, she stared up with those smoldering golden eyes. Her burning lust barely hidden behind her gaze behind as she pushed to greater heights. She had me right where she wanted and she had me crying to her tune.

I couldn't hold it back any longer. Letting out a strangled cry, I bucked against her lips as I let loose, cumming hard inside her mouth. Ropes after ropes of thick hot cum came gushing out straight into her throat and she took every last drop.

With her lips kissing the base of my cock, she held me down, hands wrapped around my thighs as she milked for all I was worth, gulping it down with a word. Whiting out, I laid there, mind abuzz with pleasure before she finally let go.

Dragging herself off my cock, I saw stars. Bolts of pleasure ran up my sign as she lapped up every last inch of it, refusing to leave a single drop of cum on my cock. As she pulled away, her lips letting out a pop as she let go, I felt a heady rush spread across my body.

Teeth gritted, I came again, shooting cum all over Utena's face, one she received openly as my seed glazed her lips. Reaching up, she wiped at her face before dragging her tongue along her finger. I was the luckiest man in the world.

"Where the hell did you learn that?" I panted, my body tingling all over from the best orgasm I'd ever had. I don't think I could ever go back to just using my hands after what she did to me.

"I had a lot of practice with Kiwi," She giggled as she wiped her face and licked her hands clean, "She absolutely loves it when I go down,"

"Yeah, no kidding," I replied as I plopped down boneless against my bed. Soaked in sweat, I laid there, eyes closed as I took a breather. Feeling her snuggle up against me, I pulled her in, her head resting against the crook of my neck as we basked in the afterglow.

Pressing her lips against my neck, she whispered, "I don't want this to end." Nor did I but, despite the haze of pleasure, a small kernel of disgust settled deep down in my stomach. I hated how good this all felt.
"I love you Utena," I whispered, kissing her on the top of her head, "But we need to tell Kiwi." While Utena loved me, she also loved Kiwi. Still, despite that, I didn't feel jealousy as I felt my cock harden again.

"M-mizuki!" Utena yelped as she swatted me playfully, earning a peal of laughter from me. As she pouted, hands idly stroking my cock, she whispered, "A-are you sure you're ok with sharing with Kiwi?" Face twisting in self loathing, she whispered, "Don't you think it's weird?"

"Would you believe me if I say that you find you both crazy and beautiful?" I replied with a teasing smile. She had all the red flags, but it only made me want her more.

"Isn't it supposed to be crazy beautiful?" She giggled, cheeks turning a rosy red.

"I mean what I said and that's why I love you, Utena," I whispered as she cupped her cheeks, our gaze meeting before our lips pressed against each other. Ignoring the salty taste in mouth, I kissed her eagerly, hands reaching down below her, playing with her, before pulling away both from her lips and hands.

"You tease," Utena gasped out, breathless as I pulled away and slowly sat up. Just as I was about to get up, she grabbed my hand. Face red and her eyes averted, she mumbled, "C-can I hold you just a bit longer?"

Smiling, I laid back down, cuddling with my now girlfriend. This was fucked up, we both were, but I would not trade this for the world. We spent some time, content at feeling each other's breath, before she spoke up, "I'm going to tell Kiwi today." Gazing up, I found determination burning in her eyes, "I already invited her to a meeting place."

It seems that it was finally time. "Where do we meet her?" I asked as I idly stroked her hair. I would be lying if I didn't say I was terrified, but it would be worth the pain.

Frowning, she stammered out, "N-no, I have to do this alone." As I stared down at her in confusion, she explained, "Mizuki, this is my mess and as a girl, I should be the one fixing this." Pressing herself against my chest, she whispered, "Let me do this alone, please…"

Opening my lips, I frowned before letting out a sigh. "Is there really nothing I could say to convince you otherwise?" I asked, feeling a bit weary.

