With a wide splay of his fingers, he rests his hand onto Vash's shoulder, firm but easy, like he's patting the flank of a nervous toma. The gesture lifts him up from whatever dreamland he's sunken down into, stirring, half-blonde half-black eyelashes dragging themselves reluctantly upward. Seaglass-blue eyes meet Wolfwood's before any other part of him moves, "Hm?"
He lifts his hand, gives Vash's back a good 'thwack', and says, "Old lady said we could use one of the rooms. You can break your neck down here if you want, but I was thinkin' I'd shoot for a good night's sleep for once."

“July 21st. That's… tomorrow,” Wolfwood’s thumb presses harder into the paper, crinkling it under the weight of the realization.
“Well. Actually, today, since it's past midnight–yeah, you get the point. But in all the reports and newspapers we've read about Vash, we never came across any celebrations or crazy parties that day. That’s the reason it’s been taking us longer to write this report. We’ve been trying to catch a trace of Vash in that time range in our archive, but it's weird. There's no mention of any Vash-related activity during that week…” Wolfwood silently watches her as she starts to mumble details to herself.
So. Vash hates his birthday.

With each addition to his fantasy Wolfwood can feel his face go hot but he can’t bring himself to stop as he keeps the leather close to his face, feeling the texture and weight shift as he turns it over in his hands, smelling it further. He takes another long inhale of the heady scent and nearly crumples with want.
Another inhale. His body is on fire with shame and the stimulation of it all makes arousal bloom in his gut. God, he's going to hell.

Summary
A breathy huff leaves Vash’s lips as he resorts to banging on the side of the truck to catch Wolfwood’s attention. He tears away with annoyance, yet one look at Vash has him shutting up.
His crystal blue eyes were hazed and blown out, his lips bleeding red from Wolfwood’s rough treatment. Vash licks his lips, hungry eyes following that slither of tongue before looking back up into dazed blue.
“Can’t fuck without a proper surface,” Vash cajoles.
