He forms an unlikely fellowship with a wise orangutan and an intelligent human girl, discovering that the bond between them may be the only thing that can challenge a tyrant's reign.
Or basically my retelling of Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes because I crave more moments with Noa, Mae, and Raka—they're my favorites! It's also a self-indulgent fic to really explore the beautiful chemistry between Noa and Mae.

Summary