"Mizuki, you know I know I love you, but Kiwi…" Utena whispered, "She might not take this well." She really wouldn't. Knowing the girl, things could get messy. "She's crazy like you said, but that's just because she's a magical girl," She reminded me as a bemused smile graced her lips, "Our emotions shine as bright as our souls… and she might just shoot you because of that."

"To put it mildly," I deadpanned, earning me a chuckle from Utena. Pressing the back of my hand against my forehead, I sighed dramatically, "Why did I have to fall for a bunch of Magical Girls?"

"Because we're crazy and you love us for it," Utena fired back as she pecked me on the cheeks.
Seeing I wouldn't get her to move on the matter, and fearing for my own life, I relented. "Alright, fine. I'll let you tell Kiwi," I mumbled, "Just promise me you'll come back in one piece, ok?" I hated it, but I was still far below their level. Maybe in the far future, I could stand toe to toe with them, but not now, not yet.

"I will," Utena smiled as she started to pull away, "I love you, Mizuki"

Holding myself back as I longed for her touch, I whispered back, "I love you too." With one last kiss, and a parting hag, we left each other's company; My Magical Girl now heading to meet up with Kiwi and hopefully put a stop to the mess before it exploded all over our face.

"Damn it," I hissed as I pressed my head against the closed door of my apartment, "Why does things have to be so complicated." There I was, tangled up in a love triangle. Truly, my life was worthy of a soap opera.

Grabbing a Bath Bomb to cleanse myself, I stared at it for a moment, before equipping my armor instead. "Might as well," I shrugged as I prepared myself for a dungeon diving session ahead. I need something, anything to get this off my mind and the mobs of the dungeon was an all too tempting target.

-x-x-x-

The dungeon was as deadly and as unforgiving as it ever was. With my heart racing, potions coursing through my system and legs pumping away, I ran through the undergrowth as arrows and spears flew overhead. "Don't let him get away!" Screamed my lead pursuer.

Looking back, I found myself having gathered quite the sizable horde. [Goblins] [Orcs] and even the odd [Troll] had joined in the chase; Those large, lanky orc-like creatures with their elongated features and limbs were all too hard to miss as they kept hurling curses and spears in equal numbers. They were pissed all right, exactly how I wanted them.

Pulling out some [Fire Bombs] from my inventory, I shouted, "Here, catch!" Tossing the vial at my pursuers, I watched a poor unfortunate goblin reach out before fire bloomed, engulfing the hoard and rewarding me with their screams.

Still, despite the number that were badly singed, many more would take their place. All the noise we've been making has pretty much attracted everyone in the forest and every last one of them wanted nothing more than to have my head.

Now, normally, I would do my best to avoid getting myself in this kind of situation. Outnumbered and outmatched, these were odds that no sane gamer would want themselves in, that is those without a plan. As terrifying as they were, having them all chasing after me just made it easier to wipe them out.

Leaping across some glowing vials attached to a tripwire, I nearly stumbled as a bright flash of light lit up the understory before an earth shaking explosion rocked the forest. "God, I love Alchemy!" I laughed as the scent of ozone, gunpowder and smoke filled the air. It was a blast, literally. But I wasn't quite out of the woods yet.

A flash at the edge of my vision had my heart leaping up my throat. Sliding down, I stared wide eyed as the wicked edge of a crude axe lodge itself where my neck once once. I had run straight into an ambush as a dozen trolls sprang out from the surrounding shrubbery, all baying for my blood. "Fuck!"

Fumbling for my [Inventory], I pulled out a pair of [Shock Vials] before slamming it hard on the ground. I had little time to brace myself as the vials shattered and bottled lightning forked out in all directions, zapping everyone caught in the blast myself included. Teeth gritted, I seized up as the trolls crashed to the ground, stunned and contorted in pain.

I felt my vision black out for a moment, but I toughed it out, breathing in with a gasp as I scrambled back to my feet. What kind of Alchemist would I be if I didn't have some innate resistance to my own potions? Reaching for inventory, I pulled a pair of new potions. Downing the two, I felt [Vitality] and [Rage] course through my veins.

