The teacher nodded then moved to set up his sound equipment. “Do you have someone else to fill in as your co-anchor?”
“Umm no. But I’m sure I can do it by myself!”
“Caswell I have no doubt that you could do the show by yourself. However, do you really think the student body should be subjected to that?” Mazzara raised an eyebrow.
“Hey!” EJ held his hands up in defense. “I’m not that bad!”
“Caswell. Find a co anchor or I’ll tell Principal Gutierrez we’re taking a day off.”
“Got it.”

Armand hums, then Daniel feels him at his neck, mouthing at it. His eyes shoot open and he gasps as Armand leaves light, teasing kisses down his throat. "And his blood?"
"Nothing compared to yours." Armand's blunt teeth graze the side of his neck, making him shiver and go weak in the knees.
"That's right."

His hands smooth up and down Armand’s sides, eyes invariably drawn back to the bralette.
“Christ, this is so hot,” he growls.
He can’t seem to keep his hands off it, fingers exploring the lace, the contrast between fabric and skin. He holds Armand by the sides, staring with so much desire and reverence that Armand feels buoyed by it, made all-powerful. A thumb slips under the bottom hem of the bralette; a moment later, Daniel pinches it, snaps the elastic against Armand’s skin.
“Can I fuck you in it?” he murmurs, leaning in to nose at the decorative strap running over Armand’s shoulder.
“Yes,” Armand breathes. “Yes. Please.”
Or: Armand puts on a bralette and wears it to a party; Daniel is very calm, normal and hinged about it for 5.9k words.

About how they were split in half by Zeus as a divine punishment, how they spent the rest of their lives in desperate search of their lost other half. The story must be true, he thinks then, because nothing else could begin to explain what seeing Lestat, what holding Lestat again felt like.
