If you’re reading this letter, worst has come to worst, and I have died. I’m sorry. I know you didn’t want to take on another Robin after Jason, and after I made you take me in anyway, I failed. I promise I was trying my best.
I want you to know that I have always admired you and your strength, your sense of duty and justice. You have always been an immovable object in the face of impossible adversary, and I commend you for that. But over the last few months, I’ve come to see you as more than that, I value you as a mentor, a father figure even, in the absence of my own. I am not the best at showing it, but I have enjoyed our time as a team immensely, and no matter what happened, I cannot and will not regret it. You gave me the best moments of my life.