Roaring, I pulled out my bat and started swinging. Blood splattered across my face as I smashed their face in. Not even their impressive regeneration could save them as their heads caved in from the iron studs that now lined my bat.

I swung over and over again, my blood roaring in my ears before their screams cut out. Shaking and out of breath, I stood over their broken remains as the fog of rage lifted slightly. It was a grizzly sight, one that made my stomach queasy, but it wasn't as bad as I used to be. I was slowly getting used to it, just as I had intended for this incursion, but I wasn't sure now if I wanted to.

[Troll Warts], [Troll Hide], [Broken Spear], etc…

Forcing back the bile rising up my throat, I turned away. "I need to raise my [CON]," I panted as I wiped the blood off my eyes. Being fast and agile was good and all, but it sucked getting winded after a fight, especially with pursuers still hot on my trail.

Turning to the shouting in the distance, I grimaced, "This would have been easier with Utena." With her minions around, clearing sections of the [Dark Forest] was a breeze. Without her though, not only did I have to do it all on my own but I had to watch my own back.

Perhaps it was best that I had some time to myself. I was getting way too used to fighting with Utena. I needed to be prepared for the worst case scenario. "Like if Kiwi comes after us and forces Utena to choose…" A voice whispered treacherously in the back of my head.

Taking a deep shuddering breath, I sighed, glancing behind me as I took a breather. As much as it pained me, I was under no illusion that Utena would choose me over Kiwi. She was a magical girl while I was just myself. I do trust Utena to make the right choice, even if it means that I would have to let her go.

Shaking my head from the thought, I gathered what I could before forcing myself to run once again. The angry mob I had gathered was still hot on my trail, I can't stop now; I had to keep moving. I'd rather not find out what these monsters would do once they catch up, especially as I can't exit the dungeon while I was still deep inside it. I had my doubts they'd make it quick.

Keeping the angry mob in sight, I lured them to the final spot; The same clearing where we killed Gobgor. Things nearly didn't go as planned as the mobs faltered momentarily, that was before the lead monster, and Orc, whipped them to a frenzy. "Come on you stupid lot, we almost have him!" They screamed.

Hearing their roar, I fled into the clearing. Heart pounding against my chest, I quickly found myself back up against the walls as what remained of the horde filtered into the clearing. As haggard and bloodied they were and how their numbers had been decimated, there were still so many of them.

As the horde stopped just across the open field, a lone monster stepped forward. "Nowhere to run, Alchemist," A half burnt Orc panted as their eyes blazed with hate and malice, "Your tale ends here." Unlike the rest of the monsters, they were better armed. They must be the leader. So far, so good.

Grabbing hold of the veins lining the back wall, I nearly sprang my trap before my eyes noticed they were still a bit off. Half buried under some leaves was It could probably knock most of them out, but not all of them.

I needed them just a few more steps forward. Forcing a shaky smile up my lips, I fired back, "Sorry if I burnt your men, but it's not my fault they ran straight into my [Bombs]."

My words would prove to be fuel to the proverbial fire as the orc raised his axe and threw it as hard as he could. Jumping to the side, the axe nearly took my leg as well as the vines. Thankfully, there was more than just one for my escape.

Hands raised, I cowered before them, "I give, I give!" I didn't even need to feign fear as I was already down on knees, regretting ever thinking of using myself as bait. Why the hell did I think this was a good idea?! "You thought you had enough [AGI] to pull it off," I reminded myself, wincing as the lead orc started laughing.

Still, it was worth it as they started closing in. "Not so tough now, are you?" They laughed as their lips curled up to a nasty sneer. "Maybe I could spare you a long and agonizing death if you use that pretty mouth of yours," He taunted, leering as he licked his lips, "He's no [Nymph], but he'll do."

As they passed the line of no return, I grinned. "As much as I would love to have a bit more fun, you guys really aren't my type." Grabbing hold of the vines, I shouted, "Tulip now!" Now while I didn't have Utena to make more mobs to clear the dungeon, I still had those that stayed behind to help me clear up my mess.

