When Banquo is prophesied that he will “get kings,” and his bestie Macbeth is prophesied that he will “be king,” Banquo starts looking at Macbeth in different ways… and when he hears him talking about his “black and deep desires,” he knows JUST what he's talking about— or so he thinks…
