Clyde took his hand. Bondevik’s fingers twisted around his own, tight enough to bruise. Despite the leather, his hand was cold to the touch, and hard, more like metal than flesh. He craned his neck forward and lowered his voice, as if speaking a secret.
“I'm glad to meet someone I have so much in common with, Mr. Perry. I look forward to seeing you again.”

The first night Daenerys spends in Dragonstone, she finds a boy in her chambers.
The boy is dripping wet, ruining the wooden floorboards beneath his feet. Daenerys cannot see every detail on his face, but the candlelight provides sufficient brightness to glimpse at wide, terrified eyes, an upturned nose and cheeks speckled with blood.