"Death to the Invaders!" Boomed Tulip as the vine pulled me up, dragging me up to the treetop. Now clear of the blast range, I reached for my Inventory before tossing one last [Fire Bomb].

Eyes wide, the mobs watched in horror as it slammed into the ground, igniting the leaves as well as the fuses to my last parting gift; Enough barrels of [Explosives] to level a city block. With the fuse lit, I covered my ears before my senses were drowned with the deep bass of blast turning the monsters into fine mist.

It would take some time for the ringing to stop and for the smoke to clear, but all that's left afterwards was the various drops that now littered the ground. Breathing a sigh of relief, I tugged at my rope before I was slowly lowered down.

Touching back down the broken ground, I quickly grabbed myself another [Rage] and [Vitality] Potion before taking just a small sip. The burst of anger and vitality quickly took the edge off my frayed nerves. "I'm never going to do this again!" I shouted.

I should probably not rely on them as some form of twisted upper, but I hated how jittery I got. I'd wean myself off these two, eventually. Maybe I could do more exposure therapy, leading mobs to traps, but using myself as bait? Never again.

"I swear if it wasn't so good," I muttered as I pocketed my potion before rummaging through the rubble. Complaining would have to wait, there was loot to be had.

With the Nymphs coming out to help me, I grabbed what I could, leaving nothing behind. "I am running a bit low on [Strange Nuts] with all the [Vitality] potions I've been making," I muttered, pocketing all of the rare drops I could find for all the potions I now had access to.

Thanks to all the levels I had from clearing the dungeon with Utena and all the subsequent brewing we were doing, I was unlocking strange new potions left and right; Some of which were quite questionable at best. Staring at the lone [Goblin Heart], I sighed as I picked it up, "Who the hell wants to be a goblin?"

Ok, I knew of some people that would love to be goblins, but still. These aren't the cute goblins that people love, I'd say they were more akin to the Goblins of Goblin Slayer, especially with some of the drops I've been picking up.

"At least I know I'm fighting hentai Orcs and Goblins," I muttered as I picked the neon pink [Lust Tincture] and pocketed it. Waste not want not, after all. Maybe I could sell them… but right after I figure out their effects.

Lust Tincture
Makes people horny!

Eyes twitching, I sighed. I really couldn't use my Observation other than stating the obvious, can I? Well, better that than going in blind I suppose. Soon enough, I would find myself over burdened with loot.

Turning to one of the nymphs, I asked, "Can you take this to the safe zone and guard it for me. I'm a little full right now?" As they tilted their heads at me, I sighed, "I'll toss a few [Fertilizer]s for your trouble." Immediately, the wood sprite brightened up as it happily took the materials off my hands before scampering off.

"I swear they're getting livelier by the day," I whispered, shaking my head. Maybe it was just my brain anthropomorphizing them, but I swear the nymphs were starting to have personalities of their own. I was pretty sure the monsters that Utena made usually don't have personality, but they never lasted this long.
Shaking my head, I sighed, "Maybe it's a good idea to make a house here…" Assuming I guessed right, once the final boss was defeated, the dungeon would technically be my garden to explore. Having a stop over here would be fun especially if I needed a quick vacation. It would also help with my storage problem…

Turning back to the rubble, I was about to continue looting the bodies when I heard a groan. Hands reaching for my bat, I tensed up as one of the corpses started to move. With what little life they still have, the lone Orc that had survived turned to me as it sneered. "You… you will pay for this…"

Lowering my bat, I whispered, "How the hell are you still alive?" Limbs torn, half their body missing and bleeding all over, it was a miracle they were still alive. Eyes narrowed, I peered close and [Observed] them.

Gnurl the Wicked
Orc Lieutenant

"Well, that explains things," I muttered. Of course they had a name. Those monsters were always stronger than the rest, and with how this bastard was still alive, tougher as well. Truly, he was a testament to his kind's tenacity. You really can never put your guard down even around the dead and dying.

