In front of her stood a garnet, orange like her very own boots, her gem placed below her abdomen like hers, radiant like the light that came from above her enclosure. The garnet starred, first at her poofy light hair than at her small chest, down to her heart-shaped gem. The little spinel didn’t flinch or shy away from her gaze as she studied her, she was so happy to be in her mistress' presence, the worry that she may be crippled or defective didn’t even cross her mind at that moment, she was just so happy to exist.
“Welcome, Spinel. I’m Spessartine, and now you are my property.”
