Denki Kaminari had always been a bit of an oddball in UA High School's Class 1-A. He was known for his electrifying personality, his quick wit, and his powerful Quirk, Electrification. But beneath the surface, Denki had a secret that he kept hidden from his friends and classmates.
Denki was an assassin.
It wasn't something he had planned on doing. In fact, he had stumbled into the profession by accident. It all started when he was approached by a man in a dark alleyway who offered him a job. The man had seen Denki use his Quirk to shock a group of bullies who had been harassing him, and he knew that the young man had potential.
Denki had been hesitant at first, but the man had offered him a lot of money, more than he had ever seen in his life, and he had promised that the job would be easy. All Denki had to do was eliminate a single target, a corrupt politician who had been causing trouble for the man's organization.
Denki had accepted the job, and he had completed it without a second thought. It had been surprisingly easy, and the money had been more than enough to pay off his student loans and set him up for life. But as time went on, Denki found himself taking on more and more jobs, each one more dangerous than the last.
He had become one of the most skilled and sought-after assassins in Japan, known only by his codename, "Electricity."
Denki had always managed to keep his secret life hidden from his friends and classmates, but one day, everything changed. He had been on a mission to eliminate a high-ranking member of a rival organization when he had been ambushed. He had managed to fight off his attackers, but not before he had been severely injured.
Denki had managed to make it back to UA High, but he was in bad shape. He had a broken arm, a concussion, and several stab wounds. He knew he needed medical attention, but he couldn't go to the hospital. If he did, his secret would be revealed, and he would be arrested.
He had managed to make it to the dorms, where he collapsed in the hallway, barely conscious. His classmates had found him there, and they had rushed him to Recovery Girl's office.
Recovery Girl had been shocked by Denki's injuries, and she had demanded to know what had happened. Denki had tried to lie, but his friends had seen through him. They knew he was hiding something, and they were determined to find out what it was.
Denki had eventually confessed everything to his friends, telling them about his secret life as an assassin. His classmates had been stunned by his revelation, but they had also been determined to help him. They knew he was in trouble, and they were willing to do whatever it took to protect him.
They had hidden him away in one of the empty dorm rooms, where they had taken turns watching over him. They had brought him food and water, and they had made sure he had everything he needed to recover. They had even gone so far as to hack into the school's computer system to erase any records of Denki's injuries.
