U-1146 threw himself in front of a blade meant for him. Killer T-Cell can't stop thinking about it. In his dreams, the blade goes a little dipper and kills U-1146 on the spot, or Cancer Cell still takes him away and doesn't give him back.
U-1146 is hospitalized after the fight, forcing Killer T-Cell to confront his growing feelings for him.

Summary
They tell him they were in a car crash, that he, Arisu and Chouta were hit. Chouta’s leg had been buried under the motor and ended up severely burned and a scrap of metal had cut through his own stomach. He knows this isn’t the whole truth, somehow he knows. When he thinks he’s going insane, he sees the bright guilt in Shibuki’s pretty eyes, and the way she desperately clutches Chouta’s hand and he knows that it wasn’t just some crazy dream.

Pannacotta blinks—still in the present, but this isn't dejavu. They've done this song and dance before months ago in a restaurant.
