He wasn’t stupid, he knew he was put under Vecna’s curse, but hearing Vecna made this more real. Made the danger more real seeing as Vecna wasn’t supposed to be able to contact one of them again. Dustin was scared like any other under the curse would have been. Dustin was scared but unlike others he didn’t fear for his own safety. He put the others in front of him-self like he always did. Dustin was scared Vecna would come for his friends when he already came for him.
