Summary
Three years ago, on John Egbert's birthday, the world ended. Three years ago, Jade Harley and Vriska Serket vanished alongside billions of others. Three years ago, the apocalypse arrived, transforming everything and revealing much that was hidden to those who remained.
Three years ago, the meteors (mostly!) missed Houston, and that's where John's headed today. In Houston, Rose Lalonde searches for washed-up traces of magic, warily overseen by Kanaya and her old friend Dave. Mermaids AU: Ever heard of H2O: Just Add Water? At least one of the characters is a mermaid! We’re talking about the fish-tailed kind, not just a Troll becoming a sea dweller. Can be inspired by the Little Mermaid or not.
Per communication with the prompt author, a mermaid is:
• Half human half aquatic animals
• Selkies count but only if one half [is humanoid] and one half of the body is a seal
• If the being turns fully into an animal thats NOT mermaid*
• I didn't specify which half to allow fun
• Being able to transform into fully a human doesnt count as “turning fully into an animal”. Thats already part of the mermaid mythos and thus acceptable- Words:

Summary
This series is for works related to the fic Exquisite Corpse Prompt Chapter. This one-chapter work was written by Madam Melon Meow.
it was used to inspire the Homestuck Fanauthor Coalition members, who participated in an exquisite corpse event in order to complete the story. That work is the 2nd in this series, Plane Crash, and its first chapter is the same text as that of the prequel work.
Due to popular demand, M^3 also intends to create her own version of how "the rest of the story" should go. She has currently not planned a number of chapters or an update schedule, but is working up character profiles in preparation for the fic. She encourages those interested in seeing more of her version to subscribe to the series so that you will get a notification when this begins. it will be the third work in the series.
