Summary
Sand is different, he doesn’t love him the way he loves Mew, he barely even knows him but Sand makes him feel happy, well maybe not happy, Ray doesn’t think he has truly been happy since he realised his parents wished he had never been born but when Sand looks at him, when he smiles, Ray feels okay, he feels like he can finally breathe. Or at least he did. Sand isn’t looking at him anymore. Sand is laying across from him in his bed and yet Ray has never felt more alone. He really wished he had never even met Mew, sure he probably wouldn’t have survived this long but he also probably wouldn’t be quite as miserable as he is now.
