“That was different from it rising,” he admits. “I don't know if it was entirely your intent, but this has all been quite romantic, Hypnos. A handcrafted shore? A day of fishing? The sunset? Aphrodite would be impressed, if not worried you're going to put her out of a job.”
“I don't need to impress her,” Hypnos says dismissively, “just you.”
(Technically an epilogue to my other work, Sleep Schism, but also absolutely can be read as a standalone. In fact, I encourage it; Schism is rather long, but this is probably the perfect little fix most people are looking for- much more bite sized.)

as of first part i absolutely love it
there's a lot of character study a lot of relationships slowly changing and heowing a lot of magic and og history of blacks and potters as well as few others with lots of darker moments as well as some lighter ones to balance it out

Dumbledore does not get to the trial and so Harry is suspended and spends year living with Sirius growing closer to him kreacher Andromeda and to some degree few others learning about blacks potters himself and in general getting Grimmuald place back in shape becoming ward of House Black in truth and finally living a bit
also Sirius becomes Lord Black Harry successfully learns occlumency from him they find where riddle is from get the ring slowly start realising what Harry and Voldemort's connections might be and visit Black Manor -
Summary
Total canon rewrite with a Slytherin Harry Potter that has the Boy Who Lived dropping the rose colored glasses from the start, and collecting friends from all houses as he strives to surivie and flourish within the magic world as he possesses a broken sort of magic that changes things more than before.
(Because Harry being a Horcrux really should have done more than give him the abilty to speak Parsteltongue and look into Voldermort’s mind since the other Horcruxes like the locket, dairy, and ring did)- Words:

Herry leaves Jude gets sorted to Slytherin almost slith guy's throat after bring challanged becomes very close with Theo Draco and Blaise and close with Pansy Daphne Tracy Neville Hermione(ravenclaw) Fred and George can use wandless magic and has to deal with a lot of headaches cuz 3/4 of hogwarts was made with light magic which makes it quite hard for wizard with extremely strong dark affinity Oh and Snape's there too and he's pretty decent after he realizes how Harry really is