Bat raised and ready to deliver the final blow, I asked, "Any last words before I smash your skull?" While I hated their kind, I respected how spiteful his eyes were.

"You… you think you won because you and your witch had us beat?" He coughed out laughing as they tried to rise up despite their grievous injuries. With a bloody grin stretched across his lips, he spat out, "O-once the Warboss finishes the ritual, your days are numbered!"

"Thanks for the warning," I thanked the Orc before swinging down as hard as I could. And so the Orc died by my hands, rewarding me with a key. Gingerly picking up the hunk of cold Iron, I sighed.

[Fortress Keys]
The Gates to the Stronghold now lay open

"Looks like we have to clear this dungeon sooner than expected," I whispered as I pocketed the key. Aside from being the last thing to tick off my list, the monster's warning sounded ominous as hell. Whatever this ritual was, I needed to stop it. I didn't have to make my first boss battle any harder than it was supposed to be.

With loot in hand, I exited the dungeon. Tossing the bag of loot in the corner and the potions I couldn't keep in my inventory inside the fridge, I trudged off to my refurbished coach and plopped down on its lumpy seat. I wasn't sure how long I spent in the dungeon, but not even my potions could stave off the weariness.

I could probably push it, but I didn't want to test my luck. As useful as the Vitality Potion was for energizing me, I still needed rest. I really don't want to pass out in the dungeons of all things. Yawning, I pulled out my lumpy bat and inspected it.

Aside from my own weariness, my gear was beat as well. The [Studded Iron Bat] was quite the upgrade from the old hollow Aluminum one I used to wield. Turned out, I had a use for the Iron Ingots. Potion Making wasn't the only branch of Alchemy after all; Transmutation was as well.

As good as my upgraded weapon was, however, it was quickly getting outshined by my potions. "Maybe I should just stick to bombs," I mused. Not only did brewing potions with a bit more kick help me wipe out enemies faster than melee, it also helped gain the experience to brew better potions. It was a win-win, but it did have its flaws.

Grimacing, I muttered, "But what would I use if I'm forced into a melee?" I needed something to protect myself and I just can't keep relying on my Party mates to cover for me. "Guess I'll hold on to you just a bit longer," I whispered as I slipped it back inside my inventory along the rest of my armor before taking off my soaked top as well.

Dungeon Diving was hard work and there were times that a simple Bath Bomb wasn't going to cut it. I needed a good long bath, something to soak in while listening to some music. "I could use a shower," I mumbled as I pulled my soaked t-shirt.

Just as I was about to grab myself a towel and head to the showers, I heard heavy knocking from the front door. "What the?" Turning to the insistent banging, I frowned, "I swear I don't have any deliveries today…"

Feeling a bit uneasy, I reached for a [Shock Vial] before heading for the door. "Coming!" Hiding my potion behind my back, I opened the door and was nearly blinded by the morning sun. Wincing, it took a moment for my eyes to adjust before I nearly did a double take as I found myself staring up at a familiar scowl.

Anemo Nemo
Leberblume

"Fuck!" Of all the Magical Girls I had to meet, it had to be one of those murderous psychos. Sure Utena reformed them later on, but still! That was later, I'm here staring at one of them right now. Why the hell was she here in the first place!? She shouldn't have possibly figured out my ability like Utena did, right?

Heart racing, I was about ready to crush the vials when she grinned. "So, you're my new tutor," Nemo greeted as she leaned against the door frame and cupped my chin, "Gotta say, I didn't know they made them this cute and adorable." Stashing my [Shock Vials], I quickly swapped them out with some [Fire Bombs].

Was she really hitting on me? Eyes twitching, I stared up at her. I appreciate it, but it gets tiring fast. As the silence stretched between us, her cheeks gained a rosy tint. "Too hard huh?" She mumbled as she pulled away, unable to look me in the eyes.

"Yup," I answered with an amused snort. At least she wasn't here to stab me or something. Still, that didn't explain why she's here. Looking behind her, I found no sign of her other friends. That's good, but still concerning.

