“I’m not babysitting you,” the man sounded amused. “I’m escorting you. And not because it’s my civic duty, but because I want to.”
That dumbfounded Enjolras. “Why?”
“Because I just had to meet the beautiful boy with the amazing smile and no sense of self-preservation.”
Enjolras’s cheeks turned pink. “I…I don’t-”
“Have a sense of self-preservation. I know,” the man said cutting him off with a cheeky grin. He leaned in a little. “I believe this is the part of the conversation where you tell me your name.”Enjolras has just started college in a new city, with a plan: to change the world. Not part of the plan: the handsome and distracting musician he can't stop thinking about.

Summary
2015: Grantaire moves to Paris with his new wife. For once, he is happy, renovating their new home, reading about Paris's history, and exploring the dark catacombs. Everything is fine until one night, he finds himself mysteriously transported to....
1827: Grantaire is swept up in a group of revolutionaries, in a violent time he doesn't understand. He just wants to get home to his wife, before he becomes too attached to his new friends who he knows are doomed. Or before, worse still, he fall in love with one of them.

Summary
Enjolras's high school reunion is the last place on earth he wants to be. But it's just one weekend, and then he never has to see these people again. Or at least that's the plan.
Grantaire can't believe that people still for some reason think he's cool, even all these years later. Of course, the one person he actually wants to talk to at the reunion apparently still hasn't forgiven him for the Incident.

Jehan let out a bark of laughter. “That does make me feel better.”
“They're both impossible.”
“They deserve to get each other .”
Courfeyrac gasped. “They do deserve to get each other.”
Courfeyrac and Jehan are either the best or worst Secret Santas, depending on who you ask.

Summary
Enjolras looks forward to his vacations spent at his cousin Cosette's house. But he's finding it hard to relax when he has to witness Marius and Cosette's awkward courtship. And the arrival of Grantaire, who seems to want to argue with Enjolras about everything isn't helping.
Or a modern AU based off of Much Ado About Nothing in which Enjolras and Grantaire are Beatrice and Benedick, Cosette and Marius are Hero and Claudio, and the Amis can't help but meddle in everyone's business.

Apparently their city seems to have acquired some sort of superhero.
Like, a Batman in Gotham City. Only they're not in Gotham City, and no one knows what this guy is actually called.
He just shows up, kicks ass, fights crime, rescues people from falling buildings and burning houses and helping little old ladies cross the street.
Oh, and he also exposes the corrupt dealings of government officials while he's at it. And he apparently has like, blonde hair or something. That's what all the eyewitnesses said.
It's so absurd and so out of a comic book that Grantaire wants to laugh.
