After the fall of SHIELD leaving Hydra in shambles Steve finds out about the boy, his son, then further finds out that he is two years old, a super soldier, and the child of his best friend.

The file said he was Steve’s, Steve didn't know how. He hasn't done much with anyone in this day in age, a couple a small flings but never anything serious. He was careful, bought his own condoms and he wore them every time. Had one of them broken? Then he saw the next line,

Steve knew what that ment. It was Bucky, he heard enough of the Hydra scum call him that, but how the hell could a baby be made from both of them. Steve has known Bucky practically his whole life he knew Bucky was biologically a male. So this had to be some kind of fear tactic or a way to manipulate Bucky. That was it. It had to be.

For unknown reasons, Ace put his chronic extroversion aside and decided to give Marco his undivided attention until the sun came up. Which was— incredibly annoying at first. Ace had very little sense of personal space. For instance, their knees kept bumping together under the bar.
