“Sorry I’m late, but I had to stop by my place, and the elevator is broken, so I had to take the stairs and then I missed the buss so I had to walk over to the underground.” Jinyoung rushes out, in stead of greeting.
“Anyway. I’m here.” He says, gesturing to himself.
Jaebeom barely looks up from the mint chocolate ice cream he is lazily swirling with his spoon.
“Hyung?” Jinyoung asks as he walks over the older man.
The older lifts his gaze and Jinyoung isn’t sure what he expected Jaebeom to respond with, but this was definitely not it.
“Marry me Jinyoungie.” He says, rather than asks.
Jinyoung has to do a double take.
For a moment he’s convinced that he’s having a stroke or something along the lines of a medical emergency.
“What?” Is all that he manages as he blinks at the person he’s come to call his best friend.
“Please. I need you to marry me.”