She did say she was here for tutoring, but I only ever advertised my tutoring service back at my school and I'm pretty sure we're not classmates since she's sporting a grey skirt so why?

Crossing my arms, I asked, "Who the hell sent you and why?" Seeing the dumbfounded look on her face, I added, "You have ten seconds before I start screaming." As annoying as turnaround was by constantly getting hit on, it was equally funny seeing girls panic at the thought of having the police called on them.

"W-wait, I swear I'm not a creep!" She shouted as she raised her hands, "My brother said that you do tutoring and I just want to get him off my back ok?" As I narrowed my eyes, she fumbled for her side pockets before pulling out a stuffed and slightly crumpled envelope. "He also told me to give you this?"

"Your brother?" I whispered as I eyed the envelope. A small voice in the back of my head told me to just tell her that she got the wrong address, but that greedy bastard wanted what I think I was seeing.

Eyeing the fidgeting girl as she held out the note, I sighed before grabbing the envelope. Sure enough, there was money inside, enough to make me not question things as well as a note.

Hey Mizukj, sorry for the short notice, but can you tutor my sister for a bit? I swear I'll make it worth your while! Love, Nemu

Rereading the note to make sure I didn't just read it wrong, I stared up at the girl before a spark of recognition suddenly hit me. "Oh for the love of god…" I muttered, slipping my [Fire Bombs] back inside my inventory before face palming. Their names were literally just one vowel apart from each other. "You're Nemu's sister?!" That shade of blue hair, those fangs, and the nonchalant look in their eyes, how the hell did I not notice that?

"Y-yeah," The girl replied as she reached up and scratched the back of her head, "Sorry if my brother caused you any trouble. He can be a bit of a…"

"A prick?" I answered as I reached up and pinched the bridge of my nose, trying my best to process everything that I've just learned.

"Exactly," Leberblume, or rather Nemo laughed nervously.

My life wasn't a drama, it was a comedy and I was the butt of its jokes. How the hell did I land myself a fence that was related to a magical girl? Sure they were dime a dozen, but still! "And of all the Magical Girls to be related to as well…"

I was still feeling uneasy around here, but seeing her fumble around had me at ease. Maybe she wasn't as bad as I thought she was, but that pit was full of broken Magical Girl hearts. I was honestly unsure on what to feel about her.

"Look, I'm sorry for bothering you, but it makes you feel any better I really don't want to be here in the first place," Glancing away, she pulled up head as she mumbled, "My brother's just worry too much so if you can forget about earlier and tell him no, I'll happily get off your back," Nemo sighed as she walked away, "You can keep the money for the trouble."

As she walked away, I reached out, grabbing her hand. "Your brother's a bastard, but I did offer my services to him so it would be rude to turn you away." Even if it was in passing. Smiling, I asked, "Do you want to come in for some tea while I talk to your brother?"

Face red, she nodded stiffly as a shaky smile stretched across her lips. For an Evil Magical girl, she was quite shy. Maybe it was just how they are?

Leading her inside, I cleared some of the mess in my lump coach for her. "Nice apartment?" She politely commented as she plopped down and looked around, "

"Yeah, it's a mess, no need to sugar coat it," I sighed. Keeping things nice and organized wasn't really my forte. Shaking my head, I walked off to the kitchen area to prepare some hot water. "If you're hungry, there's some snacks on the shelves."

Pausing, I considered the loot I had laying before shrugging. She probably wouldn't grab any of those and give them a taste, right? Turning on the electric kettle, I hurried outside, phone in hand, "I'll be back in a bit! Make yourself at home for the meantime!"

"If you want tea or coffee, there's some over at the counter top!" I pointed out before closing the door behind me. Taking a deep breath, I let out a sigh as I dialed that asshole's number.

Tapping my feet impatiently, I listened to the dial up tone before Nemu finally. I didn't bother giving the bastard time to reply as I hissed out, "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't roast your nuts over an open fire."

