His eye caught the sudden flash of color against the drab backdrop of the blacks, dark greens, browns, and blondes that littered the area. The pale pink seemed to glow under the amber bar lighting making her look almost ethereal and angelic. But he knew better than anyone that she was anything but. He saw the darkness that lingered in her eyes like a predator lying in wait for its next meal.
Kakashi notices something off about his former student and what starts as a wellness check turns into something a lot more complicated as he discovers more and more about her. POV switches between Kakashi and Sakura. Starts off with her at 17 and him at 31. Will add tags as I go.
