Summary
Everyone knows Ravens are all about being the best. Best pair, best line-up, best team. They drill it into you day after day, make you believe it, make you forget that in the end ‘best’ means ‘one’. They let you forget until other people buy into it, be it fans swaying too far the wrong way or the ERC calling them out on their schemes. Then they don’t want to play that game anymore, and they skip straight to the elimination round.

Summary
In a way, it was almost a relief to see that nothing had changed since school. Seasons came and went but Grantaire was still Grantaire: a bundle of too-tight nerves and awkward elbows, scratchy throat, furtive gaze bouncing everywhere it shouldn’t. Still nursing a fascination with the most dangerous-looking female in the area. A puppy dog panting after a wolf.
In 1957, female cartoonist Grantaire meets some interesting new people, joins a secret society, and attracts the notice of a woman named Enjolras. A 1950’s lesbian Amis AU.

Summary
Grantaire's voice curls as though he’s laughing at a private joke. “You seem… alive?”
“Why wouldn’t I be?” Enjolras asks. When Grantaire doesn’t answer, just shrugs, Enjolras finds himself pressing, “Why wouldn’t I be alive?”
Grantaire looks at him directly for the first time. There’s no warmth in his expression, no amusement or affection, nothing Enjolras is used to seeing there. “Why would you be? It’s been four years, dude.”

“I’ll go.” He says it without brashness or deference. Just a statement.
“Where?”
“You want to climb the Forty,” he says, and Enjolras can’t deny it. “I’ll go with you.”

Summary
This whole conversation had started in the midst of foreplay, both of them down to boxers and bikini briefs. Grantaire had been teasing Enjolras, trying to get her to talk dirty – it’d be a useless cause, except that Enjolras’s dry, slightly quizzical delivery does it for Grantaire every time. She’s pathetically gone on this girl. Also, every now and then, something extraordinarily hot slips out. Hot, or hilarious, or confusing, or an insane mix of all of the above.
Like, ‘I want your hand in me.’
