Summary
In 2009, not long after the Titan War, Artemis became curious. Curious about the mortals that walk below Mount Olympus. How they lived such short lives and yet loved so much. So she created a mortal body. A body that could die from disease and wounds, before placing some of her essence into the shell that would live out its own life. With its own memories. And so, manipulating the mist, she created a backstory to it. An orphan woman, but well-liked by the community. She gave the mortal shell a name: Helen.
Through Helen, Artemis lived five years as a mortal, and as a mortal, she met a man who would later become her husband after an impossible task. Who was this man? Jonathan “John” Wick, the Baba Yaga of the Assassin Underworld. After she died of cancer in 2014, the essence left in Helen from her creation returned to its source, giving Artemis the memories and feelings she gained through those five short years. Over the next year or so, right up to John’s “death” after his duel against Caine and the Marquis de Gramont, she watched her husband. And through watching John Wick, she fell in love all over again.

Summary
When Izuku Midoriya and four others are captured by villains prior to UA, they are put under an experiment to find lost temples and dangerous artifacts. 5 months into the experiments, they are rescued by Pro Heroes led by Aizawa Shouta aka Eraserhead. They soon realize that, while they are out of the experiment, the side effects are long lasting. Can they overcome these faults and become heroes? Or will they fall into the abyss?
I know it sucks, but give me some credit. I literally came up with this today.

Summary

However, what no one knows is that the soul is made up of Prana and when a particularly powerful soul is awakened, then this energy rebuilds their Quirk Factor and gives them the power of their most recent past life. Follow our five heroes as they master their new powers and go through this new life with new memories while doing the same as they had done: Fight villains and save the day.
