Bard’s eyes widened as he heard those words, the words burned in his very soul. He felt a deep cold and ache going up his spine, nearly causing him to collapse as he saw what was happening.
A sudden crack can be heard as the burning tower finally gave away and Bard picked up his son just as the tower fell sideways into the water, the rest of the dragon’s words lost to him as he got submerged into the water. -