"Heyyy, Mizuki," The man chuckled on the other end, "I take that you met my lovely sister."

"I have," I replied evenly before leaning against the railings of the second floor pathway. "Look, it's not that I mind having a student, but can you at least give me a heads up?" I grumbled. The money was nice, but I liked to prepare. I didn't even have materials ready to teach her, much less prepare a proper study area.

"Ok, I understand that you might be a bit pissed," He replied diplomatically, "But you can do this one thing for me?" As I frowned, he continued. "You don't even need to teach her anything. I just need you to keep her busy."

"So you want eyes on her," I asked. He had been complaining about his sister recently. "But if you wanted eyes, why not have some of your friends trail her or something?" He did figure out where he lived which was concerning, but that thought had to wait.

"I tried," He answered, frustration clear in his voice, "But she has a nasty habit of slipping away. She somehow always gets away." If only he knew why she could. "I was hoping that maybe a cute boy could keep her tied down."

Letting out a long, suffering sigh, I replied, "I'm not a stud service."

"Come on, can you make an exception for my sister? She's cute, ain't she?" Nemu laughed before he let out a sigh, "Kidding aside, I'm just worried you know. She has a friend which she always looks out for and I was hoping that'd make her a bit more responsible, but lately, they've been hanging around this bitch."

As much as it annoyed me, I can't really blame him. From an outsider's perspective, a loved one suddenly disappearing while a monster attack was happening would raise alarm bells. "I swear if that bitch touches my sister, I'll fuck her up!" He hissed.

Things were that bad huh? She must be running off enough times that her brother was worried. Maybe… just maybe he could help with that. Risky, but I could possibly peel off a Magical Girl from that group. "Ok, I understand," I replied, "But I'm charging extra!" Hey, I'm not running a charity here. Might as well make it worth my time.

"Thanks little bro, I owe you big time," Nemu laughed, "If she causes any damage, just send me the bill!"

"Don't make me regret taking her in, damn it," I groaned. Pulling away from the handrails, I walked back to my apartment. "I'll call you later," I told him before ending the call. "So another magical girl huh?" I whispered under my breath as I opened the door and almost immediately regretted leaving her unsupervised.

"Wait, don't drink that!" I shouted as I rushed to grab the neon pink potion she was trying to open. Clutching the potion closely, I hissed, "Did anybody teach you not to drink any unlabelled liquid off the fridge?" We were this close to finding out how that potion affects girls like her and I rather not do that in an uncontrolled environment.

"Jeez, I just wanted something to drink," She pouted as she glanced at the potion I cradled against my chest, "What the hell is that anyways? I smelt amazing…" Brows furrowed, she suddenly blurted out in alarm, "Wait, are those drugs!?"

"No?!" I lied. Well, they were, but do I really want to explain to her why I effectively have an aphrodisiac in my fridge?

Giving me a dubious look, the girl smiled as winked at me, "Oh, so it's not drugs, got it." Oh god damn it, she really was Numo's sister. Leaning in close, she asked, "So, can I have a taste?"

"No!" I shouted and as expected, that wasn't enough to deter her. As I tried to reason with her, I wondered how Utena was doing. I just hope she was having a better day with Kiwi than I was right now with Nemo because this looked like it would be a long day.

A/N:

Heh, Mizuki's life is getting quite complicated huh? Things are heating up with Utena, the dungeon introduces an event and another magical girl joins in the frey. He's certainly has his hands full, but he's handling it well enough... at least for now~ It's really hard to juggle all of that you know, especially with his thing with Utena being done behind Kiwi's back. Makes you wonder how longer before things come to a boiling point?

Anyways, I'd like to thank @vyor once more for making this possible, but damn it vyor. I really wish you didn't toss out skill issue when I was struggling with Hollow Knight (Colleseum of Fools 3) :V

Oh, one more thing. Why not drop by my other MahoAko fic where instead of Utena being the main girl, it's Tres Magia. There's also tentacles~
