Uchiha are, apparently, chronically unable to watch their spawn. Luckily for them, Tobirama does not actually enjoy war or the child-hunting parties of his father's time. Unfortunately for Tobirama, Uchiha spawn are much like leeches in that once they get attached they are very difficult to get rid of.
