That was his main goal, sneaking into an expensive ball filled with rich people, finding that particular woman, taking her out, and leaving as soon as possible with no evidence left behind (he had planned to accomplish this with a small lighter he kept on hand, a little fire does not harm a corpse after all).
Unfortunately, his plans changed when he spotted a man begin walking up to him.
Fugo’s social anxiety had already been on a high bar the moment he walked into the room, he never wanted to interact with anyone. He was fine without any conversations of any sort. By keeping quiet, it would reduce his chances of getting caught. Being directly approached was not ideal. No, it wasn’t good at all.
He hoped that the blond was looking at someone behind them and that he was reading the situation wrong.
Regretfully, he was wrong.

I keep coming back to this fic and never finishing it because it’s peak and I show it off to everyone but I’m also really scared and it’s been completed for years now so I’m trying to get myself to be brave and finish it because I don’t want them to die and I’ve been avoiding the archive warnings just in case something bad happens :(
But I know this is one of the best fics I’ve read so I’m pushing on wish me luck I’m scaredddd 💪🔥

It's a pretty unrealistic conclusion, all things considered. But he didn't know how else to explain it.
Shuichi is stuck in a time loop.
Forced to relive the same night over and over... that cruel night where someone dies in that hydraulic press. Shuichi's confident that if he can stop these events from playing out- if he can save that someone's life- then time would progress normally once again. He just... has to figure out how to do that.
And heaven knows, help comes from the most startling of places.
